      Reserve rides a must for Cabo
      The instructions to ignore all of heavy pitches for rides even those pretending to be from Grayline were spot on accurate. Once I got to the designated area outside the airport the most considerate and customer service oriented individuals were there to assist me get my ride to my destination

      Beware of scam
      Beware of the airport bar outside the airport. While we waited for the shuttle, we ordered a few drinks. $20 usd for a cocktail is pricey but we didn't expect them to double charge us hoping we won't notice because our transportation happens to arrived at the time they bought us the bill. What was supposed to be a $65 bill, they charged $80 and doubled that to $160. It also happens their machine was broken so they had to write us a manual receipt since we refused to leave without the refund. The shuttle was comfortable and had ac but that was the best part. The driver didn't make the american passenger feel welcome at all. He kept saying they don't need gringo to come because too many gringo buy houses in cabo and they now has German tourist so the gringo don't need to come. Funny thing is he asked for tip from his passengers which were mostly Americans. He said he used to live in mayshift shacks along the road and the tip would help him alot. I didn't find his statement funny and the guy next to me appalogized because he was uncomfortable too. Anyway, I'm giving this bad experience two stars because the shuttle company did get us from the airport to the hotel safely.

      only one way, not a round trip service
      Our transfer from the airport to the hotel was adequate. They had more passengers then there were seatbelts in the van. My friend and I booked seperated round trip transfers. Neither one of us received return trip information about pick up. I emailed and contacted Gray Line through the trip advisor site and received no response. I ended up taking an uber to the airport for the return (so did my friend on a different day). I requested 1/2 a refund since I was not given a return info or pick up and was denied. I would not use this service again

      Good drive from the airport- friendly service at the airport..only thing is I cannot find my booking in the app for my return ride.

      Well worth it
      Five stars! From the pick up at our resort, the the talented folks at the Glass Blowing shop to our gracious driver to our knowledgeable, genuinely caring tour guide and a clear boat ride (which unfortunately could have been as accommodating to the rest of the boat as they were to the ones posing for their camera) we had a great trip.

      The service is very good and the atmosphere is very nice. The food is properly prepared and it is served at a proper Temperature. We found that the Almond fish is a wonderful dish that is enough for two people with moderate appetites. If you’re a voracious eater, you had better order two. The sauce is superb. I wish we could get the sauce recipe from the the Chef.

      Friendly and safe Airport Shuttle Service
      We used Translife Shuttle Service this past weekend in Cabo. This shuttle service was recommended by our concierge from WM Coral Baja and it was $60 round trip for my daughter and I. Service was professional and the van was clean, cool and comfortable. We shared with another couple but there was plenty of room and they were also going to WMCB so we didn't have to make any additional stops. I'll use the service again when I go back!

      Manuel is the best!
      We went on three excursions under recommendation of Manuel at the Krystal Grand. He was extremely informative and helpful. Great personality, very friendly, remembered our names everytime he saw us at resort; he is a great asset to the company!

      Great city tour!
      Marcelino,our tour guide, was excellent! You can tell he loves his job. Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. The tour was very informative and enjoyable. Well organized tour with lots of edible treats along the way.

      Great city tour
      This was a very fun trip. Lenny was our tour guide and he did a great job. He made sure to tell us everything both in English and Spanish. We went to the glass workshop and watch them create an elephant out of molten glass. What's back on the bus Lenny let us know what we were having for lunch as our options and when he took our orders to call it in so it'd be ready when we got there he made sure to explain what everything was in case we weren't quite sure. As we are walking to our lunch destination Lenny pointed out some specific shops that we could look at and good places for ice cream or gelato. Lunch was delicious and then back on the bus where we ended our time at a tequila tasting. All in all was a fun trip, unfortunately some of our passengers were late so we were a little bit behind but of no fault to Lenny or our driver. They did a really great job and would highly recommend them

      3 hours to get to resort
      Took much longer to get to the hotel than I anticipated. We waited for a long time for the shuttle at the airport. Then it broke down so we had to wait for a new van. The ride back to the airport went much more smoothly.

      Gray line excursion
      Met Jorge at the RIU hotel and he was very informative. Booked an ATV and camel tour at Rancho San Cristóbal. He gave good recommendations and provided transportation. He was hands on, & calling the place to make sure we were satisfied. Was pleased with the outcome.

      BAG Stolen!
      I waited for my airport pick up at the airport in a very crowded disorganized line. My van pulled up I had 2 suitcases and 2 smaller bags. the driver asked which hotel I was staying at I told him and he said I was the first drop off and I needed to get in van. He said he would put my bags in last. I should have gotten in van last too! I sat in van without being able to watch him load my bags BIG MISTAKE! I had my purse with me but my carry on duffel disappeared. They claim no responsibility! NEVER LET YOUR BAGS OUT OF YOUR SIGHT! In hindsight I thought it was weird that he told me to get in van first. When I was first drop off. I think it is a planned rip off!

    Roger, my dive master, and his shipmates did awesome job taking us to Land's End for a most excellent dive with the Sealions. As an added benefit he took me into a cave for a very interesting view of the fish there and then we dove on a wreck that was sunk in 1954. It was the best dive of my life and I've been diving since 1975.

    Our diving trip was cancelled due to rough seas... I don't expect Gray Line to control the motion of the ocean... however, they informed customers that attempted to book this trip a day before the event that it was likely to cancel due to water conditions... we booked the trip days before this, and they couldn't manage to contact us to let us know that our excursion was likely to be cancelled.

    This was our last full day in Cabo, and we spent an hour travelling to the marina, 2 hours waiting for a van to take us back to the hotel, and then another hour and a half on the return trip. Day wasted, and we could have been enjoying ourselves at the beach or doing a different adventure. When we finally got back to the hotel, no representative was around to deal with our problem, so I had the pleasure of spending a few more minutes waiting around for someone to return and fix our problem. Look elsewhere for a provider.
