This was a beautiful event on our last day at Rivera Maya! My family (twin boys 12 yo and girl 10 yo) really enjoyed it, despite the rain.

We had Luigi who was our driver, and Angelica who was our fantastic guide, sharing tit bits about Mayan culture and history, especially about the cenotes that we visited. She was also incredibly patient as my daughter got scared in the water, but eventually found her courage and enjoyed the dips!

We first visited the open cenote, and the initial cliff jump and zip line allowed us to quickly acclimatize to the water. It was beautiful, as was the underwater caves.

The lunch was AMAZING. I had double helping of rice, pulled pork and beans... and the kids took multiple helpings of the chicken too! Sadly the restaurant was quite a bit away from the lockers, where we had our money and wallet, or we'd have provided tips... so please remember to bring cash when you walk to the cave diving! Ah, I don't think I'll forget the simple but so-delicious lunch! I told Marco, who served us, what I thought of it, but could only apologise for not having cash on us!

The inlet dive was lovely, though it was cold because of the rain. I think it would have been a bit more enjoyable if the sun was out, but it was still fabulous.

Thank you all for making this a wonderful trip! ❤❤

This was a great excursion! It offered a variety of experiences. We had 6 people in our group which allowed us a private tour which I would highly recommend if you have enough people. The tour guide picked us up right on time and had all equipment needed. Everything was individually wrapped and sanitized. We each kept our own mouth snorkel piece since they aren’t reusing them due to COVID. Our tour lasted from roughly 8 am to 3:30 pm. Lunch is included and was actually really good! We never felt rushed and there were some really cool features. The only recommendations I would make is to ensure kids are at least 7/8 and aren’t afraid of the dark or cold water. When you go to the cave snorkeling (which was sooo awesome) I could see it being fearful for the young ones. Also- I would have the tour guide take some time in the beginning at the inlet to go over basic snorkeling techniques (If you don’t have much experience) so that everyone is set for the next locations! The best part was when we got to an open Cenote and were able to jump off a 21 foot ledge (fully supervised by tour guide) And zip line off the ledge into the water. In total we went to 4 different locations for snorkeling. All very different and unique and safe experiences!

We booked the snorkelling cenote tour with some friends direct at our hotel and it was so well worth it. Our guide, Francisco, picked us up on time at the hotel and was friendly, helpful and fun from the start. We had to sanitize our hands before getting into the van each time and if you required snorkelling equipment they were each individually wrapped in plastic.
The drive to the first cenote was only about 40 minutes away but there is a brief stop at the tour company’s office in case you need a coffee or bathroom break.
The first lagoon is where you can jump off a 15 foot high platform called the Mayan sacrifice and zip line into the cool water. Then you are given some time to swim around the lagoon and explore the crystal clear water. From there it’s a short walk to the first cenote. Francisco was able to explain the history and facts about the area and the cenote. Once in the water you’ll be amazed at how clear the water is and almost how calming it is.
Once done it’s back on the van to the next cenote and lunch. I’d advise making a bathroom break before boarding the bus each time as the roads leading to the cenotes are quite bumpy.
The second cenote was our favourite and was located also where the zip lining and atv tour operates. This cenote was much larger with many more stalactites and stalagmites sometimes making your swim through a bit of a tight squeeze but you’re always safe with your life vest on.
The lunch served was authentic and delicious. We sat with Francisco and were able to speak with him and get to know him even more.
During the tour there is a photographer called the paparazzi and in the gift shop at this second stop is where you have the opportunity to buy the pictures taken. I believe it was 3 for 20 usd or all your pictures from the day for 45.
Our last stop was the fresh/salt water lagoon where you are able to swim around and see many colourful fist. The water wasn’t as clear as I had read about in other reviews but I believe that was due to a storm out on the ocean blowing in some sea grass and sea weed the day prior. Definitely not anything controlled by the tour company and still we were able to see many fish.
I would definitely recommend this tour for couples and families and hope to use this same company when we are able to return to Mexico.

This is the 2nd time I took this exact tour and I still had a ton of fun. There are 3 stops altogether, 2 Cenotes and 1 Snorkeling stop where the ocean meets the fresh water bay. The only disappointment I had was at the final stop it was quite crowded so we didn't get to see a lot of fish bc everyone was kicking around and such. I booked the tour from their website this time because back in Aug 2020 I booked it through my resort with a significantly upcharged rate ($120 @ resort and only $85 through their website). The tour took 7 hours total but 4 hours of activity time, the rest was drive time and picking up/dropping off at multiple resorts. My favorite part is the underground Cenote. The zip lining was fun but I still couldn't talk myself into "cliff jumping"! I may do this excursion a 3rd time when we revisit Cancun later this year - I feel it was THAT fun! Our tour guide, Jesus, was great!

Snorkling express at Yalku Lagoon and Cenote Yal-Ku in Akumal Riviera Maya Snorkeling.
Accompanied by my 3 daughters and my wife we went snorkeling in the lagoon and then in the canoe. Even if my wife was not very reassured to go in caves, everything went well and we liked the kindness of the guides and their smiles.

Amazing tour! We went with Carlos with Adventuras Mayas to an open cenote with high jumps and zip line into water. Followed by cave snorkelling and lastly an open lagoon snorkel. Wonderful fish to see and some of them nibble at your feet! Highly recommend! Carlos was a great guide.

The description states that you will be sharing a bus with 14 total people. What it doesn't state is that they cram in 30+ busses full of 14 people each into the same destinations at the same time.
It was a real same as it could have been a really great tour.

This was an incredible experience! I would like to personally thank Annuar since my wife (Jenna) and I did not get a chance to before we left. He was so professional, knowledgeable and made us feel secure on our journey. The food we ate was really great and he really made a big deal about it when we started the tour which got us very excited. Out of all the other tour guides that we came across (especially at the last destination, the open inlet), Annuar definitely seemed like the best. This was a great experience and well worth the money!

My favorite part of the tour was that it was not rushed. Most tours will rush you from place to place and barely give you any time to truly appreciate the experience. However, our tour guide Carlos was amazing, gave us plenty of time at each destination in order to enjoy the beauty at each site. Wonderful tour all together and looking forward to booking my next one with this tour company.

My husband and I loved the snorkeling and cenote tour! We were able to have three different experiences in one with very little travel time so we could still enjoy our resort for the rest of the day. We snorkeled in an ocean inlet, swam in a beautiful cenote with zip-lining, then snorkeled through a cave! Our guide Francisco was so knowledgable about the area and kept a close eye on us making me feel safe. We highly recommend this group!
