First of all I would like to say that I am extremely disappointed with Cancun Cheap Transfers. I booked a private van for 7 adults for Airport transfers. The person who picked us up from the Cancun airport when we arrived was very punctual, patient and the service was great. The pick up from the hotel to the Airport was horrible to say the least. We were picked up on hour late. To top it off we were dropped off at the wrong terminal. We had to pay another company to take us to the correct terminal. Thankfully we made it in time for our flight. We will NEVER be using this company again. They need to do a better job at keeping track of their clients and their pick up times. An extremely disappointed customer.

Avoid, this company provided clear instructions on where to wait at the airport for a transport to our hotel. We waited over an hour for our private shuttle to show up and they only arrived once we had contacted the company several times. All of the other companies we were looking to book had several representatives waiting. Avoid!

We had a great experience last week! Driver was right where he said he would be. Last minute once of our friends switched their flight to Southwest and we had to go to a different terminal to get them. He was friendly in helping make sure we got them picked up! Our ride home was prompt and easy as well. They were there at the scheduled time and we had no issues. We will only use them from now on!

I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used the Private VIP Transfers at least 5 times now while visiting Cancun. Every time has been great. The driver is on time or early, the service is excellent, and the refreshments are plentiful. Manual was our driver this trip...he was excellent. We enjoyed our driving time with him. 100% recommend.

I pre-booked the private van pick-up to take us from the airport to our hotel and for our return from the hotel to the airport. The van driver was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived and was on-time picking us up to take us back for our return trip. Very pleasant drivers! The van was comfortable and air-conditioned...and the drivers follow the Covid19 safety protocols that are in place in Mexico.

We found Cheap Transfers to be a reliable ground transfer service to and from our resort. They cost less than their competitors and we really enjoyed Rigo who has a vast knowledge of the area. We are heading back to Cancun in a week and I will book them again.

We arrived on February 21st from Philadelphia and were staying at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. I wanted to avoid sharing a shuttle ride with others and booked a private reservation directly with Cancun Cheap Transfers after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. All my online correspondence and pre-payment for round trip transportation to our hotel was handled courteously and efficiently. All I had to do was look for the driver at a designated spot outside the airport arrivals terminal exit door. Be aware that it is complete chaos outside the airport arrivals terminal. There are dozens of other companies holding up signs looking for their passengers and it is necessary to locate a spot under the outdoor parking canopy that has numbers hanging from the ceiling. Find a numbered spot and stand under it and then text them when you arrive and they will meet you at that spot if they haven't already found you with their company sign that has your name on it. Its that simple. I cant say enough how relaxing and relieving it is to step into a large air conditioned vehicle from the chaos of that airport and be driven non-stop directly to the front entrance of your hotel. Our return trip back to the airport on March 1st was equally easy and comfortable. The driver picks you up at the front entrance of the hotel at a pre-arranged designated time. Nice pleasant driver. Easy conversation. In my opinion, this service was worth every cent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and intend to when we return again next February. Very nice people to deal with--as many are in the hotel zone. I felt completely comfortable and safe.

We used this service to get from Cancun to Mahahual and back. Our driver, Manuel, was amazing! I highly recommend this service.

The driver was waiting for us upon arrival( even if our plane was late). The car we reserved was on time and then the drive to our resort was great. Cold beers were waiting!! The return was also perfect and the driver made sure we where back at the airport on time! Thanks

Drivers are consistently 10-15 minutes late. The whole point of this type of service is to get topnotch performance. Nothing worse than spending time on your vacation waiting for a driver, not knowing when/if they'll show up. Management was full of lies. (See response to this review as further evidence)

As soon as we arrived at the Cancun airport and picked up our luggage, we were greeted by the driver who was holding a sign with our name. He wasted no time loading our luggage into the waiting van, and we were on our way. I must say that this is not the first time we have used this service, and will surely be using them again. As for the return trip to the airport 1 week later … They were right on time. The entire round trip experience was hassle free. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I travel to Cancun once a year and we use Cancun Cheap Transfers every time. They are reliable and very friendly. It is nice to know that when we exit the airport they will be there waiting with your name on a sign to make sure you are with the right person. Cold drinks are waiting in the private car and the AC is on. lol We have never been disappointed with them, they will go over and above for you. One time I left my phone in the room at the hotel. I did not realize it until we were half way to the airport. We did not have time to turn around ourselves so our driver called the office and they sent a second driver to the hotel to get my phone and bring it to the airport for us. I waited outside the airport for about five minutes and then they arrived with my phone. I couldn't believe it. I will never use anyone else. And lastly, their price is fantastic. It was about $100 US less than the private transfer from the hotel.
