      Terrible
Took Cozumel by Trolley Tour via Trip Advisor. The guide was disengaged and when I asked a question at 1st stop I swear she rolled her eyes. No history was given and the stopping points were definitely set up with restaurants and shops to feed their businesses.. we left early and walked back to ship - don’t waste your money like I did

      Would Recommend
We went on the Jimny tour to Jade Cavern and Playa Mia Beach Club. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to go snorkeling for the first part of the trip. Instead we were given a tour around the island and got to see crocodiles in their natural habitat and visit a few local souvenir shops. Our tour guide Melton was great and very knowledgeable and friendly. We really enjoyed Jade Cavern and seeing the different wildlife such as pigs and bats. We really enjoyed seeing the nature side of the island thanks to our guide.

      I recommend this.
This was a great shore excursion city tour for me and my family. Anthony and Jesus did an amazing job transporting us, giving us time to enjoy the sites and providing good information in a fun atmosphere.

      Amazing tour!
Willy and Miguel were the best tour guides! 100% recommend doing this tour to the Jade cenote on the 4x4 Xrails. We did this as an excursion for Royal Caribbean cruise. Definitely our favorite excursion so far. Please book this tour! You will not regret it.

      Atv ride to cenote
We had an amazing time. Jorge, Willie, and Darwin made us feel really comfortable. The terrain was rocky, but it made it more fun. The cenote was beautiful.

Enjoyed the tour. Beautiful city. Tour guide well informed, made good stops. Would do again. Good price, enough time at each spot. Not for from port, easy walk.

Alejandro & tequila make a winning combination!
This tour was so fun! We had Alejandro as our guide; he was funny & interesting, informative. Knew all our names within minutes of meeting. The tequila tasting was very well done. Jesus, our driver, was so careful and considerate. Have never been to Cozumel before and would recommend this tour and highly recommend Alejandro!

We didn’t feel we saw anything new or different to make this excursion worthwhile
This was a 3 hour trolley tour with stops at a 420 yr old church, another stop with tequila tasting and chocolate tasting, yet another with plenty of time to shop. SO many shops and pretty much all selling the same stuff - lots of jewelry (who knows about the value?), booze, leather and souvenirs. Also pharmacies where many drugs that require prescriptions in the US are over the counter here. Paco was a good guide but difficult to hear and understand at times - he could use a bullhorn or microphone. Extremely aggressive sales people and much of it very old, dirty and in need of fixing up. Trolley air conditioned.

When we got there, me, my husband and my grandson (15y), we were told not to take our phones with us because of all the mud and bouncing around, so we didnt, bare in mind this is the first time my grandson and myself have been on vacation together because i live in the US and he lives in the UK, hes now old enough to come see me in US, we took him on a cruise as a special treat, they said there would be someone taking photos for us to buy, we were all excited to see them but when we got to the desk they ssid their internet was down, the guy gave me the websiteto look up the photos but it never worked, ,I also adked Royal Caribbean guest services 3 times to chase it up, they did but didn't get nowhere, I emailed them a few times, they said they didn't have the photos anymore, I emailed the ships services they said the same, it was a once in a lifetime event for us, I'm so upset about it. SO JUST BEWARE. Having said that we did loved the excursion. Fun. 👍

      Excellent Customer Service
Willie was an EXCELLENT guide! We had some trouble with our ATV and we had a replacement within minutes. Our guides kept us safe and we were well taken care of. Lots of water offered as it was extremely hot. The trails are extremely bumpy and rough, as you would expect in riding through the jungle. Highly recommend if you are an adventure seeker and don't mind being thrown around a lot!

