well, we never did the tour. The trip was paid for and confirmation received. we arrived at the designated pick up spot 15 mins early and waited till 30 minutes after the departure time. Called them to ask how long they will be only to be told they wont be picking us up as we booked too late the previous day. their google reviews indicate that not picking up paying guests is pretty normal for them

Service was friendly, efficient and personable. Our host & driver were very welcoming. Gave us great tips for visiting the area!

We headed to this beach during a tour and the boats pull up and you have to get off in the water. It's a pretty small beach area with a lot of rocks. There are no amenities there so bring your own. There's a large rock that people like to climb and jump off of. There's usually sea lions on the rock as well. Beware the water can be very wavy here and you must be able to get back up on the boat.

The shuttle and service was excellent except that we were dropped off at the wrong resort and didn’t realize it until after the shuttle left and were stuck paying a taxi to our resort which cost us an additional US$50.

The excursion was amazing. We got picked up at our resort, started the hike at 7 am, rode in the ATV, breakfast and jamaica were provided. Our tour guide, Pablo, did an amazing job motivating and guiding us through our hike. The views were breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this excursion to all.

Very friendly, funny, patient, and gives clear instructions. We’ve been to many zip lines locations and this was one of the best ones we have gone. “Rico Suave” was hilarious during the tour and Tony was very organized and made everyone feel safe. I highly recommend this tour!

Where do I start?! This boat which is from ENVATOURS and is called the CLEAR BOAT is simply amazing. It’s like you’re snorkeling without having to get wet or even breathe lol. Keep breathing but not into a snorkel lol. Anyways. Just insane boat. Great tour which shows all the usual spots but in all honesty. Go just to watch what’s going on underneath you. It’s such a great tour. Awesome job ENVATOURS

What to expect section mentions 1hr boat tour, 2hrs at beach, 2hrs free time in town. We were only taken to the boat tour so plans for the day were thrown off. Boat tour itself was fine but we expected to see more of San Lucas. All we saw was the gift shop and the marina where we got on the boat.

Disappointed. The travel to get to the hike took as long as the hike itself. It wasn’t really hiking. We walked on ATV path. It was indeed a small hidden arch on the pacific side. Nothing spectacular. Guide was super nice. Company primarily does camel rides and horseback rides. I would not do this again. Perhaps I would use them for camel or horseback riding though.

Great time! We did this as a family with our 11 year old son! The zip lines were fun but we felt safe and taken care of. Funny guides who went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable! The repelling was an unexpected add on - and the food/drinks at the restaurant after - awesome! Highly recommend!!!

Fun adventure! The guides were nice and funny plus safe! The little restaurant attached was great food for after our time.

Great experience from start to finish! Driver was great, friendly and polite. He had some fun things to point out enroute to the marina. The boat guide was good. She was vey hard to hear though, so maybe a bit more volume! The arch is so much more stunning in parson, same woth the wildlife and fish, a must do in Cabo!

So awesome! Had to come back this year! Great views, great staff! Diego, William and Ricardo were perfect! They were so helpful and kind! It is a must do when we come to Cabo now!

Met us outside the airport as planned. Let us know our shuttle timeframe. Loaded us into a terrific Suburban and took us directly to our resort. Great driver and team. Highly recommend
