Great tour of the island with a very knowledgeable guide. Very friendly and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions.

We had a fun start to our day with Miguel of Mayan Extreme Ziplining. He and his teammates made us feel comfortable as we zipped above 65 ft in the air. It was really a lot of fun and worth trying. We ended our day with an educational tequila tasting. David, the host, was very thorough as well as thoughtful when discussing Tequila and his family business. It's worth the time tonoistem and learn. Overall, it was a great experience.

This place is a total dump. Do not waste your money as it cost 20 / person to enter and the beach is disgusting. Cigarette butts and trash just left out from previous customers. Bugs crawling over all the beach chairs and day beds ….everyone was also complaint about the bugs getting in their food and drinks. I stayed 1 hour and left because this place is horrible.

Awesome beach and restaurant! Wonderful people and service ! Will return again again to the wonderful city of Cozumel!

Palm beach punta francesa is a georgous beach, we love to give a lot of attention to the client, the food is so delicious, there is a lot of activities to do like the fish spa , massage , the photo with the jetski are always awesome.

All of the people there were super friendly. We originally went to the wrong location, so we didn't arrive until almost 45 minutes after our original scheduled time. No big deal. They just had us go with the next group. Had a blast zip lining and doing ATV tour. They even took videos of us from our phones at no charge. Great people, great fun.

The fish spa was okay…a little underwhelming. Not much of a beach break. There’s basically is not a beach. Rocky shore. Taxi fees to and from add to the expense. Would not recommend

Tragedy. The beach is ugly and expensive. They cooperate with a taxi, when we wanted to pay for the Basic package by card, it turned out that you can only pay in cash, and we did not have enough cash, and you can only buy the Allinclusive package by card. So we decided that we would go to the next beach, and then the taxi driver (who brought us and who highly recommended this beach) ran after us, shouting that the next beach was far away and that we would be eaten by tigers on the way😅 and then he suddenly arranged for us to for the amount we have we can suddenly enter. (Even though we wanted to pay normally only by card) Leaving the beach, the taxi driver started trying to persuade us to use his services, saying that there were no taxis anywhere anymore. As it turned out... there were plenty of them right next to it :) PS. It is very expensive in pubs - without an all-inclusive package. This beach and the way it works are an anti-advertisement for this beautiful country!!!

Miguel and crew were great guides for our Ziplining/ATV combo. Tearing through the mud in the ATVs was a fun time for everyone in the group. The 4 ziplines were good for our mix of experienced and first timers. Free lockers for storage were nice.

We really enjoyed this tour of the island. Jorge was an excellent guide who has here all is life and was proud to show off his homeland. Beach views were beautiful. And we learned about Cozumel's history. Lunch on the beach was grand!

George was great and we saw more less touristy tequilas place. It was great value and very knowledgeable. Smaller group with personal attention and hotel drop off.

From Cozumel cruise port we asked the taxi driver to bring us to Playa Palancar based on research I made before our trip. At taxi station one driver tells us that we’re better off to go to beautiful Palm beach. The taxi ride to get to either of the two beaches were the same 30$ each way. We continued walking then another driver tells us the same about Palm beach. We finally enter a cab and say Palancar beach. Two minutes into the ride taxi driver number 3 tells us how Palm beach was so much nicer than Palancar which had “murky waters”and that at Palancar you pay 20$ admission and don’t even get the chairs included as you would at Palm beach. We agree to let him show us this famous Palm beach and yuk! It was all rock, cement wall and no beachfront to walk. We said NO and told him to take us to playa Palancar as we wanted in the first place. At Palancar it cost us 20$ each, and we DO get chairs and parasols included. Playa Palancar was a beautiful beach. Thank goodness we trusted our gut. So DO NOT fall for the Palm beach scam!

Our family was excited to rent 2 jeeps while at port with Royal Caribbean. After signing the agreement with Cozumel Fun Excursions and paying, we were told that only 1 jeep was available due to a flat tire on the other. Very convenient timing. We were instead offered a different vehicle which was not at all the jeep experience that we had been looking forward to. The vehicles didn’t leave us stranded during our island drive but the jeep seatbelts were very rusted and did not work in the back. As part of the price we negotiated entrance for our whole group to the Carlos and Charlie’s beach club which was a huge disappointment. Only allowed to sit in certain seats and they became extremely unfriendly when we did not place a food and drink order right away. So as a side note, I don’t recommend this beach club. Overall, we felt scammed by the situation and would not recommend renting here because of the dishonesty.
