        Not as Advertised
Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, so I wish I had better things to say about the experience. It was definitely not as advertised and we were very disappointed overall. We were picked up and once we got to the cenotes park, my husband and I got on our e-bikes and followed behind our guide who was in his pick up truck. We saw three cenotes, but we only biked a mile or two total the entire day, which was silly and disappointing. There was no reason for us to even use the bikes. Also, the "local lunch" was just some deli sandwiches that our guide brought for us. The whole experience was underwhelming and was not at all worth the price we paid of $386, especially since we weren't able to bike for more than a very short distance. In hindsight, we could have just taken a taxi to the cenotes and explored on our own for a fraction of the cost. We feel a bit scammed.

        Great experience!!
This was an amazing experience! Carlos took great care of me and my friends. while we were not able to go into the Ocean due to the rough seas, he was able to take us to a second cenote, which was amazing! Truly an awesome day out, and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

        Must float on the canal
The boat ride on the lagoon and the float down the canal were excellent. “Captain Snake” was the tour guide for us and one couple - 4 people total in the boat and canal. After the boat tour the driver asked us if we wanted to eat near there or in Tulum and got us carry out tacos to take back to eat on the beach at our hotel. The Muyil portion of our tour was not possible since the site is closed for renovation. The tour operator called us before to let us know. It would have been nice to have some partial refund since the tour is pricey. I emailed to request that, but to date I have not heard a reply.

        Wonderful!!!
We had such an AWESOME experience with this tour. The company did an absolutely wonderful job. Our Dive Master, Johanas, was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. He made us feel so, so safe the whole time. The dive spots were absolutely incredible! The coordinator also assisted with us transportation. Everything and everyone was very safe and well done. 10/10 recommend.

        Best Tour Ever!
We did the 3-in-1 private tour of Tulum, snorkeling, and Cenote swim. Our guide, Mariano, was incredibly well organized, professional, and knowledgeable while still being personable and inviting. Alan, the photographer, took a ton of amazing pictures of our family on the trip. We were a bit put off initially about them adding a photographer without our prior knowledge and felt there would be a hard sell at some point. Once we saw the pictures, a hard sell wasn't necessary. Every single one was clearly taken by a professional whether we we in the water, at the ruins, or inside the Cenote. Pedro, our driver, was also the equipment guy and made sure we all had our gear in the correct sizes to ensure our enjoyment wasn't hampered by faulty or ill-fitting gear. Overall, my wife and I, who have been on a lot of tours over the years, consider this to be the best one we've experienced and highly recommend this company and specifically this guide and photographer.

        Cenote Tour
Ricardo was great and very polite. The bikes were easy to work. The cenotes are out in the open not any caves, which was disappointing. The lunch was amazing.

        We had lots of fun
We had lots of fun. The staff was very friendly & relaxed. They picked us up from our hotel on the beach & brought us back. We visited 3 beautiful cenotes on ATVs & had delicious Mexican food.

The right guide made this a great experience!!
We were fortunate to have Ricardo as our guide. He goes out of his way to give you a personalized and fun experience. His “no rush” take your time approach, and his knowledge of the culture and the area make the trip more enjoyable. We started off at the cenote where he was patient with my wife who has a phobia of water. He took a buoy and helped my wife snorkel the entire cenote… really going the extra mile. From there we got on electric scooters and toured the town and saw a historic Mayan church and a nearby significant cemetery (from the outside). We continued to the reef where we went snorkeling. The independent snorkeling crew weren’t the best at being patient with my wife, but Ricardo tried his best to ask them to be slow with her. Net-net the trip exceeded our expectations, but what made it extra special was our tour guide Ricardo!! Cheers! Danny and Kristina

        Cancelled same day. Ruined trip.
This company charged us $390, confirmed our trip and then canceller 30 minutes before the tour. We were unable to book a different trip for same day, so we ended up burning this day of our vacation. Their communication is terrible and dishonest.

Can’t recommend this tour and these people enough!!! BEST TOUR GUIDES EVER
AMAZING TOUR!!! I mean wow. Carlos and Ricardo are the absolute best. I found in Tulum you get lied to quite a bit so that they can get business and money, which makes it even more special that we got to spend the weekend being guided and taught by these two. My friends and I went for a gals trip and booked the scuba diving experience. I was very nervous and Carlos was very patient and detailed in teaching us and guiding us. He has been scuba diving for 15+ plus years I think? The first stop was at a cenote and the second stop was in the ocean at a reef. We took a boat there and I was nervous and ended up vomiting all over the water (sorry but necessary part of the story), and Carlos just floated there with me as I vomit and was SO patient and SO kind. I’m literal out disgusting and he’s all “don’t worry it happens, I promise I don’t care”. Anyone else would’ve been OUTTA THERE. Everyone had such a fantastic time and the reef was beautiful. The next day Carlos and Ricardo took us to this AMAZING cenote cave on ATV’s. It was huge and deep and so unique. They brought snorkel gear for us and took us to a local lunch spot after where they knew EVERYONE. It was so cool and they were both so genuinely helpful and nice they really made our weekend. You can only leave a review if you book the excursion, but if anyone could leave one on here I know for a fact all of my friends would be leaving one. Can’t recommend them enough.

        Amazing Cenote Dive!
Carlos and Ana were awesome guides and gave me lots of confidence to dive in the famous Dos Ojos Cenote. We did two dives that were spectacular. Truely an amazing experience that I highly recommend. Carlos was attentive and his service was outstanding. Look forward to visiting Tulum again and doing one of the other tours that they offer. Highly recommened.
