Bruno was extremely helpful when we had to change our pick-up time. He worked magic and got it done! Very happy with his prompt and pleasant service 😀

Manuel Estrada working at the RIU Palace with Gray Line tours was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was so very helpful navigating through all the tours available and there is a lot. He took his time with us and did not pressure us at all. He wrote everything down to help us remember what days we did what, who was picking us up by and with what to expect with each Adventure!!! I will definitely always look for Gray Line tours and hope that someone just like Manuel Estrada will be there to assist us. What a great experience. Thank you Manuel and Gray Line tours!

Tour guide Lenin was wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Tour not as described however Lenin went out of his way to answer questions, show us around and recommend places. I think website needs to update their info lunch location was different.

Incomplete trip. Never showed up for return trip to airport. Flight was due at 7:56AM and wanted to pick up ok at 4AM. Requested a later pick up due to a domestic flight which got declined and then they never showed up at 4AM. Have not heard from them for over 40 hours despite sending multiple emails.

I did not go, cancelled reservation. Unfortunately was unable to go on cruise. However from talking to others that attended, waters was a little rough and some got a little sea sick

We thought this was a small van with a few people. Turns out it was a big crowded bus. We both got bus sick- yuck. Not impressed.

Great experience. It was easy to find the guide, the van was super clean and the driver was cautious and safe. To return, we gave our information to the company person who stays in the hotel lobby and they came to pick us up. Recommend.

Supervisor (Jorge) does not respond to texts. When we arrived at the hotel and looked for him to confirm our time for pickup, he wasnt there. I texted him and he does not respond but all my texts were “read”. Inconvenient service and unprofessional. When the driver came to pick us up from the hotel to take us to the airport, he dropped us off at the wrong terminal (domestic) instead of at an international terminal. We had to pay extra to take a local bus to get to the correct terminal. When I contacted the supervisor in regards to this matter, no response or apology. I do not recommend this company for transports.

We use Grayline every time we go and love them! They are on time and always help with luggage. Friendly and safe. We’ve even shared a shuttle before with others and it’s always great. Plan to use them every time!

Jose Martinez was very helpful and made the trip to the resort a breeze! Very clear directions and easy to locate GrayLine shuttle employees with their half white half green shirts.

Typical group shuttle ride, somewhat disorganized. First told it would be about a 10 minute wait, which turned out to be 30 minutes. You need to be prepared for the wait while they try to round up enough travelers coming in on different flights. Driver was nice and knowledgeable. Good price.

It was very disappointing! We have done the tour every time we have come to Cabo and this time it has been changed. They drop you off at the marina and you have to go into a building and fill out paperwork to go on a glass boat to the arch and it felt like all they wanted to do was sell pictures that they were taking of you. You were rushed back and forth and only at the arch long enough to have their pictures taken, none of our own. Lunch was good but tequila tasting store had extremely high prices.
