- reikon7710 contributionsNo showDon’t use this company “Comjbg2” we paid $336.84 and 10communication on email. No show at airport. We had to spend 3 hours looking for them then we had to take bus and taxi from Tulum airport in stead of resort.Written April 18, 2024
- 495breannaw0 contributionsHorrible!! Don’t useI utilized them as a private transportation service recommended by my travel agent for my birthday weekend getaway with my partner. Upon arrival in Cancun, we were instructed to look for individuals in Coming2 uniforms, which happened to be shirts for a Canadian company, possibly Air Canada. After confirming the company, my partner and I were informed that we needed to wait for other passengers to be shuttled, resulting in a 2-hour wait at the airport. However, no one showed up and we eventually realized they were trying to gather more passengers for the shuttle. As we were finally departing, the young lady and her coworkers, who were all engrossed in their phones and ignoring us, seemed uninterested in assisting us. She directed me to contact someone named Alfredo to confirm our return shuttle to the airport. I followed her instructions and also reached out to the main office, who confirmed our reservation. Additionally, I texted two hours prior to our scheduled pick-up time for reassurance. When the pick-up time approached and they were not there, I was advised to take a taxi for $200 from Tulum to Cancun to avoid missing my flight. Despite leaving messages and attempting to reach out to various numbers, all I was told was to contact support, which I did. In the end, their lack of communication and unprofessionalism left me frustrated and feeling scammed. I strongly advise against using their services.Written March 17, 2024
- tinamulford0 contributionsFantastic! What fun we had! Xplor Fuego, recommended by Daniel was fabulous. Professionally run, it was a fantastic experience. The activities, slip wires, vehicle, river walk etc were all great, and our personal favourite Hammock Splash not to be missed! The atmosphere was great at night, everything was lit perfectly to enhance the surroundings. 5 or 6 hours of fun, and included a meal at the park. The photos come at a price but are well worth it, and unlimited..Highly recommend this tour.Written January 25, 2024
- globalnole0 contributionsNo communication, poorly managed and unsafe transportation scam managed by the hotel.Coming2 is a poorly managed scam operation of the Pineros Group chain of “resorts”. This scam transportation company offers zero communication in advance of your arrival or departure. If you need to change your departure time, they require 48 hours notice, however only tell you what the departure time is 24 hours in advance and then offer no flexibility-even when you have a fully private transfer. Under no circumstances should you book your hotel transportation to the Bahia Principe hotels (or any other hotels) through this group. The shared vehicles are dingy and don’t offer seatbelts in all of the seats. Avoid this service (and frankly any Bahia Principe hotel).Written November 6, 2023
- lornaj8280 contributionsFantastic tour with Doloris Maria!!!!We did the Yax Muul Cenote and Turtles Snorkelling tour (combined tour) through Bahia Principe Grand Coba. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our Tour Guide - Doloris Maria. She was personable, knowledgeable, kind, safety concious, and absolutely wonderful. I have read the reviews on here and am so glad we got HER as our tour guide. This day was magic for us because she saw bad weather coming in and put the Turtles first instead of second and as a result of her proactive consideration, we had one of the best viewings of the turtles that had happened in a long time. Ge you Doloris Maria - she is THE BEST.Written October 18, 2023
- Tomasz P0 contributionsWorst booking company I ever usedWe booked catamaran tour was the worst tour I ever been hotel booked us with Spanish speaking group guide talk 20 minutes in Spanish and one sentence in English. Put the complain everyday said someone will be in touch nobody come back to us, other trip booked 2 people instead of 4, another one not been pick up. A lot of issuer with few bookings so very bad company. tomorrow we leaving no results for the complain extremely disappointed would not use them ever againWritten October 12, 2023
- 946lunac0 contributionsAvoidThey didn’t turn up. Woke up at 6am especially and wasted a precious day of my holiday. Nobody answered the phone all morning either. I did get a refund though, which is something, but no apology, no explanation and no compensation for a wasted day.Written August 1, 2023
- F2017DBhayleys0 contributionsHorrible service - left waiting for 3 hours on arrival and dropped off 4.5 hours early on return! We booked a roundtrip airport transfer but when we arrived at the Cancun airport at 6am nobody was there to pick us up. They didn’t arrive until 9am - 3 hours late!! We were given no explanation as to what happened. There was zero communication about our return transfer. The night before we left we went to the front desk to make sure we would still have a return trip. They told us our shuttle was scheduled at 10am for our 4pm domestic flight - not international (Cancun to Tijuana). That is way too early! We asked to move it to later as we had plans for that morning and had purposefully scheduled the flight late afternoon so we could enjoy the last day of our 3 day trip. They refused to move it. We ended up at the airport 4.5 hours early instead of enjoying our last day. Do not use this service. They do not respond to emails or calls. They are completely unhelpful and have horrible customer service. I trusted my hotel (Bahia Grand Principe Tulum) when I booked this service but didn’t know it was with a third party. They are a liability to the Bahia brand. Stay away.Written May 3, 2023
- Vspar20210 contributionsUse another serviceRough experience. Little to no communication about transfers to and from hotel except what was provided by hotel. Expected to be contacted by Coming2 before arriving and never was. Especially since we paid extra for a private transfer. Not great service there. The drivers were respectful and efficient though. Then our excursion we booked through the same company was cancelled due to weather. Understandable… Except that their only form of communication was us having to check in the at the counter in the hotel lobby 30 mins before our tour, only to find it was cancelled at the last minute. Then their idea of rectifying things was to put us off to another tour on the following day at a time that was inconvenient to us and make 0 effort to help make the new plans work for us in any way. I understand things don’t always workout. But the lack of communication from this company is not acceptable. Our 4 day vacation was filled with disappointment as a result of the way they handle things. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.Written February 26, 2023

