- FrankieZdL00MUST DO EXPERIENCEMy wife and I did the Extreme with the ATVs ', zip lines , roller coaster, cenote swim and lunch. I would definitely recommended it. Lunch was pretty good and plentiful. The roundtrip shuttle was nice and you get to meet new friends. Activities were excellent. Be SURE to wear eye protector when you ride the ATVs. The BEST part of this experience is CHEENO or CHENO or CHINO? Sorry my friend. He and his crew made everything perfect. They will explain the dos and don'ts and they will make sure you feel safe and enjoy the fun. Thank you (meet at the middle) Cheno for the experience.
- murillom52800Mysterious Rio SecretoAmazing excursion to Rio Secreto. I upgraded my experience to Plus and totally recommend you to do the same. I had a very immersive time there and our guide Milo’s was very informative. The only negative point was the photos that are almost more expensive than the excursion itself and you are not allowed to take your smartphone or GoPros inside. Also I would recommend you to have a good breakfast before going there since we only had lunch at 4 pm.
- cindynB3721RD00Chichen Itza & Saamal CenotesEverything was amazing. We learned so much about the Mayans and their culture! Saamal Cenote was breathtaking. The water was just right after a long hot day. It was a perfect way to end our tour.
- Q5258RNmonikap00Highly recommendFull tour was very good. From pick up to drop off. Nice tour guide Diego, told us interesting stories, was very helpful and friendly. Photographer Luciano was very funny and made everyone laugh. We did not like only one thing, which is high prices for the pictures, not even the printed pictures, but the link to pictures. Other than that, we had a very great day.
- Yecenia P00Mandatory experience ☺️Omg! The whole experience is speechless. Amazing. You have to book it! It’s worth every penny. The whole team was amazing and encouraging. I don’t know how to swim but Frida and the team were very encouraging and were with me at every moment to make me feel comfortable.
- kblack692700A must see while in MexicoThis is a water tour that is an amazing experience. The guides are very knowledgeable and insure safety while swimming in the caves. The natural rock formations are pretty amazing and the water is crystal clear. I went once and then when we came back with family we went again. This is a great active tour for all ages but I would not recommend for children younger than 8.
- ReedWn1900Cave and Ruin Adventure! It was a great experience! Probably the most fun thing we did while in Cancun. The drive is long but worth it. The only thing is you aren't allowed to bring cameras, go pros, ect into the caves. The walk to the ruins is pretty long and hot so be prepared. Overall though, it was well worth the money.
- S6972YYandreab00Mostly a money grab with a few scenic areas sprinkled in.The pickup was over 1 hour late. We were supposed to get water but when we showed the tour guide the email confirmation that confirmed our ticket included water he told us we’d have to ask for a refund from TripAdvisor and did not provide water. We did not spend the time we were told we’d have at all the locations AND, must annoyingly, everywhere is a trap to get you to purchase doodads, dust catchers, and “souvenirs”. After lunch, the picture which we were told we had to take, was printed and taped to a bottle of alcohol and a young man that was not on the bus at the beginning of our journey got on the bus and attempted to sell the alcohol to us. Just getting to the ruins you have to walk through a gauntlet of vendors all selling the same things and yelling out for your attention. Frankly I was surprised at this as the tour guide made it seem that the ruins were a special or sacred place. To get to the Cenote? Again, you have to walk a short distance pass shops and vendors all selling items at a premium seeing as if you’re thirsty or hungry what other option do you have but to purchase from them at whatever price they’re selling it. Bring water, bring snacks, bring hats, bring an umbrella for shade, bring portable fans or hand fans. Wear big spray and bring it with you to reapply. Wear sunscreen and bring it with you to reapply. If you have these items bring them with you along with the obvious towel, swimsuit etc.
- 628lucinas00Peace of mind!Carmen, our driver was awesome. Attentive and knowledgeable. Our transfer to and from was seemless. Communication was great. Our hotel was in Tulum, in the hotel area which is about 1.5 hours away from the Cancun airport. I had great peace of mind the transportation to and from was then care of in advance of our stay. Worth the peace of mind.
- U2575WIalexe00A great place to explore when you have a great tour guide. This place is really magical. A place where you see different ways of how nature builds itself through the rain. It's very peaceful and soothing going down to the caves when you go into the deep waters. But really what made our trip so amazing besides for the beautiful scenery wad our tour guide "Tinanra". She knew the history of the place and nature inside out. She was very sweet and patient and was explaining every question we had. Thank you Tinara!!!
