The main goal for our trip was to visit and learn about the Mayan's. This tour exceeded our expectations.

The World UNESCO heritage site was beautiful. The 1,500 vendors selling cheap junk were not. I hope they create a Mayan market that linits the number and space where they can sell their wares.

Fantastic lesson about Mayan culture, spectacular. More enjoyable when its less sunny. Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Give it a go!

Ok if u got a spare hr not allowed to close and touch at protective lots of group tours not worth the money

We contacted Matteo in June to book a tour to Chichen Itza, since the begin he was very professional, quick response to my question and very polite and knowledgeable. We booked our trip, than we had to cancel our reservation just few days before the tour date, Matteo was very helpful he cancelled our reservation at no extra cost for us. I would definitely recommend Caribe Viaggi to everyone, our experience was definitely very positive, thank you Matteo.

It was a very hot day we visited this area but we were given time to swim in the clear blue ocean and it helped. A tour guide is a must or you miss information. This is such a beautiful ruins area and so much to learn. Loved it. Plan to go back as it is a lot to take in.

There are so much to learn about the different buidlings or temples I would advise to take a tour guide. On your own you'll miss out on a lot of information. Such as the story of the engraved images and the unique magic tricks of the clapping at specific temples.

Picked up on time and drove around playa for 45 minutes picking up others. Drove buy our hotel twice! Horrible crammed bus with very poor air conditioning. Very poor buffet... Very nice 45 minutes in cenote Good guides 14 hours later we were told to depart the bus for a shuttle that never showed up. Taxi backed to hotel....

Really enjoyed this Historic Site and The Guide was very informative about each area as it is spread out over many acres

I used this company on my recent trip to Playa Del Carmen with my best friend. I have been visiting Playa since 2011 and usually go with my husband and we just rent a car. This time my best friend and I went together and since I didn't want to drive I booked Caribe Viaggi to pick us up from the airport and take us back. They were there on time to get us in a nice air conditioned van and were on time taking us back. No problems or hassles! They confirm with you the day before as well. Good follow through. I also booked a Holbox tour since I have never been and I am SO GLAD I did! Holbox is AMAZING. I can't believe a place like this exist. It stole my heart and I want to live there now. lol.. BUT what made this tour even more amazing was our two guides Alturo and Robert. Both were extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew what we were doing, that we were having a good time, that we were happy and comfortable. This is important!. The tour started with being picked up in a van at our condo in Playa, then a drive in a nice van to Chiquila where we departed on boats to take us to a cenote first, then Passion Island to view the flamingos, and then next was Holbox island-breath taking!! We ate the local fish that was prepared to our liking and got to stay for about 4 hours doing whatever we pleased-again the guides took care of us and made sure we were having a great time. Around 4 we sadly had to get back on the boats for the short 25 min ride back to Chaquila, where our vans were waiting for us to go back to Playa. It was a great day and I will never forget it. We also booked a trip with them to Talum and Coba - visited bot in the same day. Unfortunately it was a very hot day-too hot to visit Talum and Coba in my opinion. Again we were picked up at our condo. This time we did not have a tour guide in our van-i think they put us in the wrong van- and it was a disappointment as we had to rely on a driver that did not speak much english. We didn't know exactly what was going on as we did in the other tour. We just had to go with the flow. We did make it back in one piece so that is good! lol..it was just a very hot and long day. I suggest to visit these ruins when it is cooler. I also suggest that this company does the Coba tour visit thing, then Talum so you end up at the beautiful beach in Talum around 2:30 and spend a good amount of the rest of the day there cooling off and enjoying the ocean. All in all Caribe Viaggi is a wonderful company with good follow through and I will use them again and recommend them to my friends! A great place to feel the spirit of the Maya. Wonderfully preserved architecture, beautiful views, being in Mexico is worth seeing.

Amazing history and culture - tour guide very knowledgeable o the facts of the tour and culture - a must see

The site is amazing and the information the guide gave was very interesting. The problem starts when the tour is over they give you time to explore. The white trail that leads to the cenote is lined with hundreds of pushy aggressive vendors. This experience really diminishes the excursion. The sacred and historic site is reduced to hawking nick nacks. The visitor should be able to enjoy the site ,history, and the complexity of the ancient people!!!!!

Worth visiting but the tours are more interested in taking us to their souvenir stands and so we didn't have time for all of chichen itza

Well run trip, everything ran smoothly and on time. Matteo was very helpful in answering questions and providing options for us. Would recommend.
