- WRS1297800 contributionsScam ArtistsWas placed with this agency for airport transfers when I booked a vacation package through Spirit that included the airfare, resort, and transfer (placed through Mozio, which is like an umbrella company for various transfers - luck of the draw whether you get a good one or not). Got to the airport and the lady handling the reservations said that we would have to pay an additional $80 each way because the zip code on the reservation didn't match the zip code of the resort. (According to Google, the zip code was an area about 10-15 minutes closer to the airport.) Interesting. Who could have changed the zip code? I didn't have anywhere to input a zip code; I just chose the resort through Spirit; Spirit had the address of the resort listed...Who could have changed the zip code to require more money? Gee, I wonder. Since we were basically stuck and wanted to get out of the airport, we paid the $80 and requested a receipt...were told that the receipt would be emailed (never got it, shocker). After we forked over the money, we were left standing for another 15 minutes while the lady and her associate went off to the side and whispered. Eventually, the guy walked us to a taxi who took us to the resort. We cancelled the return transfer since we had zero confidence that they would actually show up, and we were not about to give this company one dime more. Stay far, far away from My Transfers, and do not take transfers as part of a package because you lose control of being placed with a reputable agency.Written February 16, 2024

- RubenSousa0 contributionsUnreliable service and unflexible companyI recently booked a transfer with MyTransfers for a trip to Cancun airport, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite my attempts to change the scheduled pickup time, MyTransfers did not allow any changes, which was frustrating and inconvenient. What was even worse was that the transfer arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled pickup time and left without us, leaving my family, including three small children, stranded! This was incredibly irresponsible and unsafe, especially when dealing with young children. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by MyTransfers. Their inflexibility and lack of consideration for their clients' safety and well-being is unacceptable. - travelbuggy0 contributionsAbsolute shambles!!Booked a private car, pre paid, as did not want to go on a mini bus or van as we are not in Mexico that long so are very time poor. We wanted to arrive in Tulum as quickly and comfortably as possible for my birthday trip to Mexico. I was told someone with a name board would be waiting, there wasn’t! we eventually spotted by chance the board with my name on it lying on the floor (unbelievable) then FINALLY found a man that worked for Mytransfers. We’re told to wait in a corner for almost 40 minutes only to be put in a mini bus with 4 other people with stops at various hotels along the way. I would actually like a refund as I will never ever use your company again!! If I wanted to go on a mini bus or coach I would have booked one! This is a holiday to celebrate my birthday so really not a good start. It took us almost 3 hours to reach our hotel, we were dropped off last and despite giving the full address of our hotel, the driver had no idea where he was going, not his fault. Just terrible management obviously not giving him the address! I had to get my phone out twice and try and explain. The company said they waited for me. Who leaves before or at the pick up time? They would not send the van back. I plan to sue Viator because they are refusing to give me my money back.
