      Great day
6 of us visiting during a cruise. Checking in was super easy and we were immediately welcomed and escorted to a spot on the beach. The beach was pretty. Service was fabulous and food/drink were great. I would definitely go back!

      Best beach club in Cozumel!
Clean, great food and drinks, great service, lots of things for kids and adults to do. Short trip in cab from cruise port terminal. Always busy but never feels crowded and uncomfortable. Second time visiting Paradise Beach, would come back again and again!

      Good choice
We opted for paradise beach this time after going to Mr sanchos the last time in Cozumel. Overall it’s a good experience. You want to get there close to open in order to get at chair with an umbrella. Check in was simple and it was a $34 cab ride from the cruise port for 6 people. There are waster things for the kids to climb on for an additional $14 but it comes also with snorkel and paddle board so it’s a good dead actually. The pool is heated and the wait staff was solid. The drinks are just ok but the food is good. The only reason I would go back to Mr sanchos instead is because of the tables with Palapas Overall for the price you can’t really go wrong I bought my tickets via Viator and it was as 1,2,3. They had my reservation ready when I got there and we quickly got our wrist bands

      So much fun!!
My sister and I had such a wonderful time here!!! I love how it was more of a Low key, not over crowded like other resorts, and not a lot of yelling kids. We got a cabana (#12) which was a great location between the beach and the pool. The resort is very clean and the waitstaff Jesus and Daniel were fantastic!! Everytime I turned around I had a drink in my hand!! Highly recommended!! I will be back!!

Loved Paradise Beach. The food and service were great and I can’t wait to go back. Additionally, it’s so reasonably priced.

      True Paradise!
We loved Paradise beach! The pool was wonderful as well as the beach. Food and drink served all day long! We bought our all inclusive food and drink tickets in advance. They limit the amount of people so it doesn't get crowded. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place we had a great time. Service not the best ,so many people working but no one really helps, waited at the bar to order food for about 20 minutes people would just walk by us .. When I asked what time they close they said 5 but then I checked online and it says 6.

      FUN experience!! Worth the $$.
When arriving from Port/Carnival cruise it was a $20 taxi ride to facility. Once we got checked in the waitress/waiter took us to our chairs on the beach and got out drinks/food orders right off the bat. They came back several times through out the day. We drank as much as we liked.... no long waits in line, and ate anything our heart contented. Beach was nice, the water park was fun. Had plenty to choose from. Pool was beautiful! We got henna tattoos before we left and they did a great job. Very fun crew/staff! Easy to get a taxi back to port as well.. We spent no time waiting around for anything. Cant wait to go back in the future. Well worth the money!

      Absolutely Paradise
We were at Paradise Beach yesterday 4/11/23. The name of this place it’s what it is Paradise! From the moment we got there 5star service! Damian and Julio we out standing! Waited on us all day followed us to the pool and served us drinks. This was the best at port we ever had! Food was amazing and definitely have to try all the styles of shrimp they have to order! Beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere! Great for adults and families! Will definitely go back the next time I’m in Cozumel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

      Mediocre Beach Resort
The Beach was very dirty, the water was stinky and black, and there was black algae all over the beach and sand. Service of staff just ok and food was mediocre. When we were leaving a wait staff ran after us to beg for a tip. Didn't know we were suppose to bring our own towels so we didn't have towels during or stay. Was told we could buy one for $12. The lounge chair are very old, rusty and missing straps on most of them. We were so disappointed that we chose this beach resort for our day at Port.

Don't pay for the all-inclusive if you don't want to, go to Playa Mia, which is very close.
On Friday, March 31, we went to this beach on the recommendation of a friend, we were 10 people and when we arrived we lined up and a girl with curly hair took care of us and told us that we could only go if we paid for the all-inclusive fee, which we did not want since we were only going to be on the beach for approximately 2 hours because we had an excursion, we asked her to charge us for general admission and she refused in a very rude way, we left and the taxi driver did us the favor of taking us to Playa Mia, which is very Close and without a doubt if they have excellent customer service, I do not recommend paradise beach since they are only interested in getting your money more than providing a good service. Don't pay for the all-inclusive if you don't want to and if they don't let you in, look for another place nearby, it's the same beach anyway. Unfortunately, the good service that Mexico once had with tourists is disappearing.

      Amazing Time
We had an amazing time last week here. We had Thomas as our server and he was very prompt on drinks and food. We never had to wait on anything. The food was amazing. I ordered the cheese nachos and a side of shrimp to make shrimp nachos and they were the best nachos I have ever had. I like how they give you smaller portions of food so we could try different items on the menu. The drinks were a little watered down but I kind of expected that being an all inclusive resort. My children loved the water inflatables. Once we got back on the cruise ship my youngest fell sound asleep and didn’t eat dinner because he had so much fun here. I would highly recommend them and can’t wait to come back again some day. Thank you Thomas for being such a great server!

