We swam with a giant turtle that had a fish on its back and swam through a majestic and beautiful cenote! JC and Juanito were great tour guides - whole trip was smooth and wonderful!

Matt and crew were very kind and funny. They were extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious it left us wanting more and the whole experience was fun.

We missed the pick up but they stayed in communication with me the whole time. We made it with minutes to spare and glad we did. Boat was great. Roomy and staff was friendly. Kudos to Jose “Freckles” for keeping the vibe going and going out of his way to serve us. Crystal blue water and they actually do raise the sail. Go on this if you can.

This was just great! Swimming with a lot of colorful fish and a majestic manta ray. The boat is in pristine condition ( boat 23). Great team which provided amazing service. Good food and plenty of drinks. A must do when in Tulum.

Friendly crew and relaxing trip with plenty of private areas to enjoy the views. We saw a sea turtle and a sting ray. Snorkeling and free water time was a bit short due to 45-minute boat trip each way. The meal was solid and the drinks were plentiful. It was not a half day trip. Probably more like 2.5-3 hours.

The staff was great. Pickup and communication was seamless. Paola, Charlie, Paula, Miguel and David were wonderful. Would recommend this activity. The food was decent, but I would have brought my own snacks.

I had an incredible catamaran trip with Paradise Adventours! The snorkeling was astonishing, showcasing vibrant coral reefs and abundant marine life. The crew was fun and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The catamaran was impeccable—spacious and comfortable. Plus, the delicious food and cold drinks added the perfect touch. Highly recommend this adventure!

Crew was great! Snorkeling and paddle boarding was awesome, food was well made and prepared, and drinks were nonstop! We had an amazing time on the boat, just be weary of the shops at the dock. Ran our CC for over $285 when all we got was a $10 towel and he wouldn't let us look at the receipt, only discovered the discrepancy when we look at our transactions. From the second we got off the shuttle they were hassling us, DO NOT SHOP

So much fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very safe environment and clean, nice boat. Lunch was really good and service was amazing. The snorkeling and swimming were only about 20 min each but it’s a really fun way to get to the island rather than using the ferry. Also a great price for the experience. The pick up van was nice, on time, good AC, etc.

Amazing water and fun experience. Go for the boat ride, good food and drinks. The amount of time we spent in the water was relatively short, but it was all worth it and a relaxing 1/2 day on the water.

This tour was so much fun! We were picked up at our hotel in Tulum and taken about 30 min north to the boat. The staff was amazing on the boat; very attentive, friendly and funny. Clement was our boat guide and he was amazing. The water was too choppy the day we went to go snorkeling in the ocean, but instead we went to a beautiful lagoon to hang out, paddle board, eat and drink. My partner and I agreed this one by far one of the best days we spent in Tulum! It’s a Must see from us!

The girls and I absolutely loved the boat tour. Everything was so beautiful and the staff are beyond so helpful and nice. I would 1000% book again!!!

I booked a boat excursion with this company and they cancelled the night before - stating that the harbour was closed (which it wasn’t). They also offered to provide a taxi to airport which I explored. They wanted copies of passports for some reason and when I asked to clarify, they were very rude and sarcastic. Overall very poor experience and they seemed very scammy. I would recommend trying another company as I’m still trying to get my refund for the initial boat excursion.

Staff was great, very attentive and safe. The boat was great and clean. Overall the trip was a ton of fun and worth the price. The pick up and check in process was a bit confusing but ovreall 10/10.

I had read mixed reviews before booking this excursion and was skeptical but gave it a shot. I am SOOO glad I did! Three friends and I (along with approximately 15 other guests) had the BEST time on this excursion! Shiva was our tour guide and helped make this trip extra memorable. She was charismatic, kind, and had a contagious smile. The entire crew on the catamaran was exceptional. The bartenders, food preparers, drivers, etc were all very kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to make the trip worthy of a 5-star review. I did not realize when I booked this trip (leaving out of Tulum) that it required a 2.5-hour bus ride into Cancun to get on the catamaran.... however, it was nice to have the 2.5-hour drive back to Tulum to rest and recover from the day drinking and time in the sun. The driver was great and the van had AC that worked great!
