Choose to Hop-Off at any of the stops, and Hop-On again to continue the tour.

What to Expect
You pick the starting place for your hop-on hop-off tour from any of the stops along your selected route. Get off to explore and reboard at any stop along the way.
City Route
See the core of downtown Vancouver with 15 stops including Chinatown, Olympic Village, Yaletown, and Davie Street.
Park Route
Discover Vancouver’s urban oases on a tour of its parks, with 21 stops including Vanier Park, Gastown, English Bay Beach, and the Sports Districts. This tour also includes a one-way ferry ticket to Granville Island.
Dual Route
Combine both the City and Park route into a single comprehensive sightseeing journey that includes 29 stops.
All tickets are valid for 24 hours.

I don't know but they have a kiosk outside the port building where you can get all your questions answered.
