We used the shuttle service for our wedding party & guests. They were amazing. Arrived on time and worked with us to accomodate our needs. I would 100% recommend using their services!

Lou our tour guide was awesome. She taught us so much about wine and was just fantastic to talk to. I went on the tour with my 3 month old son and my mother in law. I think my favourite winery was the Volcanic Hills Winery.

We had such a great time with Lou, who explained everything very clearly. We definitely learned a lot and feel like wine pros now! The wineries where located on beautiful hills of Kelowna and the wines were very tasty. We even bought a view bottles. Just a great experience!

We used the safe ride home option after our wedding! Such a great option to make sure folx get home safe! They were very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions ahead of time. The driver was a gem!

We are a family with 3 young children and it was awesome to be able to enjoy a family friendly wine tour that didn’t break the bank! Peter was our guide and not only was he great with the kids while they got to have a juice tasting he also had so much knowledge so that we could have the best experience tasting at the different wineries!! Highly recommend this company! We will definitely book with them again the next time we are in Kelowna!

We were picked up at the hotel, and Ken our guide was so kind, helpful and very informative about Kelowna, the vineyards, the wines and shared so much with us. Our son became best friends with him :) Thanks very much!

We did a spontaenous wine tour, booking it the night before. This was an excellent option as we weren't sure of our timing which made it hard to book something earlier. The booking process was quick and easy and the confirmation email with instructions clear and thorough. Our guide was Lou, and she was the best! Warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm for wine, Kelowna, and the Okanagan was great to experience and really made the day. We visited three smaller, less known wineries on this tour, which we appreciated, as they wouldn't have been places we would have necessarily found or thought to go to without her knowledge. It was a wonderful day of great wine and great memories. We'll definitely be booking with Cheers! again next time we're in Kelowna.

I am from the Okanagan, but have been living aboard for many years now. I brought my Mexican husband to Kelowna this summer to show him how beautiful it was, but totally forgot to pre-book a wine tour before I got here (major busy season mistake!) HOWEVER, Cheers has a new "Spontaneous" wine tour, which is bookable super last minute, but still has the same care and quality of their more in-depth tours. Lou took us to 3 great wineries (2 organic!) in West Kelowna and walked us through the tasting every step of the way. She even gave us a demo on how to best smell, swirl, taste and drink the wines before we started so we would get the most out of the experience. She took some fantastic photos, brought us water bottles, and was so kind and warm the entire time. This family run business is exactly who you should pick when choosing a wine tour company in this region, because they care SO MUCH about overall experience and treat each guest like family. Fantastic tour! We went in July 2022 and again July 2024 on a girls’ trip and both experiences exceeded our expectations! An air conditioned van to pick us up and drop us off at our accommodation was perfect. Our tour guide, Gregory, was so knowledgeable and you can not beat the customer service! We still definitely book again.

It was a lovely experience and our driver Gregory was amazing! Would definitely recommend and go again. I loved that the wineries we went to were smaller family owned ones.

Cheers really came through for us when we had an unanticipated detour to Kelowna in the middle of our Rail Trail Cycling Tour. On very short notice they agreed to shuttle us with our loaded touring bikes and dog trailer up to Myra Canyon from Kelowna. We called late afternoon to arrange pickup for early the next morning. Ulli sent us a quick text right before he arrived so we could be ready and waiting. The ride up went so fast, Ulli was full of information and threw in a few jokes to get us laughing. In the end, because of Cheer’s willingness to offer services outside their own tours, we were able to get back up to Myra Canyon to continue our tour without missing a beat. We were extremely impressed from the moment we called Cheers right through to waving goodbye as Ulli drove off. Highly recommend.

We had Peter as our driver and he was absolutely amazing! He was really friendly and chatty. He went above and beyond on making sure me and my group were taken care of. The wineries we went were also really nice and on the smaller side, which is coo, as you can’t find their wines as easily on the liquor store. We opted to have lunch, and it was a nice charcuterie board. My friend doesn’t eat meat, and the vegetarian option was amazing as well! I would recommend Cheers to anyone looking for a wine tour, but I would recommend Peter as a must!

Excellent service leading up to the event and the day off (our tour was privately organized to see specific areas around Kelowna which required some additional prep). Everyone was very helpful in getting things organized for our tour and our driver (Ulli) was a true professional. The bus was clean and in great condition. We were texted the day before our event confirming the details which is a really nice touch and affords some extra peace of mind.
