Daniel was very prompt, courteous and professional. Our ride was absolutely wonderful. You have to remember you are driving through where people live and there needs to be some way of knowing how much we have.

Our transfer was excellent. Great communication with our driver Fabrisio; Our meeting point and what he was wearing so we could easily identify him. Would highly recommend. He also provided us with some good touristy information.

DO NOT USE TEBJX, They did not show up to pick up a family of 4 with children for a transfer from BJX to San Miguel de Allende without any explanation. And when calling them to reconfirm the return, nobody answered the phone after many attempts! Very bad business practice!

since 2018, Letty and Sergio with Viajes San Miguel and Silver Wheels have made sure I got to visit dad every month and since he passed, twice a month. never a missed pick up, mechanical failure.

I hesitated to review our trip because I've forgotten our tour guide's name. But he was courteous and helpful above and beyond. Views and places visited are either things I allways wanted to do or thing's I didn't know I wanted to do. As a Mexican, the house and tomb of JA Jimenez is a must do, the historic value of Dolores, and the amazing views of San Miguel de Allende are memories to be cherised.

My husband and I had a great time on the wine tour! Our guide, Fabricio, was excellent! He was very polite and attentive and his driving was excellent. He spoke great English and taught us all about the history of the area. The itinerary was a perfect mix of history, scenery and good food. We opted to upgrade to the tour that included both winery's and are glad we did! Both winery's were beautiful, but we especially liked the first one with the cheese plate pairing. Our total tour time ended up being 11 hours, which was a long day, but with plenty of rest and food stops it was a perfect way to spend the day!

We are American citizens, and traveled to San Miguel de Allende and were looking for a transportation service from the airport to the city. Granted we used violator for our trip, and this company was completely unprofessional from the start. When we finally got things settled and were picked up from the airport, it was a random car with a random young man in it. When we asked him who he was, he claimed he was with this company and was a friend helping out. I was absolutely mortified, thinking that we were being kidnapped. I had no way of knowing who the kid was. Eventually, we got to the hotel, and on our return we were randomly canceled. I have advised by Viator to remove this company, but I would like for you guys to know to not use them as well. They are unprofessional and scary as far as I’m concerned

Fabri was the tour guide. He was super informative and friendly! This was a full day tour and he kept us engaged the entire day! I had my elderly mom with me who has trouble walking sometimes and he helped her in and out of the car. He would drop us right in front of the museums or churches so she would not need to walk. He would run and get the car for her as well. We had taken a taxi to Guanajuato from San Pancho an hour away. After the tour he drove us directly to the hotel in San Pancho so we wouldn't need to wait on a taxi. When I return I will definitely be using this service again. Excellent work!

Fabricó got us to our destination to Guanajuato City. Some of us even napped. He also called the hotel so make sure someone was waiting for us.

Fantastic! We stayed in communication with our driver before both of our pick up times. When we arrived Omar was waiting for us ready to go. We felt safe the whole drive. Definitely will be using this company every time we travel back to San Miguel!

Fabrizio was an excellent, friendly and informative driver. However I had real issues with booking this via Viator/TripAdvisor: NO WHERE was there a space to indicate time of pickup, not whilst booking or in the confirmation. We had to research the company and call ourselves: twice!

The driver did not show up and I had to call an Uber. I will never book anything through TripAdvisor

Jacob, the owner of the company was awesome...I needed transportation between San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato and transportation from Guanajuato to Leon and ultimately the airport for my flight out. So I had 2 separate legs of transportation... wanted to see sights along the way and he was so accommodating. He showed me some wonderful sites between cities and we enjoyed eating at some of the local places. I will definitely remain in contact with Jacob and when I come back to the area I will use his services

Got scammed big time. please avoid. especially Transportes Turisticos Linares. they abandoned us outside of town. very bad experience

Last month I had roundtrip transfer from Leon airport to my hotel in San Miguel de Allende and then back to Airport. I can't say enough good things. Both drivers were there promptly at scheduled time waiting for me. The drive is about 90 minutes through beautiful Mexican landscape. I had wonderful chats with both guys (I am apologize for not remembering name of my first driver! He was great!) Fabrizio was my return trip and same, he made the ride enjoyable. They were both excellent drivers and we talked about many things. They shared so much of their area's history and points of interest, it made me even more enthusiastic about my visit and Mexico in general. I would highly recommend to anyone and will use next time I come back (which I will) :-)