      A great half day excursion!
We had originally booked this to start at 10:30, but got a response that they couldn’t accommodate us and could we move to 8:30. We agreed, but it meant another morning of getting off the ship early. We got to the meeting point, signed waivers, they checked drivers licenses for everyone, then took us to a van for the ~20 minute drive to the location. NOTE: they wouldn't accept an "intermediate" license in order to drive an ATV. I didn't realize one of party didn't have her "full" license. She was still allowed to go, just had to ride instead of drive. They had lockers available to rent for $6 deposit (got it back when we returned the keys). Then we loaded up on the ATVs and hit the trail. They also had a couple of photographers following us and able to get pictures of everyone. We ended up with 73 pictures for ~$100. The ride to Jade Cavern was fun and quite bumpy (which is why ATVs are fun). Our guide Willie was very good. He stopped every so often to make sure we were all together. I had a GoPro and would move it to a different ATV each time we stopped. Once we got to Jade Cavern, they gave us a little speech about cenotes (see-no-tay) and particularly Jade cavern. A lot of bats live in Jade cavern, which means there’s a lot of bat guano. But, the water keeps getting filtered through the rock and it stays clean. Our second guide (Carolina) demonstrated this by filling an empty water bottle from the cenote and it was clear. The water was very cool and we were allowed to swim in it. SOME excursions allowed folks to jump from ~24’ into the cenote (water depth ~65ft). Of course, we weren’t allowed to do so (wink, wink), and I didn’t do it twice because the first time my wife had the camera facing her (wink, wink) We spent about 20-30 minutes in the cavern, then back on the ATVs to the base camp. Now it was time for the fun part… Tequila tasting! They had a bar with about 8-10 flavored tequilas (vanilla, strawberry, mango, chocolate, coffee, etc). Coronado Rumpope. Unlimited tasting. And it was GOOD! I don’t think I tried any of them that were bad. Then they started mixing a couple (chocolate + coffee). Those were awesome too! Of course, you could purchase bottles. $40/1L. Between the eight of us, we purchased seven bottles. NOTE: Once I returned home, I found the vanilla & cappuccino 1L for <$20. Couldn’t find any of the other flavors. We did some shopping in their little stands, then back on the bus and to the port. We got back to the port between 11:30-Noon.

Jeep excursion to jade cavern and beach resort
Luis was a wonderful tour guide. We did the closed jeep tour to the jade cavern and Playa Mia resort. The jade cavern was cool to see. We opted not to swim but there was still some cool wild life to see like the iguanas and bats! The beach resort was beautiful and we saw lots of tropical fish. There was also trampolines to play around on. Would recommend the jeep tour for sure to stay enclosed and enjoy the air conditioning on a hot day!

The tour was supposed to be 'Snorkel El Cielo and Colombia Reef with Playa Mia' in Cozumel. It wasn't listed in the dropdown selections for reviews. They had lots of tours beyond the 4 they've put up for review on TripAdvisor.

In fairness, my wife made a mistake when she read the tour instructions. There are 3 cruise piers in Cozumel and a kiosk for the local provider, 'Wild Tours.' We ended up spending $10 on a cab to the Wild Tours kiosk at the next pier. At first, they were very nice and helpful. They explained that we could have accessed a kiosk near our ship's pier. They also told us that the snorkeling trip had been canceled due to rough water (true - the waves were big that day). They also told us, not to worry that we would be refunded for the trip that another employee was already coming there, and that we could catch a ride back to our ship with him. We thanked them and said we'd wait for the ride. In the meantime, another employee tried to see us on a beach package with drinks included. We thought it over but decided we couldn't swim anyway because of the large waves and had free drinks on the ship so we'd rather just go back to the ship. That's when everything changed. The one who offered the new package got really angry when we said we just wanted to get back to the ship. He told us that they could no longer give us a ride. When I inquired why they could no longer give us a ride when 5 minutes before everything was fine, the guy told me it wasn't their problem. I could also tell that the other employee felt bad and just stared at the ground. I also said, now that we just want our money back and aren't taking your beach package this is how you treat us? He just turned his back on me and started talking to another employee. We ended up walking for 10 minutes but were lucky enough to find a cab in front of a hotel to catch a ride back. Worst experience I've ever had with a tour operator.
