I rented a private car from Ha Giang to Ha Long and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The booking process was smooth, the car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for a stress-free travel experience!

We have booked a 2 nights / 3 days Ha Giang loop trip by private car with a limousine bus transfer from and to Hanoi. I will structure this review in two parts: 1. Ha Giang loop tour itself - 5* We opted for renting a private car with an English speaking driver. Booking process went smoothly with our enquiries being answered literally at any hour of the day. English speaking driver costs extra, but is definitely worth it as you are able to communicate and tailor the trip to your preferences as you go. We had a great driver - Quan - who spoke good English, had good suggestions for the route and accommodation at homestays we would not be able to find ourselves. He also brought us to places off the beaten track choosing less crowded alternatives. Special call out to his driving style, I felt safe on a curvy mountain roads with him behind the steering wheel. 2. Transfer from Hanoi to Ha Giang and back - 1* We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel at Hanoi Old Quarter early in the morning. The driver arrived later than agreed pick up time, we got in the 7-seater bus and started driving. An hour later our driver received a phone call that he picked up the wrong couple and we got to learn the bus was going to Sapa instead of Ha Giang. The bus was late, when getting on it no names were checked and since we were the only ones waiting in the lobby at 6.20 am, we did not question whether it was the correct vehicle. The agency we booked with tried to reach me 30 mins after the journey started, but I did not have internet on, so did not see the messages. In the end we were kicked out of the bus on the side of the highway, the driver was very angry and tried to ask extra money for his “taxi service”. Travel agency told us we had to wait for two hours until the next bus, so we suggested taking a private car (100 USD), not loose precious trip time. The agency arranged private taxi quite quickly. But even the taxi journey did not go smoothly, the driver chose not to take toll highway and we were driven on a small bumpy village roads which added to trip time. Still a mystery what happened to the couple from our hotel that had to go to Sapa at the same time. Return trip also turned into an adventure. Expectation was to go by 7-seater limousine bus, but the larger 15-20 passenger bus arrived. The seats were comfortable, so no complaint here. However, the driver’s behavior on the road was extremely dangerous, going about 130 km/h, flashing lights, continuously honking and gaining on everyone. He was picking up local hitch hikers, the bus got overly full with people sitting on the floor. 30 mins away from Hanoi all foreigners going to the Old Quarter got arrogantly kicked out of the bus without much explanation, moved to a smaller dodgy minivan with cramped seats and no room for luggage. We got to show on google maps the hotel we had to go to (even though indicated it during booking) and ended up being dropped off in the vicinity of it. I guess transfers are not a direct responsibility of this travel agency, but my advice is to choose better partners as this experience definitely impacts overall impression and comfort of the tour.

We always heard about the beauty of the Hà Giang loop and we wanted to see it. I guess the motorcycle option is more exciting, but for us, being not that young, a car seemed like a better idea. We rented a car + driver from this company and everything worked perfect. We were 4 adults in a very confortable big SUV with a very attentive driver (thank you Mr. Sam). It was quite hot but the AC in the car helped a lot. We planned the first version of the tour, Alex helped us with some ideas so in the end we were very happy with what we saw and with the way we were treated. We always felt safe with our driver, sometimes the drive can get quite challenging but that is the beauty of it. Definitely recommend this company and visiting the Hà Giang loop.

Brilliant communication with the office team which meant everything was easy to organise and navigate during our trip. We had two brilliant drivers, Lonh (apologies if that is spelled wrong!) did not speak English but still managed to communicate with us very well and anticipated places we may want to stop and visit, including a textile village and waterfall that hadn't even been on our itinerary.

I corresponded with Alex during the whole trip planning phase of our Ha Giang loop tour and he always got back to me in a timely manner. I was even very indecisive about wanting a motorbike vs car for our private tour and he was able to make last minute accommodations for us when I asked which I greatly appreciated. The tour itself was absolutely incredible and so much more than I had ever hoped for thanks to our driver Hoan. He made so many stops for us along the way and although he didn't speak any English, he attempted to give my partner (who speaks a little Vietnamese) explanations of everything during our drive. He was also always on time so we never had to wait long for our pick-ups in the morning. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone interested in doing the Ha Giang loop. They made this trip so so special for us. Thank you!!!

It was an amazing tour. We rented the car out for 3 days. During the trip we covered a whole lot of beautiful places. Mr Alex, the owner of the company, is a great guy. He's got a never say no attitude. The service was excellent all the way through. Mr Alex also helped us to get bus tickets from Sapa to Ha giang. The service of the company was unparallel to any other company. I recommend using the company's service. The price was also very competitive. Cheers

Highly recommend booking with Minh, They have taken care of everything right from the bus from Hanoi to an overnight stay in Ha Giang and then a bike with the map as well. Minh picked us up on time at the airport and drove us to Ha Giang. His car was very clean and he was both pleasant and very informed about the areas we were driving through. When he drives you get both a driver and a tour guide. His service was amazing and we had him drive us from Ha Giang to Cao Bang and back to Hanoi a few days later. Again, he was very familiar with the areas, drove very well on difficult roads. The reason we hired a driver was to keep my wife happy on the trip - I am sure she is not the only woman in the world that disagrees with her husbands driving. I haveno complaints at all. I would highly recommend his services as a driver!

Our group only keeps great memories from the trip. Hospitality of the rental garage was excellent, we received very good and friendly treatment. The staff was able to give us a good guidance and took care of all the surrounding issues (transport from hotel and back, arranging transport back to Hanoi etc.). Gladly recommended.

I had a very good experience with car rent company. I found them on Google and contacted them via WhatsApp. They gave me the best price and they agreed to take me on a specific trip I requested (Ha Giang Loop, Cao Bang, Ba Be lake, Bac Ha market, Sapa, Mu Cang Chai, Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau). Be cautious other companies have set routes and I am not sure how flexible they are with altering them. Our assigned driver from the company was very nice. He didn't speak English, but I constantly wrote my requests to the company via WhatsApp and they helped me and translated immediately. I had a very nice experience overall. Definitely recommend.
