We had a great time. Great guide, perfect weather, good pick up/drop off instructions. They picked us up around 4pm and we got back to the hotel around 8pm. I’m usually a seasick person so I did take some Dramamine but it was a smooth/open air ride and I don’t think I needed it. We went in March and it got chilly when the sun went down. Bring layers depending on time of year.

The boat crew - captain Charles, Danny, Tito, and Alexia - were friendly and competent, seeing to our comfort and providing drinks and snacks. The sunset was glorious. To be clear, I wouldn’t characterize it as a “luxury” sailing excursion. We were sitting on the bulkhead of the boat, not in comfy chairs. But it was well worth the time and money to have a true sailing experience in such beautiful surroundings.

We went on this Sunset Cruise. It was perfect we got to put the sails and sail, so many times I have been on this type of adventure and they never put the sails up. Our driver and the man who took care of us were very good and friendly. We got a bonus with our tour we saw lots of whales! I would definitely do this again!

We take this cruise every time we come to Cabo. It is a great combination of scenic cruising, sailing, whale watching and a party. Today’s sail was led by Capt Pablo, Mario and Andrea. It was their mission to make sure we had a great experience and lots of fun and they succeeded. They were very generous with the food and drinks and made sure we were comfortable at all times. During this cruise we saw the scenic landscape and some incredible whale breeches. Best whale viewing of our life. But that wasn’t all - we spent time under sail and finished up viewing a beautiful sunset. Make sure you put this cruise on your “must do” list when on a trip to Cabo San Lucas.

I had misread the departure time, thinking the 16:30 departure was 6:30 PST. (I know, a total gringo touristo move on my part.) I wanted to map the distance from our hotel to the marina because we were heading back after a surfing tour for a nap before our cruise. When I read on the email that our cruise was leaving in 25 minutes, not in 2.5 hours, my stomach dropped. There will be no nap AND if we make it to the marina in time, we’d be lucky.
Out of breath from running to the check In station 7 minutes before departure, a sweet, smiling woman said, “You’re here, take a deep breath.” Then had someone walk us to our assigned boat as the crew was going over “what to expect.”
The cruise was MAGICAL! Breathtaking sunset, dancing whales breaching and an friendly, outstanding crew.
EVERYONE visiting Cabo San Lucas should take this tour.

This was a fun, low key cruise with good service and tasty food and drink. Though the clouds affected the sunset view, spotting some whales and drifting to hear them and enjoy the moment made up for it. They provided transport from/to hotel and all staff were very courteous.

What’s the boat’s capacity? We have a group of 10-11 staying in Cabo next month and might want to just rent out the whole boat to make it a private party for our group.
