We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Hamlet! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, informed, and having a great time. The passion and energy he brought to the tour made it both fun and memorable, and also made sure we stayed safe while enjoying every moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide and I truly hope that our paths cross again! Balam! Balam ! 😊

A fabulous way to end our vacation in Tulum! Jessica was so knowledgeable and friendly. Each place we went was unique and wonderful!! Worth every penny. And the photos at the end are beautiful!

Although I really enjoyed this tour I think it's worth paying the extra money to do a private tour since we were hindered by an old lady who was scared of water and ended up wasting a lot of time in the water because of this customer that was in our group.

Jessica Silver had a wealth of information, very knowledgeable and was very helpful and accommodating. Our driver was also very nice.

The tour guide was amazing , the tour was great, Akumal and Cenote was great , now the food was horrible, gruel, no real Mexican would eat the tacos, shame on you for serving that, everyone threw it away

The tour was filled with nothing but fun Jessica Silver was very knowledgeable and we all learned so much it is a trip worth taking again

The activies were fun, the transport from our hotel was well organised and we had fun with our guide, Cesar Gonzalez. A photopgraph was following us all day (Alan). The only point is that we paid 55$ US for pictures and didn't received the good one. We got pictures from an other couple and nothing with our faces on. I have emailed them a few days ago and didn't get any answer from them.

Probably one of the best tours we have ever done. Pick up /drop off from hotel, perfect snorkel on a private boat (water was clear, reef was ultra close with lots of marine animals). Matched with an amazing walk/swim through an underground cenote (ie. underground canyon . Very different from other cenotes). It’s a once in a lifetime/pinch yourself moment. A huge thank you to our guide Alondra! Thank you for your kindness, wealth of knowledge and humour! Highly recommended -absolutely magical.

First up - Yul our guide was fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Pick up was early (6:30am) but on time, and we were given plenty of notice of the early start. The snorkelling was great fun (it was my first time), we saw loads of turtles, two sting rays, fish. Next was the Cenote, absolutely fantastic and a must do when in Mexico! When we arrived we were the first group, so we could explore the Cenote without the crowds. This Cenote is underground cave, it’s not an open one. The bat cave was great to experience too. I was grateful to have the photographer there as i didn’t have a waterproof case for my phone, the photographer of course captured excellent photos (mine would’ve been sub-par) and I think the price is fair for the number of photos (we got 82 photos for $60). Overall, 10/10 experience and would recommend Yul and his team to anyone in Mexico. Thank you so much for a wonderful day, one I will never forget. X

I hope this is the correct trip. We got picked up in Playa Del Carmen, and went to Akumal to swim with the turtles and then we went to a cenote . Our guide was Margot and she was AMAZING! Loved our experience!

The views were great, we watched sea turtles munching on sea grass while snorkeling. Then we made a short trip over the centers which were great, we only wish it was longer. Rubin was a great tour guide, he made everything very fun and informative. There was a family with a member we who had mobility issues that Rubin was very patient and great with. We’ve seen the opposite with other tours where they would kinda get left behind, Rubin took great care of everyone on the tour.

We experienced snorkeling for the first time. It was really magical to see turtles really close. We loved Silvana our tour guide. She spoke English but also French with us (our first language is French) she made us see sea nature with different perspectives. The cenote was magical and fun.

We booked a private tour to snorkel with sea turtles and swim in cenotes through Ocean Tours. From the initial booking they were helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Our tour guide Emmanuel was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, amazing with the kids, and made every aspect of the trip easier in any way he could. The driver Armando was lovely, helping everyone with their bags and ensured we all arrived safely and comfortably. Our photographer Lucho was amazing. He captured the best pictures of every activity (especially the underwater sea life) and had our photos uploaded less than 2 hours after we were done. Our family of 9 had the BEST experience and would 100% recommend this tour/company to anyone who is looking.