- benrD1931SS00Horrible day apart from zeferinoZefarino was good and that was about it Pictures posted by management are fake! The cenotes in the pictures aren’t the ones they take you too They don’t give you lunch until 4pm but pick you up at 7am so you go all day without eating and then when you do go for lunch it’s terrible, bugs crawling over the cutlery, flies all over the watermelon they had put out, and then you only get 30 minutes at the cenote Everything was rushed, most time was spent on the coach, we didn’t get back until 9:45 so we just about managed to get food at our hotel or what was left of the buffet anyway Bring extra money because you’ll need it for Coba ruins for a bicycle or tricycle taxi, this isn’t mentioned but has to be done as they don’t give you enough time to walk there and back the coach would leave without you and you’d miss Zeferino giving information about the ruins Bottom line, don’t book this tour, it’s not what is advertised in fact “cenote kuxtal” which is what is stated in the description was actually an hour away from where we were, spend a bit extra and get something decent As well the only time you get in tulum is in the archeological site which is having work done so there’s hundreds of workers about and digger trucks and the air is thick with smoke, the smell of sewage is horrendous as well in the walk up, you get about 1 hour and 20-30 mins here but you’ll want to leave sooner most probably especially if the sun is scorching and you’re made to stand in direct sunlight for most of the tour, no air con on the first coach on the way as well so the heat on the bus was horrendous, we swapped coaches after getting a flat tyre though and it was better on that coach We spent 15 hours in total on the tour, we felt like we’d wasted a day of our holiday
- F3871KMianw00Chichen Itza, lunch and cenote from Riviera Maya, CancunWe booked our trip from the hotel lobby Amstar rep who contracted it out to ‘Cancun Passion’ tours. The pick up was in a mini bus and we collected a few other people from different hotels before transferring to a coach. It’s a long drive but the 4 staff were great dishing out coffee, snacks and entertaining stories. After a quick stop at a souvenir shop for a comfort break it’s off to Chichen Itza’s historic site. You collect your ticket and tour tag and you’re in the site, the guide was very informative and interesting and tries to keep you in the shape although umbrellas are provided..cos it’s hot! We had almost an hour on our own to explore this awesome place which is about right, the only thing that let’s it down is all the vendors in the shade around the site selling souvenirs, their not pushy but it spoils the atmosphere. There’s no restrooms in the historic area, at the entrance has them plus plenty of places to eat and shop. Back at the bus and the staff greeted us with a lovely cold beer! It’s back to the same place as we stopped earlier for a buffet lunch which was pretty good and some traditional dancers to entertain us. Again, not much time and it’s off to the Selva Maya cenote, entrance is included but if you wanna swim you need to rent a compulsory life vest, 2 vests and a locker was £8.50. Again the cenote is beautiful, well worth it, a waterfall comes in and there’s a platform to jump in, must be 12-15ft high, also steps to walk in if you want. We only had 15 minutes in the water before we’re back on the bus, we drove through Valladolid and 2 hours later we’re back. It’s a long day and the staff were brilliant however the tour coaches are stacked up at the ruins, lunch and cenote so there’s not much free time to relax, you’re constantly looking at your watch! All in all it was good fun and we enjoyed our day although for US $350 for 2 adults it’s the most expensive excursion we’ve ever done!
- SaharaJP00Don’t miss itOur initial booking the driver didn’t show and apparently reported us as a no show, even though we were at the pick up location 10mins early. They rescheduled us promptly as soon as we contacted them. The actual tour was very good. Tulum was a little crowded but the time we spent there and the information the guide gave us was sufficient. Rio Secreto was something different. It was magical and something that you cannot experience anywhere else. Our guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommended.
- GoPlaces5422788730100Isla MujeresCustomer service was amazing. Highly recommend this boat tour! The food was also very good! We had a great time!
- 709khushi00Unbelievable Fun: My Awesome ATV & Cenote Adventure!I had the pleasure of joining the ATV Team for an adventure that left me utterly amazed. This experience was more than just a ride – it was a full-blown vacation that exceeded all expectations. Right from the start, the ATV Team's top priority was our safety. Their thorough explanations and the waiver we signed assured us that they take safety seriously, making us feel at ease to enjoy the thrill of the adventure. It's a perfect choice for anyone 18 and older, regardless of age. The adventure began with an exhilarating one-hour ATV ride through the jungle, setting the tone for the excitement that lay ahead. The bumpy terrain added to the thrill, and it was a great ride to get the adrenaline pumping. The absolute highlight of the trip was the stunning cenote located within a mesmerizing cave. After the ATV ride, we spent a full hour at the cenote, with about 30 to 40 minutes of that time swimming in the cave's refreshing, 15-foot deep waters. The ATV Team provided life jackets, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swim for everyone. The cool water was an absolute delight, and the cenote's beauty was truly a sight to behold. The ATV Team's photography skills were on point, capturing every thrilling moment both on land and in the water. What truly amazed me was that they sent us these beautiful photos even after we returned home – a testament to their dedication to making every customer feel valued. Communication with the ATV Team was seamless and reassuring, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went the extra mile by providing convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off for a small fee of $10 per person, ensuring a stress-free start and end to our adventure. Be prepared for a bumpy jungle ride to the ATV location, but it's all part of the fun. Packing sturdy water shoes and bandanas is a smart move, or you can opt for the ATV Team's own offerings, which include free water shoes to borrow and reasonably priced bandanas. In conclusion, I can't recommend the ATV Team's adventure enough. From the heart-pounding ATV ride through the jungle to the captivating cenote, complete with a refreshing swim and their exceptional customer care, this experience truly stands out. If you're seeking an unforgettable vacation escape that combines adventure, safety, and stunning landscapes, look no further than the ATV Team – they'll make your dreams come true.

