The tide was a bit rough and we couldn't get off at playa del amor, but that's just nature - each day it's different. They're pricing was great in my opinion compare to many others. Definitely recommend them.

We rode on the "El Socio" boat and the customer service was amazing. Alex and Jonathan gave us such an amazing experience. We saw the famous arch and were able to cruise and then find a spot to explore the ocean and see the fish. Our son who was not a fan of getting in the water was having a blast by the time we were done. They provided masks to wear underwater and be able to snorkel with. I would highly recommend this specific boat and captains and will definitely be back to book with them and the El Jefe Tours.

He explained the sites at each stop and gave us time to take a dip in the water. It ended up being just our group on the boat and he provided water, soft drinks, and beer. It was the perfect length of time for a group and I highly recommend booking a trip with El Jefe!

All the guests, my wife and I had an awesome time! Rafael had us laughing and having a good time the whole tour. We were the only English-speaking guests while all the others were locals. As all us tourists know, you're in for something good if you go where the locals patronize. Although it was a shared ride Rafael took the time to make everyone feel special. I know enough Spanish to know we were not left out of any land or sea detail stories. At one point he couldn't get in the English description of the Scooby-Doo rocks, so he turned around and let us see Scooby-Doo. The arch was awesome but how did Rafael make it better? He had everyone climb up on the bow for him to take your pictures. We soon discovered we were going to be there awhile as we took individual, couples and group photos. Other boats came and went but we stayed till everyone had the pictures they wanted. Yes, El Jefe glass bottom boat is a MUST DO! Oh yea, it was nice seeing Rafael teach his son to steer the ship. THANKS RAFAEL!

I had a great experience today on this excursion! Due to covid, their hasn’t been many people in Cabo, but lucky for me, that means I was the only one in the boat (most of my excursions have been like that over the last few weeks). It was just me and “Captain Snow.” He speaks perfect English, so ask as many questions as you like. He’s knowledgeable and has a sense of humor. The tour was only $20 and he took me for one hour to the area where lots of tropical fish are and gave me bread to feed them. He pointed out several landmarks around the arches and different points of interest. We went around both sides of the arch, which was also pretty cool. Then, he let me get out of the boat and walk on “lovers beach” for about 15-20 minutes to grab some cool videos, photos. He also offered to leave me there for an hour if I wanted to just relax a bit. He made such an inexpensive tour such a memorable experience!

Tour was fun. Only thing I did not appreciate is the driver asking everyone to pay $15 each to see a whale. That was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. When you are let off at the beach, there are also people who “help” you get off your boat, then demand tips. Overall the tour was 4 stars, but considering the panhandling, it ruins your experience.

We had reserved our ride with El Jefe through trip advisor several days prior. However, when we got to the marina Dock D (as specified in the confirmation) 20 minutes before the appointed time, we had a hard time finding their rep. Finally when we did, he asked us to wait until exactly 1pm at the dock. No one showed up at 1 pm either. So we went looking for the rep again. Now he told us they couldn't find our reservation in the system?!? We showed him our tickets with QR code, confirmation email etc, that seemed to stump him. He made a few frantic calls and finally put us on some other company's boat.
So we finally did get our ride but it wasn't on El Jefe's boat. No one from El Jefe bothered to reach out to us to explain or apologize for the mix-up.
Lesson learned. No need to book these rides in advance; just go to the marina when you're ready and there are dozens of these ride share outfits fighting each other for your business, and much better prices.

Excelente servicio, tengan en cuenta qué hay mucha actividad en en mar (más barcos). Tengan paciencia porque quizás se retrasen un poquito el paseo. Pero si llegan atenderte. Nos toco un conductor que nos explicó varias cosas, muy informativo ya sea geográfico y historial. Muchísimas gracias por que temía mucho agendar afuera con los del malecón por desconfío de estafos (éramos 5 personas, rápido se multiplica el costo de las atracciones).

We had a great guide who explained several things to us, very informative, both geographical and historical. I was very afraid to schedule outside with those people on the boardwalk due to mistrust of scams but through here I felt a bet better (we were 5 people, the cost of attractions multiplies quickly).

Things were quiet due to covid so when we arrived 45 mins early, they took us out. It felt like a private tour with no one else on. They told us all about the history of the area, the names of the formations and took loads of photos for us. They also offered to drop us off at lover’s beach and pick us up later. All clean, sanitized and masks were worn. Plus the guys were fun and good natured! They also gave us some bread to feed the fish, who came in swarms of beautiful kinds and colours.

Raul and Javier were so lively, attentive, and informative! We had a blast with their jokes and even got to see them feed some fish in the waters near the Arch. The tour was absolutely gorgeous!
They were so kind in providing beverages to everyone and made sure every person on the boat was cared for nicely. We learned a lot about the history of Cabo and common things to do in the area.
I highly recommend people to book with them.

I purchased this many months ahead of our Cabo vacation and only expected it to be a diversion while shopping at the marina. I was amazed how much we were able to see up close. Our boat captain, Rafaél, went over and beyond to see that we experienced the famed archipelago in all its glory. We were able to see pelicans, sea lions, and beautiful fish within a few yards from the boat. Rafael made sure that the seven tourists had ample time to take photos from every vantage point possible. Photos of El Arch, the Window on the Pacific, Lovers' Beach, and Divorce Beach (totally empty there) we’re all pointed out and even the opportunity to be dropped off for an hour was provided. Highly, highly recommended!

I took my two 10 year olds on this cruise and it was fantastic. Our guide, Alex, met us at the gate and asked for us by name so it was easy to get connected at the Marina. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable about the landmarks, and pointed out several fish species for the kids. Our Captain, Rafael, did an excellent job navigating around the dozens of other tour boats headed to the same spot and with unprecedented waves due to a storm far offshore. I felt safe, relaxed, and happy with the quality of the booking. I highly recommend.

We showed up a day early by mistake and captain Raul still took us on the boat - AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON IT! He had us laughing all the way and detoured the boat where we wanted to get a closer look at sea lions, etc. Incredible trip for the price!

No, we did not, it isn’t offered as a standard part of the tour, and no one in our group asked about it. There were a few people who were actually on the rock formations and diving into the water. Our boat captain was very accommodating and willing to cater to specific request of the passengers onboard.
