Boat ride to location was good. Calm water, quiet engines, good drinks, and light lunch. I had read a couple of posts about rude staff. I wouldn't say they were rude, maybe just not cheery enough for a service position. The snorkeling part of the experience is quite short at 40 minutes. If you enjoy snorkeling and the water more than a boat ride, I would recommend going to the beach by cab and staying for the day. That was a mistake on my part.

Good group of people. Had a money transaction on credit card go weird, as well as the tour cut one hour short via miscommunication. HOWEVER, they were so trustworthy enough that they took care of the overall amount to make it right. Staff was good and attentive.

The crew was nice. The snorkeling was less than average - murky water due to all of the boats around. We saw a few whales on our way back to the marina. The food was tuna salad with chips, salsa and guacamole. Drinks were good, and they kept them coming throughout the trip. The music - if you don't like loud music, or don't like vulgar language, then this is not the boat for you. We had a 7 and a 10- year old with us, and we didn't appreciate the choice of music. The lifejackets also were too large for our kids, so they didn't stay in the water. The "trampoline" that they advertise is nothing more than a net on the floor of the boat for you to lay or dry off on.

We booked a cruise for 3.5 hours for $700, everything went pretty smooth until the end. Unfortunately thy decided to bring us back an hour early, with no communication of that change. As an honest company, you would refund the last hour. Instead of them offering the refund, we had to ask them. They wanted to make excuses that we showed up late, or we were there at the wrong time, which wasn’t true. Finally the guy that docked us, gave us $100 back.... pretty angrily. We then followed up the next day with the first Jorge that said he would tell the company about our issue, with no resolve of the full problem, we called the boss Jorge Delario, that yelled at us on the phone and hung up. Bummer! Bad customer service. It’s more about the principle of running your business with honesty!

For the price, we were expecting a nicer boat. It was pretty run down. The crew kept the drinks coming for the most party but aside from the bottled beer, they weren’t the best tasting drinks and varied depending on who made them. The crew definitely did their fair share of drinking as well - seemed like the drinks slowed down for us and the flavors got worse and this happened. The snacks were okay - can’t go wrong with quac and bagged chips. Sandwiches were alright. Seemed like a lot of money for 3 hours. I think our group was just very happy to get off the boat. Wouldn’t go through this company again.

We booked a shared cruise for 8 (including two small children), and it wound up being only 15 people on the boat. So we felt like we had the experience of a private boat, but without that price tag. We forgot towels, but dried off quickly sitting in the nets on the ride back to the by after snorkeling. The Snorkeling itself was lackluster, but that wasn't The Crew's fault. They fed the fish at the snorkel spot to bring them to us, but visibility in the water was low after a few days of rough waves. We had such a good, and safe time on this trip, and i will definitely book them again next time i'm in Cabo!

We had fun! I paid for pictures and never received them. I called the phone number and was told they tried calling me all day. No records on my phone. Asked for correct email. I sent. I sent 2 text, 2 emails. Still no pictures. We even tipped crew . So disappointed. I paid $25 USD for pictures. $20 USD Tip. To be told I was receiving and nothing. They even took phone off hook to not receive my calls. Paid $200 USD to snorkeling also. Never again with this company.

We had a great, great trip from the Cabo San Lucas pier out to Land's End for pictures, then journeyed to Chileno Bay for a snorkeling adventure, and were surrounded by fish everywhere!!. The kids had a blast! After about an hour, we headed back, saw some whales and had a great lunch before returning to Cabo 3-1/2 hours later. The 4 man crew was great, very friendly and skilled. The trip exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this trip!

This was my third time using La Princessa. We went out on a snorkeling trip to Santa Maria. On our way out, we saw a pod of at least 100 dolphins. It was incredible! They were swimming and jumping with the boat. We enjoyed our time at Santa Maria. It was a relaxing and memorable day.

Do you have availability for 14 adults February 24? Sailing on carnival panorama for the snorkeling to Santa Marie catamaran and lunch ($59)?
I would like to book this but I’m on the Royal Princess ship we get into Cabo at 1pm on Monday dec 3rd.
