Coba by Bike, Tulum by Boat, and Private Cenote Day Tour
From $145.00
Overview

Let a guide navigate for you on this full-day, private tour of Quintana Roo’s highlights. Rather than being confined to a tour bus, bike through the Maya ruins of Coba, take a boat ride to the cliffs of Tulum, and swim in a secluded cenote. Your guide provides necessary context for the unmarked ruins. Round-trip transport, meals, and admission tickets are included.

What to Expect

After an early morning pickup from your Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya hotel and a brief coffee shop stop, your guide brings you to the archaeological site of Coba. Ride to the entrance on your choice of a bike or taxi and then explore the ruins at your own pace.

Avoid the stress of navigating the area on your own, and instead follow your guide to a secluded cenote—a cavernous limestone sinkhole filled with fresh water. After a relaxing swim, sit down at a nearby restaurant where a buffet lunch of traditional Mexican food awaits.

Your last stop is Tulum, the only Maya city built on a cliff overlooking the sea. Board a boat and enjoy sweeping views of Tulum on the coastline, a perspective rarely seen by visitors. Once docked on the beach, enjoy free time to swim or snorkel. The tour ends back at your hotel.

I don't know the name of the Cenote we went to, but it was an underground cave closer to Coba.

Hola, for the Coba excursion we go to cenotes close to Coba, you can choose between Multun Ha, Choo Ha or Tamcach Ha (our favorite) for the Tulum and Cenote excursion we go to Caracol.
