- 2 people: 1-bedroom private boat
- 3 people: 1-bedroom private boat and 1 extra mattress
- 4 people: 2-bedroom private boat
- 5 people: 2-bedroom private boat and 1 extra mattress
- 6 people: 3-bedroom private boat
- 7 people: 3-bedroom private boat and 1 extra mattress
- 8 people: 4-bedroom private boat
- 9 to 10 people: 4-bedroom private boat and 1 to 2 extra mattress(es)
- There will be 3 staff on board. Houseboat is charged on a per room basis. Therefore, if you booked a 1-bedroom boat but allocated in a 3 or 4-bedroom boat, only 1 bedroom will be allowed for use and other bedrooms will be closed.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

This is a don't miss experience in Kochi. Our driver picked us up from our hotel right on time and had a very clean, comfortable car. The drive was about 1 hour, 45 minutes from Fort Kochi to Alleppey. We boarded the boat which included a driver, chef and guide - Retheesh, Gopi and Sabu were all amazing. They served three delicious meals - lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning. There was a lot of fresh fish and Kerala specialities (vegetarian options are available).
This is a very relaxing experience and the waters are very calm. I am generally sea-sick prone, but had no nausea at all.
The bedroom was very comfortable. AC is provided on the Deluxe boats from 9 PM until 7 AM the next morning. The bathroom is small - but clean. The shower water was also pretty hot.
We were asked to visit a village - to visit a wood working shop and a church. They weren't particularly pushy about asking us to buy anything and receptive when we asked to leave.

A highlight of our trip for sure! Very peaceful trip with absolutely delicious food (customizable as well - we're vegan). Super comfy bed and top-notch service. Our guides and chef were really friendly and very professional. We could have spent even longer on the boat, it was fantastic!

We would like to do a full day backwater trip on 29/11/22 for 4 adults. Is pick up from a Kochi hotel and drop off at Flora airport hotel possible as we have a flight the next day? Or does pick up and drop off have to the same hotel? Thanks
