We had a great time with the family. Beautiful place and the weather was great. Everyone was so helpful. But the best service and attention was from Frank (Snoopdog) at the main pool. Always made sure we had everything we wanted and the kid's loved him. If you go make sure to ask for him. Great person. We had a great time at the Hardrock.