- thechad_24710 contributionsWorst Trip EverLast night on the 18JUL22 I spoke to your young lady at the Coming 2 desk in the Bahia Grand Tulum Hotel. She told me not worry about changing my plans that it was easy and that we are here all day to help customers. We changed our plans about 8 pm last night. Making new airline changes from the 19JUL to 21JUL at 5:44 pm on Spirit airlines flight #1016 and moving hotels from Bahia Grand Tulum to Sian Khan. When I got back to the Bahia Grand Tulum about 8:20 pm and spoke with Ricardo at the front desk. Ricardo did not speak or seem to understand English and know how to use the phone or computer either. The Coming 2 desk was empty, which I was told someone would be there always and no one there. Ricardo claimed in barely English that he would fix my transportation and I asked 7 times to speak to a Manager and finally stated have a Manager call me. Then I left the lovby back to my room. Needless to say no one called me until 5 am, Coming 2 a woman called me and asked me about coming to the lobby for my flight. I did not get her name and I spoke with her about changing my flight date and times and again I was told no problem we will change it for you. Needless to say when I got the lobby this morning and spoke with David that was all false and David told me I missed my reservation and would now need to start over. I explained all of the above issues with David who suggested sending these emails to get some assistance in fixing and correcting this issue and making sure I have transportation on the 21st with Coming 2 to the airport, without having to pay again for the services I have already paid for and not used. Especially after being given false information by 3 different people, 2 Coming 2 female employees and Ricardo from the Bahia Grand Tulum hotel desk.Written July 29, 2022
- adamcE9771BY0 contributionsExcursions whilst staying at Bahia Principe TulumOn our first day during our stay at Bahia Principe Tulum, we met Omar from Coming2 who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived to tropical rainstorm weather and were very anxious about booking our excursions as we did not want to waste money. Omar was very reassuring and helped carefully select our activities and chose the most appropriate days based on when he felt the weather would be most suitable for each day. Everything went smoothly and Omar was spot on with his selection of days as the weather was wonderful for each excursion, even though the weather forecast predicted different! He was readily available to help and went over and above to give advise on other general things to do with our stay that had nothing to do with Coming2 or the excursions. Excellent advice, fantastic fun and would definitely book again. Our holiday was not booked with Coming2, only our excursions.Written June 26, 2022
- brooks32540 contributionsShuttle Cancun airportStay away from this company. Waited 30 minutes at Cancun airport to be taken to destination. Waited almost an hour for pickup from hotel back to Cancun airport. Was never contacted of delay for pickup and had to reach out to company multiple times for status. When finally picked up there was no apology and was forced to run in rain to full van a block away because van did not come to front doors of hotel for pickup. My wife and I had to sit cramped in front seat and could tell we were forgotten and were quickly added to an already full van.Written February 16, 2022

We made it to another resort to the meeting spot before being told that the excursion was cancelled due to weather. Then we tried to talk to the rep at that resort for a refund and he told us we had to talk to the rep that booked us. Upon returning to our resort, we were told our rep left early for the day and we would have to speak with him tomorrow. I trusted this company as they had a dedicated tours booth at our hotel but this is not how I expected to be treated by them.

Knowledgeable guide, Cenote swim was fascinating, saw tarantula on a formation. Swim with turtles interesting, my 2 sons loved the snorkeling in general fun. The top for my wife and I was the lunch. Expected just a snack but it was all wood fired chicken. Great lunch. I found all the tour people friendly and engaging. Pick up prompt. Saw other tours, they all looked happy too

SCAM SCAM SCAM and nothing else but a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This company is used by AIR CANADA Vacations to represent them at the hotels. The representative Alan Barrera Marquez assured my husband and I that it was best to book our excursions through him as he was the official AIR CANADA Vacations representative and that he will personally take care of any issues we might have. I guess this is what most manipulative sales people use to scam innocent people. We had booked 4 different excursions during our 7 day vacation in Mexico. We completed 3 out of the 4. The last excursion was scheduled by Alan to be on Wednesday January 17th even though our departure date was Thursday January 18th. On Wednesday morning at 8:57AM I receive a message from Alan that the excursion was cancelled due to bad weather. He advised me that they were not going to refund the excursion but rather that I can use it the next time I come to Mexico. To give you a little perspective, the last time I was in Mexico was 9 years ago. I told Alan while it was no fault of theirs or mine as a matter of fact that the weather was poor, I wanted them to refund my money as I don't come to Mexico all the time. I am sure that the majority of people reading this review would probably understand why I would not want $375USD worth of excursions to be on "standby" for the next time I come to Mexico. I also believe that any proper business would give their customers their money back. It is not my fault that the excursion was cancelled and it is also not my fault that I was leaving the following day to come back to Canada. The representative if he was knowledgeable and experienced probably should not have booked a weather dependent activity for the "last" real day of our vacation. When I called the Coming 2 office, one lady by the name of Paula told me to speak to Alan again and to tell him to refund my money. When I went to speak to Alan immediately after speaking to Paula, he had left the hotel. I called Paula back and she told me not to worry, to just message Alan and that he would take care of it. I am attaching the screenshot of my message to him and you can see that even though he received the message, he never opened it and he never even posted a response back. On Thursday at the Airport in Cancun, I frantically called Coming 2 again only to be told by some other representative that there is nothing that they can do and that I was never told that I could get a refund. The confirmation that was e-mailed to me for the excursion did not state that it was non refundable and further more it was never me that cancelled the excursion to begin with. This company is just looking to SCAM people. They have 0 customer service and I would never recommend them to anyone. SCAM SCAM SCAM and nothing else but a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
