Very professional, friendly, accommodating. Nearly one-to-one guides to guest riders. Horses were gentle, sure footed and fun to ride. The views were breathtaking and the best experience one could hope for. As an experience I grade it a 10.

Such a fun experience! The canyon is wonderful and the cowboys and cowgirls did a great job of navigating. Letting the dogs come with us was. Fun bonus. Great views. Fun terrain. River crossings. I would recommend this adventure. It's about a 30 min drive from town and half the roads and dirt and rocky, so be ready.

My wife, daughter and I did a 2 week tour of Mexico and stayed in SMA for 3 nights and booked this trip as an excursion while there. I have to say this was the highlight of our stay in SMA! I was unsure of how the experience would go with my 5 year old daughter and this being her first time on a horse, but she was all smiles and the guides did a great job taking care of us and making sure our daughter was safe and comfortable. The guides were awesome and allowed those comfortable with riding fast to do some galloping sprints. Man was that fun!! The views were gorgeous and the terrain made for an interesting ride. Highly recommend this outfit as well as purchasing the photos and videos at the end of the trip.

What an amazing experience. Highly recommend if you are visiting the San Miguel area. So happy we decided to do this excursion.

My three teenage kids and I enjoy our ride with Federico and the cowboys and their dogs that guided us through the Canyon on horseback. The meal was amazing and the trails and views were breathtaking through the canyon and up to the rim of the Canyon. This is a rugged trip that can be done by beginners for sure but it is adventurous and not for people that not in decent shape. There is an opportunity to run the horses in the Canyon but I don't recommend running them if you are a beginner because it is on a narrow rugged trail. I would just walk them and you will enjoy it more. I highly recommend this tour for those that are up for beautiful adventure of a lifetime! It was well worth it!!

We had 13 riders and 10 cowboys! Plenty of people to look out for us. I loved this ride, the scenery, the dogs, the rancheras at the end! The food at the ranchito was also delicious! Thanks to June for all the wonderful photos. I highly recommend!

Very well organized, experienced guides and extremely well behaved horses that were trained and knew the trails very well. We had a wonderful time. The trail is not easy as there are some steep inclines and declines, but I didn't feel unsafe at any point. The guides also gave several opportunities for anyone in the group to gallop with their horse if they wanted (those that didn't want to rode together in behind). Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a great adventure in the countryside!

Our guide was excellent, and we loved the scenery and the confidence of the horses. Delicious lunch at the end was a nice bonus.

This excursion really lived up to the hype. You will, indeed, crisscross running water, climb steep ascents, traverse the canyon rim, and have several opportunities to gallop if you so choose. It's beautiful, rugged terrain the likes of which no American trail ride is likely to take you on. :) Although you don't have to be an expert rider, I would say this excursion is best for those with at least some horseback riding experience. Our guides (led by June) were great and went out of their way to capture photos and video, and the lunch on the farm was terrific. I'd do this again in a heartbeat! It made for a very special 40th birthday.

Worked with Coyote for transportation to/from Leon airport and for a full day car service to the wineries outside of town. They were super communicative, reliable and always had the kindest drivers. I worked with Anna on their team to coordinate everything plus day-to-day items during our stay, she was kind, communicative, and resolved any minor hiccups quickly. Would highly rec this company!

This is truly a horseback riding adventure. When we travel, we usually find some horseback riding to complement the trip. Typically...you wear a helmut..its a one hour trail ride out and back, and the horses are bored with the trail. Not this experience. You travel to a ranch in the countryside and meet the extended family that lives there. You saddle up and your horse climbs in and out of the steep and narrow trails in the canyons with the family members as guides. The guides let you run the horses...so you get to gallop...which is usually not permitted on most trail rides. The scenary is spectacular. The cowboys sing as they ride with you. In total, we were on horseback for at least four hours. We saw the sun set over the canyon, then rode back to the ranch, where several of the women of the family cooked us a delicious and authentic ranch dinner. This was an amazing experience...highly recommended if you are adventurous and like to ride.

I was scared to ride at first but the guides are so experienced and helpful. Saw a lot of the city I would have never seen as we went from country to city. Met some nice people too!

This was a fantastic experience! The horseback riding was great, the guide was excellent, the trails and scenery were beautiful and the lunch was wonderful. I highly recommend it and we will do it again!

Amazing trip! We did the half day horseback + rappelling. So. Much. Fun! I used to ride when I was younger and this was definitely the most fun horseback tour I’ve done since! They let you gallop which many do not do!! Huge bonus! The cowboys and guide were SO nice and made the whole trip the most enjoyable and memorable time. So happy we decided to book this trip and will definitely do it again next time we are in San Miguel.

Beautiful ride. The sunset did not disappoint. Hosts were wonderful and attentive. One of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended.
