Caesar the trainer gave us such an experience we will never forget and our photographer, Fabiola took such great pictures. Do NOT book with this company. They ruined our honeymoon! We booked at the resort with one of their representatives. We wanted to book two excursions but she convinced us to do this deal that was 3 for the price of two. We were not really interested in anything else but picked one just because it was free. Well we only got to attend 1 of the 3 and tried to get a refund before the 48hr cut off. They did not refund us, they still continue to give us the run around even if it’s been months. We lots close to 1000$ CAD. Happy Honeymoon to us.
Also the only one we attended was the Cabo snorkel and lands end arch, it was terrible. They advertise it as on lovers beach but it’s no where near that. It’s also so deep where they off load you that you don’t see barely any fish! It was horrible experience.
I highly recommend Wild Canyon we did a day with them and wish we wouldn’t of pre-booked with Cabo adventures as they were more organized and everything was near by. No wasted travel time!
Also the only one we attended was the Cabo snorkel and lands end arch, it was terrible. They advertise it as on lovers beach but it’s no where near that. It’s also so deep where they off load you that you don’t see barely any fish! It was horrible experience.

Water was too rough to be out, should have been canceled. Half the boat was sick. Chuy did donuts making more people sick… know your audience. The snorkeling destination was in massive swells and laden with constant jack hammering and construction of not one but several hotels. Crew was nice enough. JD told me as I was sea sick off the back of the boat “piece of advice, don’t drink before you’re going on the water”. I don’t drink at all and grew up on the water and had taken Dramamine and 50% of your passengers were sick from the conditions. Don’t sacrifice your passengers comfort and safety to make a buck.

As you may understand we cannot control weather or sea conditions. Sea currents can change every minute and we can have excellent conditions for one tour and the next hour these conditions may change and be completely different, we regret that on the time of your visit, your experience was not satisfactory.

This excursion was one to rave about. We got to see the famous arch and lover's beach before getting to our destination to snorkel and paddleboard. Our highlight moments included seeing the migrating whales in the distance, having crystal clear water to swim in, and one of the crew members played the ukulele and sang to us.

We had a wonderful day on the water with our guide Emilio, and boat captain Victor. As family of 5, with kids 11 to 6, it was a perfect adventure. We saw so many fish while snorkeling, a few whales and seals made an appearance while we were on the boat. The kids loved the kayaks and sea scooters, and we loved the beautiful arch. Not to mention the amazing memories we made. We will defiantly do this tour again next time we are in Cabo.
Emilio definitely made the trip a lot of fun, telling our boys about the different kids of fish, and blowing circle bubbles for them. He was the best.

Have been snorkeling for 13 years, this was one of the best experiences I have had! Emilio was entertaining and informative, Victor handled the boat expertly, and Kevin captured great photos. Not to forget Ricardo at the snorkel location who did a great job with the kayaks, underwater scooters, was able to experience the whole area. Photo opportunities were many, with whales jumping and waving their tails, and the gorgeous Arches as we came back to the harbor. Will definitely do this tour again.

Mauii was our guide and Jose was the Captain. We started out by Pelican Rock and Lovers Beach area. We were told that it was too choppy for paddleboards and kayaks at Santa Maria. We had to stay close or leave the kayaks to go snorkle at Santa Maria Bay. We voted to leave the kayaks. It was a nice trip out to the snorkle area. When we got there, it really was calm enough we could have had the other water toys. I think they should have just taken them anyway. Snorkeling was awesome. They had food for the fish and put it in your hand above water. When released underneath the water, we got swarmed with all kinds of pretty fish. I would have loved more time but it was cool. As we headed back some whales were aging. Even though it wasn't a whale watching tour, Jose took the extra time to go out to see them. Bonus points for that. We got back to Lovers Beach and had about a half hour to kayak and paddleboard if we wanted to. By that point we were dry and for a half hour, it wasn't worth getting in the water again. We went back and had a little snack and that was the trip. All in all a really good experience.

We attended the Dolphin Experience with Cabo Adventures in Cabo San Lucas. The dolphin was beautiful and very fun. Our instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. I would say the experience was somewhat shorter than expected for the cost paid.
The cost of the photos was absolutely unacceptable. $300.00 for photos is not right when you are already paying over $300.00 for 1 adult and two children. The experience should include a photo in the package. You can't even purchase one photo, you have to get the entire package which is not OK. I would never recommend this dolphin experience to anyone. You are absolutely taking advantage of people with the costs being charged for this experience. You are also not allowed to bring in cameras of cell phones as a means to try and increase purchase of the photo packages.

Unfortunately our snorkel cruise was cancelled the day of due to bad weather. We were told a refund was being processed and it would be within 30 days of the cancellation. It is now over 100 days and numerous customer service calls and emails and we either get no response or the same 30 day response. I am still waiting on the refund and unable to get a response. I would not recommend this place because of the terrible customer service.

It was an amazing experience. The team were just incredibly friendly, talented, knowledgeable and helpful.
Mario helped me all the time we were in the water because I kept getting water in through my nose, he was always there , never left my side.
Kevin took some amazing shots and videos of our experience. Made it so we have a great tool to remember our time there.
Our captain Jose was very professional especially when we encountered a whale 🐋
And lastly Mike was very helpful on the port side.
Thank you guys so much, we will be back.

There are a lot of folks pushing snorkeling trips in Los Cabos. In advance of our trip to Los Cabos, We prebooked this excursion online & were not disappointed. Cabo adventures is a very professional company with excellent excursions. Chema was our guide for the day & he was friendly, attentive & very personable. We had the option to snorkle, paddle board or kayak or all 3. After the trip you are provided with a small lunch of 2 soft tortillas & refreshments. I recommend to bring water & wear suncream. Also, a professional photographer will take underwater pics which are optional to purchase after; if you're a group or couple, I recommend to let the photographer know in advance so he might take some shots you would really like. Great fun & really enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Are the snorkels brand new and yours to keep or are they re-used?

They were re used Im guessing and we did not keep them. I think he pulled them out of a sanitizing station, but can’t Remember. You could call the company and ask their sanitizing routine. It is a very commercial and well run tourist station.
