We will take you to know one of the few Mayan cities built in front of the Caribbean Sea, the main temple sitting on a rocky cliff, gives a view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, we will show you the most important details of the site with a guided and personalized visit. Then we will go directly to enjoy the Tankah Eco park, an exclusive and authentic park, according to the preferences of our clients, we could go directly to the dining area to enjoy a gastronomic experience or go directly to the activities, that is, the zip lines They go through open cenotes, canoes and swimming in the beautiful blue cenote. In this cenote there is a 3 meter platform from which you could jump if you want to or just swim in the cenote, then we will visit the Mayan village, where we will learn more details of the traditions and culture of these people.

- Tourist6326610 contributionsMayan Sites with NefiWe had a week-long tour with Nefi, starting from Cancun airport via Merida, then Uxmal and Campeche, on to Palenque and back by Rio Bec to Chetumal, visiting many Mayan sites and museums along the way. The vehicle was comfortable and Nefi was our ideal driver, he talked enough but not too much, and advised on the itinerary while always leaving us feeling in charge. We found him to be completely flexible and nothing was too much trouble. We have experienced many drivers in different parts of the world and wish they had all been like Nefi. Best time to visit in order to beat the queues as Chichen Ista gets so busy. He was very knowledgeable and patient making sure we all had a good time. Lovely to have the centre visit before lunch as again it gets busy in the afternoon. Throughly recommend Gabriel as a kind, experienced and great guide!Written January 8, 2023

I had been before and remember being extremely hot and extremely crowded. While doing some research we found a link to Make Your Own Tour. Every review I read was outstanding and our day exceeded all expectations. Neffi, the Make Your Own Tour guide, picked us up promptly from our resort and drove us two hours to Chichen Itza to see the sunrise. It was stunning. Not to mention we got to sleep while he drove. Neffi shared interesting and extensive (but not too much for our 13 year old) history and significance about Chichen Itza with us. Being there before Chichen Itza opened was such a bonus. From there we went to cenote Il Kil. Again before it opened to the public and had the cenote all to ourselves as well as information from Neffi about the historical significance. The experience would not have been any where near as enjoyable without Neffi or without being there on our own! Neffi also provided us with a lovely breakfast after the cenotes and then he took us to see Ek Balam. If you only visit one ruin, this is the one to see. It is relatively new to the public and the stairs can still be climbed - unlike Chichen Itza. It is also higher than Chichen Itza and IMHO much more interesting. If you have a chance to do anything with this company - go! And I would strongly recommend accepting any advice from Neffi in terms of planning your tour.Written February 20, 2020
- jchilczuk0 contributionsOutstanding Maya experience in YucatánOur friends recommended us Nefi’s guided tours as must have experience in Yucatán. Although we had a rented car and usually we explore by ourselves, we followed the advice and our day was outstanding! Nefi is 3rd generation passionate and educated guide. We heard real Maya story and got to know the local spirit visiting Tulum arch side + snorkeling, Tankah Maya park with awesome cenote, Maya lunch, zip lines, canote, snorkeling. A lot of attractions in one day yet we came back relaxed. Thank you Nefi!!!!Written December 27, 2019
