My second time to these 2 caves. Did it in 2014,so impressed hence I took my family there. Everyone enjoyed it tremendously. Out of the world for us. Tour guide was wonderful. Not forget to mention such yummy , plentiful lunch. We were grateful of this experience. My son and wife will be back in the future for bigger caves adventure. Thanks so much.

Excellent tour guide was very knowledgeable on the caves we attended as was an absolute pleasure to have on the trip throughout. Very comfortable transportation was provided to and from the caves 10/10 would recommend.

I found Netin Travel via Viator and booked a tour. I then connected with the company over WhatsApp and found that staff was extremely helpful and quick to respond.
On the day of the tour we were the second group picked up and they were a bit early so we rushed to finish getting ready but everyone was patient and friendly.
We were in a van that held 12 passengers and there were 12 people on the tour but thankfully we didn’t have to travel too far with everyone in the van at once.
Paradise Cave and Phong Nhà Cave were really spectacular and we’re so glad we got to experience these 2 caves.
Paradise Cave requires a bit of a trek up and down the mountain plus up and down stairs inside the cave but with proper footwear it was very doable.
Phong Nhà Cave was cool because we took a boat 30 minutes down Son River and into the cave. After turning around we were dropped off to explore the cave a bit on land and exit on land before returning to the boat to take us back to the main dock.
Our guide worked hard to keep all 12 in our group moving at a good pace and she tried to be informative. She handled getting all the tickets, ordering food for lunch at the restaurant and getting us where we needed to be.
We found Netin Travel to be professional and the tour was well-worth the money we paid to enjoy a day in beautiful Phong Nhà!
