We are a group of 5 friends going to Hagiang, we went on a 3 day 2 night tour at HagiangGo, the Hagiang scenery is beautiful, enthusiastic staff, reasonable price, will come back and recommend to friends, thank you very much

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for this company. We had our 4-day tour booked since November (for February). Aware that the holiday was in February, we reiterated several times to ensure that Authentic Loop Tour would be available. They confirmed their availability starting February 12th. We indicated our flexibility to adjust our dates if necessary. Yet, we were reassured there would be no issues. We arranged our transportation to and from Ha Giang accordingly. A week before our tour, I reached out to confirm our arrangements. I received no response for days. Concerned, I contacted them again, stating I would cancel if I didn’t receive a reply. Finally, three days before the start, they informed us they couldn’t conduct the 4-day tour due to insufficient participants. They offered a 3-day tour instead. However, we declined since our accommodation had already been booked in advance. That was the last communication I received from them. No further responses were provided. I paid a $100 USD deposit that I haven’t been refunded. I've contacted the company twice attempting to retrieve my money and am now disputing the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. Due to this frustrating communication, complete lack of response, and untrustworthy behavior, I cannot recommend them. We would have been left stranded without any solution.

Great motorbiking tour around Ha Giang loop! Top-notch drivers and guides that did they’re best to accommodate our group of three. Scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the tour allowed for many stops along the way to take pictures and have a bite to eat. My guide Niên was a very experienced and safe driver, and I highly recommend him to any newcomers. He speaks fluent English and was able to answer any questions I had along the way, on or off the bike. Having him help communicate with the homestays we stayed at was very useful. Aside from the epic 3-day roadtrip, you’ll also learn a lot more about Vietnamese culture and traditions. I highly recommend this trip!

We had a wonderful time in HaGiang. Everything was so interesting. The weather was so nice, the mountains are marvelous and the scene is breath taking. My friends and I had a meaning time there and we got so many unforgetable memories. We really love the kids there, they are so cute and the local people are very hospitable. We definitely will come back again and recommend this tour for other people. Thank you for arranging this tour for us.

For sure, We had an amazing trip with my buddies. Ha Giang is so marvelous with the high mountains in Ma Pi Leng with friendly people. We are shocked before the sightseeing of Ha Giang. Although, we take a long time to come there and a bit dangerous, we are really excited about that The kids are so cute but the weather is quite cold, they just have a light T-shirt .. don't have socks, gloves or something to keep warm. In the near future, When we come back, we will bring clothes and food for kids Highly recommend and the word can not say enough
