Really enjoyed this tour with Arturo. He was a fantastic, friendly guide and really made sure everyone was included (across three languages that I heard!) - I really appreciated this as a solo female traveller. It's a long day (more like 12-13 hours from Tulum) but you experience so much.
Breakfast and lunch were included and were both delicious (with good veggie options) and the locations we spent time at were spectacular. Cenote Azul is crazy big and is so nice to cool off in, and you get plenty of time to sunbathe too. The lagoon was unbelievable, and I loved having time at the beach club and also the boat trip - it was a great combination. I would've liked a bit more information about the lagoon, but I can google that. I really enjoyed the balance of wanting to fit lots in given how far we had travelled with having down time and space to enjoy our beautiful surroundings.
If you want to go to Lake Bacalar I would heartily recommend this tour.

Everything was great. Our tour guide Jose was very informative. We had an amazing time. The food was wonderful and we spent the perfect amount of time at each location for swimming and relaxing. Never felt rushed.

there is so much to see in Riviera Maya, but not many of us have a chance to visit a splendid lagoon of Bacalar! so marvelous and peaceful!! i absolutely loved that trip!! next time i'll bring my mom there - for sure!! thank you, guys , for organising this wonderful day!

We arrived via a 90 minute bus ride from Costa Maya. The 7 color lagoon was beautiful but the pontoon boat that we rode in was very sub par, the winds were high and lots of water coming over the edge of the boat. Our driver seemed inexperienced and with the crowded conditions another boat almost crashed into the boat we were on. The colors were beautiful but I would have no desire to return here, especially with the long bus ride. The lunch provided was very good. The excursion was sub par and did not meet my expectations.

If you want to see the most beautiful colors of the sea, all possible shades of it, go to Bacalar Laguna! It will strike you with the beauty!
