Begin your tour with Los Cabos hotel/port pickup. Board your air-conditioned minivan and meet your guide, then travel to Santa Maria Cove. Great Snorkeling
We went on the snorkeling tour ( no party boats - thank goodness). Maury Sanchez and Poco were the best tour guides. We got picked up first and dropped off last but thoroughly enjoyed our time talking to them getting to know the culture. They also made a special detour to get me a wet suit. Maury guided us as we snorkeled so we knew where to go. Maury’s attention and quick reactions also helped us avoid an accident when someone backed out in front of us. He should be commended for making us feel at home away from home- I highly recommend this company and if I return would book directly with them. Thanks Maury and Poco for a great day despite bad drivers getting in our way!!!

Spectacular snorkeling
Amazing trip snorkeling to Chilleno Bay with Marco. We went out early to avoid any afternoon winds. The water was cool enough to require wetsuits. The wetsuits and snorkeling equipment was top notch, practically brand new. Marco was a great guide, pointing out the fish and several turtles in the crystal clear water. Just an all around great experience.

Great Snorkel in Chileno Bay

Great snorkel trip to Chileno Bay with Pepe & Efrain. Our group opted to bypass Santa Maria bay due to conditions, so we had extra long snorkel at Chileno, which was wonderful. Both Pepe and Efrain were very knowledgeable, attentive to our group, and safety conscious - especially when the surf & currents picked up out of no where during our Snorkel! Thank you Pepe & Efrain!!

Great way to see two snorkeling spots in one outing

This was a short trip 3 hours from pick up to drop-off) to visit two different snorkeling spots that are accessible off the beaches near Cabo. Visibility was not perfect due to a recent storm, but our guide Pepe did an excellent job scouting each location and pointing out various finds among the reefs (Lobsters, needlefish, etc) as we explored each reef. Although three hours seem short, we felt it was a good duration as it mixed snorkeling sessions with beach time to warm up and learn about other tourist attractions from Pepe. If you book with High Tide Los Cabos, I recommend you request Pepe as he did a great job of taking care of us on and off the water during our entire outing.

Best snorkeling experience!!!

This was our 2nd tour booked with High Tide and so glad we stuck with them!!! Sabina in the office was amazing to work with and super easy and fast to communicate with.

Maury was our snorkeling guide and we were so happy to see him when he picked us up as we had just gone on their Todos Santos Jeep tour 2 days prior with Maury as our guide. He explained exactly where we were going and what we should expect while on the drive there. Couldn't be happier with our experience! We've snorkeled in a number of different spots through our travels but have to say, this was by far the best! Water was extremely clear and numerous times we were surrounded by schools of fish, sometimes as many as 50+. The underwater pictures and videos we have are amazing! Swam around MANY different coral formations at each beach and were able to take our time to see some really unique and colorful fish, sea urchins, conchs, etc. Maury was sure to explain to us where to go to be able to get great views while not touching and disturbing the coral.

The pace of the overall tour to both beaches was never rushed and we highly recommend this if in the area.

Fun time with friendly and knowledgeable guide Sergio!

My girlfriend and I had a really great time snorkeling and talking to our guide Sergio. Sergio was a really knowledgeable and genuine person to talk to who you could tell actually enjoyed his job. We were able to see a lot of sea-life and he also gave us some pretty insightful tips about activities in Cabo and SJ Del Cabo.
We originally booked the "Los Cabos Arch & Playa del Amor tour by Glass bottom kayak", however due to recent Coronavirus restrictions by the government that limited access to the Arch, we did the snorkeling tour instead. When our booking was first affected, Sabina at High Tide Sea Expeditions was very helpful in offering either a full refund or changing our tour to snorkeling (with the refund for the cost difference in tours). Overall, I liked High Tide Sea Expeditions because their staff seemed quite friendly, helpful and not pushy with the sales tactics.

Overall not a good experience

Our family was not aware this was only someone picking you up in a van and taking you to free beaches to snorkel. Had to carry our stuff (including our kids) down to the beach and more so just sent us into the water to snorkel. We could have taken a taxi to Santa Maria and Chileno ourselves and did this and saved a lot of money $$$$$. I would have expected a little more hands-on guide and not just thrown in to look at the fish. Plus having to carry our things down (as well as our childrens) was quite cumbersome. :(

Since Maria Cove and Chileno bay were too rough, our guide, Hugo Zambrano, offered a kayak to Pelican rock. It was a short kayak trip and then we snorkeled off the beach. Lots of tropical fish. Thanks for the wet suits! Hugo was great!

Hugo is an excellent guide, prepared to take care of every person during our tours, making an unforgetful experience. Our Kayak & Snorkel Tour at the Arch is an awesome experience where you would be very close with the rocky area of the arch and the snorkeling where you can enjoy the great variety of colorful fish and the marine life in that area. Fantastic!
Alex and Gil were our guides for the snorkel adventure. They were the best!! It was obvious that they like their job and care about the people they are serving. They were informative, answered all questions, made you feel safe and comfortable!
This tour was a great way to learn about these two beautiful beaches and where the fish are. It has been the highlight of our trip. Alex even let me use his paddle board and is a very patient and good teacher. I am a teacher so I know a good one when I see one🙂. Wonderful young men, wonderful tour!

Maury was our tour guide and did an excellent job. We saw a ton of fish at both locations and it was a nice change of pace from the “booze cruises” where you only get to snorkel for a very short period of time. We definitely had more than enough time at each location to snorkel for as long as we liked!
