        One of a kind!
This experience was one of a kind! Fernando was an excellent tour guide and made everyone feel welcomed and he was super knowledgeable about the history of the Cenote. The buggies were super fun and would definitely come back again!

        Decent experience, nice fun
a decent opportunity if you want to get away from the city noise, organization well, Alexia and Fernando really cool and fun people. However, if you want a real mega experience in driving with buggies, this is not quite it, because the driving is on old roads with pott holes and bumps , not offroad. The best part was the swimming in canote, a really private experience, a very nice cool down on a hot day. Definitely recommend but value depends on what you are looking for.

        Great time!
Rocio led a fantastic morning of ATV riding, Cenote swim, history and a safe good time. Highly recommend. Perfect way to get away from the resort life. The ATVs were in good shape. Bumpy jungle roads for 35 minutes. Swim in a refreshing half covered cenote for 35, and return. The transportation was exactly on time. Made for a perfect excursion.

        Best experience
Both Chris and Rocio made the experience more then fun. The stories of the culture, jungle, Cenotes and Mexico overall made it worth even more. The ride through the jungle was a lot of fun and the Cenote topped off the experience. Thank you both again

Amazing Adventure for our ENTIRE Family!
This Jungle Buggy tour is such an amazing fun-filled excursion! The best part for us which is a RARE FIND, was that we were able to reserve the “family buggy” that was able to accommodate all 4 of us in one buggy together. Our tour guides Chris and a young lady were phenomenal throughout our 3 hour tour through the jungle and gorgeous cenote swimming! The ranch is also such a beautiful and unique place. Both tour guides always went above & beyond - It was so sweet of one of the tour guides when she was so encouraging and offered to help my 11 yo get into the cenote for swimming. I also loved that our tour guide Chris took pics of us with our own camera at the start of our tour unlike most tours. Such a fun experience, highly recommend! If you are looking for an adventure and swimming in a crystal blue cenote, this is the one!

        Did not meet my expectations
Jungle Buggy Tour is basically a ride in the jungle and to a cenote. Staff was professional our tour guy Chris was very helpful and very accommodating. However, the trip overall is a ride from the ranch to a beautiful cenote and back to the ranch. It was enjoyable but a bit overpriced.

        MOST FUN EVER!!
This was the highlight of my trip. I went for the half day tour (took about 3 hours). I went with my 12 year old cousin. We rode through the dirt roads, got FILTHY (it was awesome). Be sure to bring a bandana for face (they provide you with one and goggles in case you forget). THE CENOTE?! GORGEOUS. The guide Cris was a great host, he really catered to all of the participants, especially at the Cenote. He also provided us with snacks at the end of the tour. 10/10 would recommend, and I would definitely book again. Before going, a woman Daniela from the company texted me advising not to use google maps for directions, and instead sent me a link with the proper address. She also sent me picture of what the gate to enter looked like. Great tour, great customer service! Keep up the great work guys, and thanks once again.

        Muddy Mess!
What a great time! We were picked up promptly at our hotel and driven to the "ranch" where we're were offered bandanas and goggles and given a lesson on driving the buggy. (It's pronounced Boogie) Don't pass up on the bandanas or goggles. It's dusty, muddy. You will thank me. Chris and Carlos were awesome guides. We drove maybe 15-20 minutes along bumpy dirt roads, peppered with mud puddles, which my driver HAD to maximize with each splash through. The cenotes were amazing. Crystal water, perfect for swimming and diving. Our knowledgeable guides gave us an informative history lesson on the cave system and some Mayan artifacts. We spent 30 minutes there before heading back. Once we got back to our starting point, we were offered showers and a snack. So yea, I suggest you get with these guys for a 3 hour tour

        Amazing Xenote
We had a great time. Fun juggle buggy with a lot of mud splashing that my kids loved and a short walk to the first xenote I have ever seen. Spectacular natural wonder.

3 hours go by quickly when you’re having this much fun. During our time in Playa del Carmen my husband and I did not have much interest in doing much in the way of activities, but if we were going to do one thing-we wanted it to be worth it. Kris and Carlos guided us on a fast and run ride through the jungle, showed us the ropes as we jumped off rocks into the cenote, and encouraged us to let loose and drive the buggys like we really wanted to. Make sure to wear shoes and clothes you’re willing to get covered in mud and just go for it. Highly recommended for both novice and experienced drivers alike.

This was an absolutely fantastic tour! It is not an ATV tour! Let me say that again, it is not an ATV tour! However, with that said, it is 1000 times better than an ATV Tour! Chris and Rocio were superb tour guides! They were extremely personable and gave us insight into the local flora and fauna and history of the region!

What made this tour absolutely perfect was their ability to make our special needs son feel included in the tour. Our son had never participated in an excursion but Chris and Rocio made him feel welcome! It was also great for me, an individual who has had extensive neck surgery…not extremely rough!

We were picked up at our hotel lobby in a small bus and transported to another hotel to pick up additional tour participants. The total in the tour was only 9 which was a perfect size. We then took a short ride to the ranch where we met Chris and Rocio. The buggies were new and clean! We were given a brief introduction to the operation of the buggies. We drove about 30 minutes on varying roads from dirt roads to rough jungle roads with many rough spots and puddles. We drove at about 25 miles per hour….not a crazy speed…an enjoyable speed which let you see and enjoy the jungle. We then arrived at the beautiful cenote which was cool and crisp. You could wade in, jump from a dock, or climb and jump from 7 or 14 feet ledges. We swam for about 35-40 minutes and then drove back. At the end of the tour we had a small snack and some water.