Not too happy with the service that I was provided. I booked this excursion about 2-3 weeks prior to our trip. The day before our excursion I was notified that Isla contoy was closed due to the pandemic is only open Monday, Wednesday, Friday. However they couldn’t have mentioned this when I booked it. I decided to take it since it was already last minute. Supposedly I’m going to be refunded with the remaining balance that’s what trip advisor stated in their email. Once we arrived to check in at Cancun by the warf we were charged an additional fee of $13 dollars per person I was unaware of this . In addition to this mishap the driver that picked us up and dropped us off was terrible. On the way back to our resort he refused to have his temp taken at the gate of our resort so he was denied access in. He opened the doors to his van and had us get off leaving us at the gate of our resort . Our hotel is about a mile to half a mile from the gate. I’ll think twice before booking with this company.

We are sorry about your perception regarding the dates we had opened after pandemics, we are barely accommodating the operations as we have implemented the new rules for safety of all our guests and staff. Regarding the 13 usd fee, this is stated on the site when you are making the reservation and also on the electronick ticket, it is a fee for the dock and preservation of the reef. According to your feedback for the driver, we have taken the meassures to make it right

Knowing where you are and how far you are from daily life and schedule the only thing is to enjoy water-world and beautiful beaches and sea.Swimming, diving, having boat tour or just sitting with friends and enjoying your drink, this is opportunity fo having a rest and very nice pictures and experience for memories

Thank you! Coming from the USA with our current politic issue; our family was a little hesitant and worried of being discriminated. But the staffs were friendly and inclusive. They made us feel welcomed!

I was picked up in Tulum so it was a very long and enjoyable day. The beach on Isla Contoy was a fantastic place for a swim. Birdlife was fascinating with hundreds of frigate birds circling overhead when we climbed the hill. On Isla Mujeres I found the backstreets with their historic buildings and street art. I avoided the shopping strip. Sea was too rough for snorkelling but it was still a worthwhile adventure. I appreciated the fact that the company separated the group into at least five languages. Another highlight - the lunch was delicious, with barbecue fish the star dish.

We took a full day tour that stopped first at Isla Mujeres. That was for about an hour and we visited a lovely church there. From there you go to Isla Contoy. Just before arriving we did some very nice ocean snorkeling. The water is not too deep and we got to see a nice variety of fish and sea life. Once on Isla Contoy itself they took us to a lovely estuary, we climbed a tower for a lovely 360 degree view of the island, and then we had a fabulous meal served by the crew near the beach. The after meal beach time was spectacular and relaxing. I heartily recommend going to Isla Contoy if you would like a one day break from all the touristy activity!

Nice fast boat to take you to two islands and enjoy snorkeling off the boat along the trips. Calm and nice beaches w/ white fine sands. Tour personnels are very nice and attentive. Grilled chicken for lunch, along with other foods, was very tasty. If you are looking for a relaxing, a quite beach experience for a day, this day trip is for you. Thank you for the experience.

The trip was a FULL day! Got picked up at 8:20 a.m., dropped off just after 6 p.m. The trip to Isla Mujeres was quick, then on to snorkeling, where we saw a stingray and a sizable nurse shark! Our favorite part was visiting Isla Contoy. It is beautiful! Our guide, Miguel, was extremely knowledgeable about the plants and wildlife, and his tour was fascinating. Lunch was good and then we had an hour or two to lay in the crystal clear water on the beach. The boat ride back was relaxing and fun. The crew members were very friendly and accommodating. They pointed out some migrating sea turtles during the ride back. We also saw some dolphins jumping out of the water. We want to take our daughters on this same excursion the next time we are in Cancun.

Not being the best sailor in the world it wasn't our holiday trip I was most excited about But oh my gosh am I glad I went , The view from the tower was stunning ( we dived up while everyone went snorkelling and had the place to ourselves !)The water is crystal clear and the beach is beautiful they provided us with plenty to drink and lunch while we were there but remember you cannot take sunscreen or mosquito spray and use it on the island ! so cover up with light airy clothing and take a hat it was super hot !

A quaint little island just a ferry ride away from the Hotel Zone (Ultra Mar from the 'point' or the Embarcadero). Grab a moped or golf cart, or just walk, from the ferry terminal to North Beach (one of the top 10 in the world!). Try Senor Frog's for souvenirs and any of the beachfront restaurants for pescado enterra - whole fried fish - with tortillas and salsa. Snorkeling is amazing - you'll see the 'usual' - parrot fish, tangs, etc., but every now and then a tuna, or even a juvenile billfish, will cruise by. Be sure to check out the underwater statues/sculpture garden. El Garrafon is great for zip lining and other adventures. One of our v e r y favorite places in all the world!!!
