    Easy enough
    I utilized the shuttle service to reach the Centro area. There was some confusion as they assumed I had to go thru immigration upon arrival (which I had already completed in Mexico City). I messaged the agent on WhatsApp and he was very diligent in connecting me with the driver. Once I got into the vehicle, I then received a follow-up text and a call from a lady at the company to confirm I was with the driver. I would use this service again.

    Do NOT book with wisest! Awful!
    Constantly kept changing dates and times. They don't even offer the tour on the day that we booked for and forced us to change to a different day! Changed our pick up time via email on the night before our pick up at 9pm (moving it earlier by the way). We arrived 2 minutes late because our resort requires a shuttle to the main lobby. The driver left without us and is claiming that they waited for us for 20 minutes. Don't waste your time and money!

    DO NOT BOOK!!!! It was HORRIBLE!!!
    I tried calling to let them know i would sit inside the lobby as opposed to the hot sun, i got no answer. I went back out at 8:50 (our proposed meeting time), and NO SHUTTLE in site. Called 4 times, was hung up on 4 times and on the 5th call, i stood on hold for another 30 minutes. I even tried emailing and got no response. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY and it’s not worth the hassle since THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE AFTER YOU PURCHASE

Arrived at the airport and it was so amazing to see our driver with a sign with our name on it, we were greeted and taken to our hotel very promptly, great service...

I am glad that we booked this service before arriving to Merida! It brought peace of mind knowing we had a mode of transportation to our hotel. It was also nice to be greeted with someone at the airport with our name. However, we were driven in a taxi, not a private van if that is something that is important for you. I would just make double-check with the company before you book/arrive, which is very easy through TripAdvisor. It was still much appreciated!