There were open air showers and private, very clean bathrooms available.

      Very highly recommended!

This was so much fun. Our tour guides were amazing and they let us switch out drivers halfway through so that everyone was able to drive. The cenote was amazing our tour guide was able to show us some Mayan pottery and she helped show us the cave. I would definitely recommend this excursion!

Rocio is amazing, she dove down and retrieved Mayan pottery to show our group. A couple of guys in our group wanted to go as far down as they could and she led the way, she showed us the jump off points and they brought goggles and life vests for others. The drive back and forth on the buggies was a fun experience and she took our group photo of us all dusty. The van taking us to the excursion didn’t feel welcoming or have any branding on the outside so i felt a bit concerned, but as soon as we were dropped off with Rocio and her father any worries I had disappeared. There were also snacks, and souvenirs. I would def recommend and I would go again. The cenote was a highlight on our trip.

From the time we booked to the time were picked up by the shuttle van the communication was very good I would suggest using WhatsApp. It’s very popular in Mexico. This excursion was a lot of fun we had booked for six people and unfortunately one of our party was not feeling well so we had to go with five I was hoping we would get some sort of discount as there was only five of us, but I do understand. The UTV ride was fun and the cenote was beautiful. I was a little bit nervous going into one, as I have too many piranha movies lol but this one was very inviting. I would definitely recommend this excursion though if you have mobility issues the walk in from the trail down to the cenote could prove difficult.

Wonderful experience! Tour guide, Chris, was very polite and knowledgeable on Mayan culture and the surrounding jungle (also spoke fluent English which was a plus for non natives). Driving the buggies through the water puddles was an absolute blast! It had rained earlier in the day so not sure if that fun will always be a part of the buggy tour or not. The cenote was stunning in its private location. An absolute jem in its jungle hideaway! I would highly recommend this tour as a must do!!! 👍👍👍

This. Was. Awesome. We wanted to experience something like this but didn’t want to commit to an entire 7-8 hour day plus traveling plus being in a bus with tons of people. This was just the right amount of time!

Our guides Cris and Rocia were phenomenal, attentive, spoke perfect English (in case you don’t speak Spanish), we’re knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kept us informed and safe.

The buggy drive was fun as hell, wish it was raining though! That would have made it even better haha! We got filthy and then they lead us in to the jungle for a short (literal 3 minute) walk to the cenote. It was magical. Never have my eyes seen something of such natural occurring splendor before. The water was blue and clear and the deepest part was so so so deep and the feeling of the water after being dirty as hell and sweaty was beyond refreshing. I was afraid to jump in because water freaks me out a bit sometimes but Cris saw that I was nervous and grabbed my hand and said “Ok ready? On 3…….3!” and it gave me the courage to just jump in! My boyfriend jumped off the huge jump and did it 5 times hahaha.

      Tips:

      1. Prepare to get dirty. Don’t wear white or else you’re an idiot. I wore white sneakers - they will not be returning to the states with me hahahaha.

      2. Water shoes are a good idea because the limestone is sharp as hell on your feet and if you plan to jump, the climb up on bare feet feels like razors. Go in to town if you hadn’t packed any, buy some water shoes.

      3. Wear your suit there, it’s easier for everyone if they’re not waiting for you to change. You can change your clothes in to dry clothes once returned to the ranch.

      4. They have chips and water for the return back.

      5. Bring a bottle of water and bug spray for sure!

We had such an incredible time! It will never ever be forgotten.

Best day started off with the pick up at our hotel wherein the driver clearly and loudly called for my name. Don't know how many times a driver sneaks in & you almost miss your pickup. I was originally concerned that the UTV driving would be a bit boring just on a plain roads but it turned out 1000x better then I expected. Going over 50km/hr. This experience was so much fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The vehicles were completely safe and easy to drive. You don't necessarily need a license but you need to know how to drive. They had clean bathrooms with room/time to change before and/or after the tour. Souvenirs were available to buy using a credit card.
Apparently there is only one other tour company with access to the cenote so you could be lucky and be the only ones there. The walk from the UTV to the cenote was only 3 mins over some uneven path but even someone with a hard time walking could do it.
Never felt rushed 40 mins to cenote, 35-40 mins there, 40 mins back - face masks for the water was provided.
Chris was an amazing tour guide! And that always makes experiences that much better! Would even go again if we came back on vacay.

Definitely recommend the jungle buggy tour! Private cenote means no crowds, just the people you were on the tour with! The rain made for some big mud puddles to splash through. Chris and Rocio were rockstar guides—so kind and informative. Also an extra big shoutout because after jumping off the cliff into the cenote my Apple Watch flew off and Chris swam down 35+ feet to retrieve it for me! He didn’t HAVE to, but he did it anyways. Definitely recommend this tour and the staff!

We had a great time on the Jungle Buggy and Cenote Swim with Alexia and Fernando! Although the jungle buggy driving was not exactly what we thought it would be. We thought we'd be driving more through the actual jungle and not so much on a path...But, drive on a path we did and it was muddy fun! The visit to the cenote was definitely the highlight of our time, and we swam, and dove and faced our fears climbing the wall of the cenote and diving into the beautiful, clear water below. Alexia and Fernando were a goddess and god of jungle buggy-ing and cenote swimming. They were fun, interesting and caring leaders for us and we felt safe, seen and heard. Alexia was able to tell us some historical and topographical back story on the cenotes and Fernando added his own "special sauce" of humor and charisma. Perhaps the most adorable member of the team was the little blond dog who stole our hearts when we returned to base camp. But, we LOVE dogs!!!
