Great day for people of all ages, park has some amazing scenery and activities, the underground river caves that you can swim through is a must, the animals at the park like the jaguars, sea turtles and sharks where so good good to see up close. It’s a long day if you stay for the show but it’s worth it. We booked our excursions through our hotel company called Royalton Excursions and we can’t recommend them enough, they were helpful from start to finish going through all our options, and just to know you have the security with booking through them is reassuring. Eric booked our trips for us and was a great help!

1. Our trip was booked for thursday. We sleep early wednesday as our pick up was at 6:30 am. They forgot to pick up the people form our resort (RIU latino). By phone, they could not do anything for us. We had to wait till 8h30 am until the seller arrives at the resort. They had nothing to offer us : booking for the next day or "sorry". So we lost an other day by sleeping early for the next day that was our last day. Oh, and we were a group of 4 and they only had 2 names on their list .. they call Nexus .. they finally let us enter the bus. 2. The next day, they arrive late at our resort. During the road, they stopped to buy ice for their coolers. We also stopped for 30-45min boarding an other group at 1 hour distance. We then stop for restrooms (?? there are toilets on the bus ??). We stop at a tourist trap " jewelery / 300$ tequilas / unsanitary bathrooms" where they hardly tried to scam us and to see an old church (that wasn't mentionned on the itinerary ??). 3. The "Chichen itza visit" part was ok. Small guided tour and free time. 4. The cenote part ... tourist trap / scam part 2. The host told us in the bus not to buy crap from chichen itza seller as it was scam made in China. At the cenote site, the place were he told us that everything was so authentic, same same souvenir from China to sale at high prices. They started with a chamanic ceremony that wasn't mentionned in the itinery. It took soooo long as we were all starving. 5. When they took us at the resort, they give us a small lunchbox (1 chewy bar, 1 ham croissant, 1 apple). I didn't eat the croissant as it was warm and I do not want to take risk of food intoxication. So it was at 7 am ... we did not eat until 6h30 pm ... so almost 12 hours after the first ... chewy bar ... After a long days at the sun walking. They promise us an authentic maya buffet ... First, it was almost empty, most of the bowl have been emptied by the group before us. It was supposed to be : rice, black beans, pesto pasta, tacos. In the bus, the host talk about a salsa verde for 20 minutes how wonderful it was and that it is not guacamole .. and there were none ! Only a mild tomato salsa. I were starving and I was dreaming about our resort's buffet, but when we arrive at the resort, the buffet was close until 10pm. 6. Oh, and as the trip took so long, it was dark at the cenote part of our trip. We pay to see 2 cenotes. We saw a wonderfull underground cenote, but it was too dark to see the surface one which is supposed to have a bright blue color when the sun shines in it. For us, it looked like a small black lake and it was quite perious to go down on the stairs to see it as it was dark outside. In total, the trip will have lasted 16 hours for a total of maybe 4 or 5 hours of activity. Oh, and also they did not send us a email or advise us to bring towels that was included on other trips so we did the return ride with very wet clothes. Oh #2, and to add the insult to the injury, the saleman told us that the only thing he can do is to make sure that they will give us a NICE gift during the trip. The really nice gift .... a cocktail during the "buffet". I mean, a pinapple juice as it seems to have no alcool in it.

Javier Vergara met us outside of the club, greeted us with contagious smileand friendly personality, took time to explain step by step and escorted us to our seated area. We had an epic party!

We visited the Ocean, Coral & Turquesa Hotel in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. We were greeted by our Hotel Rep, Aimee Perez, who gave us all the info we needed for our return flight. Aimee gave us advise about the transportation, without being pushy, and was able to book a private transportation to the airport. We also booked a few tours with Aimee and she was very nice and professional, gave us tips and made us feel safe and comfortable taking the tours. Aimee, even went out of her way to change the date of one of our tours, at the last minute, due weather conditions. Aimee was always available for us, even in her rest day. If you happen to be at the Ocean, Coral & Turquesa, we recommend to visit Aimee for any tour you have in mind.

The trip to tulum was amazing. Azael from Royalton excursions made a great job in setting everything up after tour there was lots of shopping

Mr. Gadiel Martinez was very helpfull with our transportation. He´s the best and he´s very polite. I´m very greatful with him.

We stayed at the Ocean Coral & Turquesa Hotel in Cancun and we were greeted by Aimee Perez, out hotel rep. Aimee was very nice and professional. She wasn't pushy at all and help us to book our tours, even Aimee went out of her way to change at the last minute a tour we booked to Isla Mujeres for the next day due weather conditions.

We have such an amazing time Donovan help us book all of our excursions to us. Everything we needed to know my girlfriend meet us super late one morning. We missed the shuttle We were like two hours and a half late He said it was no problem and made other accommodations so we didn’t lose the excursion so professional given us wake up calls every morning to make it to our excursions, even taking us to the front until taxi drivers where we want to go for free leisure time this hotel was amazing if you’re going to excursion, please ask Donovan I promise he’s going to get you right definitely have memories and Cancún He was so good with keeping us out of our comfort zone and explaining stuff he texted us at the end of every excursion asked him how was it and ask him was there anything that could be fixed or approved? I feel like the level of Attention to detail and making sure that customer is very happy made my vacation experience so amazing

We had a fantastic time at Xplor Cancun. We booked our tour with Alex at our hotel, Planet Hollywood. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and transported to Xplor. Upon arrival, we were given our all inclusive wrist bands. We were one of the first people to eller the park and therefore all activities had no lines. I would advise you do the toboggan slide and zip wires first. These are the most extreme activities but are also weather dependent. In the afternoon it's best to do the cave expedition and rafting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The international buffet was excellent it had plenty of choice and the desserts were amazing. I would most definitely do this tour again.

Amazing excursion! We toured a church, visited and swam in beautiful Cenotes, and then visited the Pyramids. Joe helped us tremendously with booking and planning the excursion. Thank you so much to Joe and the sunwing team.

The family and I had a great day trip to Isla Mujeres. Our tour advisor Alexis Herrera did a fantastic job explaining our options and day plan for the trip. We all will remember our trip. Thanks Alexis. The day seemed to go very quickly. The snorkeling was fun. The ride on the the catamaran had great views and service. Isla Mujeres is busy and fun. Needs more than a day to enjoy.
