          Great!
Absolutely fantastic! Jaime, Victor and Luna were all fantastic - so entertaining and knowledgable! Time at the cenote felt a little rushed but apart from that really enjoyed! Is a long day so remember to bring lots of water and shade!

Club Med Cancun Excursion to Isla Mujeres
We took the excursion from Club Med. Adrien, Alberto and crew on Color de Caribe were knowledgeable, well organized, professional and personable. Adrien gave the tour in French and English. I was interested in sea turtles, so one of the assistants stood with me and helped me find them. The crew served a tasty but small ceviche snack, provided an open bar, and anchored so we had some swimming time at a beautiful beach.

          Just drive yourself
Trip was not what we signed up for. We had booked the premier experience, but the “included drinks and food” did not live up to expectations. It was an overall disappointment. They also are asking for more money every step of the way. You’re better off renting a car and transporting yourself.

A Once in a Lifetime Experience - Highly Recommend!
This tour was a great value and I really enjoyed it. Braulio and Roberto were our guides and they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and had great energy. I feel like I got exactly what I wanted and a diversity of experiences: shopping, Chichen Itza, the cenote, and Vallodolid. A nice lunch is also included. There is a lot of selling from local shopkeepers (not the guides) on the way to and at Chichen Itza but that should be expected and I’d encourage people to support the descendants of the Maya and their local economy by purchasing some souvenirs. Tip well!!!

          SAVE YOUR MONEY
The staff on the boat had good Customer service, the guy who takes photos really knows how to pose you for great pictures but wants to change over $125 for 5-10 pics. But other than that it’s nothing special. Id say take a ferry instead and save your money. There’s no “open bar”. They don’t serve you drinks until everyone is done snorkeling which is like 1 hr in, even if you choose not to go snorkeling and even then the drinks are so limited, they didn’t serve the basic, like mango margaritas. Same thing when you arrive to beach club. There’s a “buffet” that’s very limited and the food is not good, we got up and left because of the low quality of food, then the bar served us limited variety of drinks. My husband asked for a Tecate and I asked for a mango margarita and they wanted to charge us for both. Ridiculous. They said only one kind of beer and iced limon margaritas were included. It’s ridiculous the amount of money you pay and the quality of what you get. Would not recommend.

          Best tour guides!
What a trip! Roberto the tour guide was awesome and was really passionate and friendly. Bus had proper AC and a good amount of history was told during the rides. I would 100% recommend this as a quite cheap option to get to these three magical places. Thank you again, from the finns! Biggest bonus is that they send whatsapp messages with really clear instructions of the pick-up point and other details. Really helpful group in general. Only small minor inconvenience was that you have to pay 22 USD tax on top of the price mentioned here (but this might have been sloppy reading from me as well...)

Great sites but "luxurious " maybe a bit overcall but still worth considering
Great locations but not luxurious but adequate All sites were great and highly recommended. They were on time and start early and on time. Our van was small and full but comfortable. They provide breakfast bag which I recommend d bring your own snacks. No bathroom on our van but stop at different locations which has services. All sites seen were great but recommend change of clothes and consider water sandles. Bring swim trunks & towel. The most difficult part is a a lot of time spent on the bus. You leave early 6 am and may return after 9 pm Bring water & snacks Lunch was good but drinks including soda or water not included. Bring ear phone on bus. Sun screen, glasses and water, it's hot! Umbrella may not be a bad idea. Bring peso cash Highly recommended but be prepared Enjoy

          Chitchen Itza, Cenote & Valladolid
David the tour leader was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on Chitchen Itzá. The highlight of the trip was swimming in the cenote. We would definitely recommend this day trip

          Good experience!
It’s was great. We could have spent more time at Valladolid if we left earlier and on time. Cite town and worth spending a few hours in. Chichen Itza was great.

Once you get there, it’s great! Everything else, meh
I’ve done many trips to UNESCO level sites and Chichén Itzá does not disappoint. It was far better than I expected. As to the operator, it is a nonstop and relentless sales pitch fest and guilt trip. Sure, you expect people to try to sell things and you want to help the local economy but geese. Just when you think it is over they are right back in your face.

Terrible!!! Waste of time and money!!
We chose this tour company based on being a trip advisor company. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to have a memorable experience. That we had for sure! Not in a good way!! At the time of booking it stated we would be picked up at our hotel . Just hours ahead I received an email stating we needed to meet the van at Cocobongo . A taxi $10 USD. Once we were on the van the driver circled back to our hotel to pick up passengers. WHAT?? I called the company to ask why we were made to meet there instead of being picked up as promised at our hotel and the guy I was speaking to talked over me then hung up!! Very rude!! We then took a long ride to Cancun while stopping to pickup others along the way. Once at the Punta Sam dock we had to pay , CASH ONLY, a fee to get in $40USD. When booking this excursion it stated that fee was included in the $220 USD we paid. As we talked to other couples we found out some had paid only $15 USD for two ! WHAT?? Once on the boat we were served really cheap liquor ! The snorkeling stop wasn’t very long at all. Then off to Isla Mujeres. Once there we were sent to a lunch buffet that was mediocre at best. That took an hour of our time. Once in the town center we were encouraged to shop, shop, shop! We came on this excursion for the beautiful beach NOT shopping! After all that , we only had only an hour and a half at the beach . Also the beach was very , very crowded with many other tours. Back to the boat for a short ride to the dock in Cancun. Then back on the van . At this time we were in rush hour traffic . The ride back to Playa was a couple more hours!! We made a stop at one resort that took us 10 miles out of the way. It seemed this company was all about what was convenient for them with no regard for the people who paid a lot for this excursion!! I would never recommend this excursion. We would have been better off taking a taxi from Playa del Carmen to the dock in Cancun . Then pay $35 each to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres!! This excursion took 11 hours of our day and was such a disappointment!!