A Must Do While In Cozumel!
This was a great spot to spend the day! The staff was so hard working. They were always making sure you didn’t need anything more to eat or drink. The food selection and quality was top notch and the drinks hit the spot. You could spend all day at the pool and not even hit the beach and water toys. Even though there were a lot of people the day we went, it never felt busy and there were always open seats. The floating mats and colorful inner tubes in the pool were a nice touch. My own kids preferred the pool to the beach because there was a tiny bit of sea grass when we were there (they are very picky, I didn’t even notice). My son loved the water toys but he got tired quickly because of all the swimming (most were in deep water) and upper body strength they required. If you can get a day bed, it is well worth the extra money! The restrooms and changing area was always extremely clean and staff were so friendly. We will come back again for sure and recommend this place to everyone traveling to Cozumel!

Great beach and lovely pool. We had a great day there while our cruise ship was docked a 15 minute taxi ride away. We purchased the tickets for all inculsive before we left England at 126 dollars for 2 people. This proved to be a mistake. Because you can enter for 3 dollars each plus you have to spend 10 dollars each on food. You would need to purchase drinks as well. But for what we had we could have done it for half the price if we had gone on this package. So just rock up on the day. There was also the most bizarre system there were even though I had paid my all inclusive price I was still expected to pay 20% service charge for every ordered drink or food. While i am happy to offer a tip if drinks are brought to me I do expect to pay 20% for everything I touch when it is all inclusive. The waiters were very pushy about the 20% even when you go to the bar yourself or sit in restaurant for your food. Not something I expected and did not add to the enjoyment.

Can’t recommend going here at all

Our waiter took forever to come around, usually had to waive at him to get his attention. Going to the bar by yourself wasn’t possible either, they would send you away to order at your waiter, which we hadn’t even seen the last hour.

The orders took very long to arrive, both food orders with a couple of simple items took over an hour to arrive. And what you get when finally some food arrives is disappointing: tiny portions, totally bland and some things already cold.

This seemed not due to understaffing but due to the fact that waiters of our area were all hanging around close to the sea with group of girls and just never came to the beach chairs further in the back

Paradise Beach is about 15 min from the port in Cozumel. Cabs are right in front of the shopping district. You can purchase a day pass for $3.00 which provides access to the fresh water pool, or the beach area. There are lounge chairs in both areas included with the pass. A large bar is near the pool and another bar at the beach. There are also lockers, restrooms and a changing area with an attendant. The beach offers large inflatables that cost extra to use. They are great for kids, but they do take up a lot of water space which makes it hard to swim. The grounds are very nice and well kept. A nice place to hang out for the day!

Booked all inclusive (not beach toys). Overall, food pretty good for a beach club. Was all you coulde ate from the menu. We ordered a few things. All pretty good. Don't think my drinks had any alcohol at all. Have not had a mixed drink in 3 years and usually 2 put me on my butt. Not even a little buzz. Husband ordered beer, they brought a huge (liter I think) of XX in a bottle on a little (think little) ice in a bucket and a plastic cup. So serve yourself I guess. Strange, or a least a first for us. Told no tipping til the end when he brings us a ticket. As said overall good time, just not our thing. Not at all crowded. Pool very nice. Overpriced for what we got. Should probaby have just paid the entry and per drink. Would we go again? Yes, if a little cheaper as just too much for the amount of food and drink to old people can eat/drink.

Bottom line first: Our family really enjoyed our all-inclusive day and would do it again in a heartbeat. The food overall was good and fresh. The standouts were the chips and guacamole, chips and salsa, shrimp tacos, and coconut shrimp. I was looking forward to the mojitos but they weren’t great. The fruit mojitos were drinkable due to the fresh fruit juice but the standard mojito tasted like flat soda water… the lime and mint were present but weren’t muddled at all to add flavor. The piña colada was good but didn’t taste like it had alcohol in it. The margarita was delicious and was the most balanced drink of the day. It looked like it was going to taste like water but was a wonderful balance of lime, tequila, and salt. I didn’t order any other drink after tasting it! My kids loved the smoothies and cheese pizza. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. A staff member was working hard all day keeping the bathrooms and sink area clean. The pool was large and beautiful: plenty of space and pool floats for the amount of people there. We did the inflatable fun park and it was worth it for us, but most of them took a lot of energy to actually climb up on and were a little too much for our young kids (5 & 7). We were able to check out life jackets (You turn in an id as collateral to check one out) to help them swim from obstacle to obstacle (my 5-year-old needed my help to do this). The extra price was still worth it to us because there was a floating platform our kids spent hours on playing with other kids and I loved the floating discs nearby to relax in and watch all the fun. Service was good: a little slow during peak hours but not due to lack of hard work or attentiveness: there are simply a lot of people there and the waiters are busting it to serve everyone. Our cruise arrived earlier and left later than most the others, so service in the morning and late afternoon was super fast. Taxis are lined up and ready to go when you leave. This was my favorite day of my cruise and one where my husband and I truly felt like we were on vacation.

I actually visited Paradise Beach in February with my son, DIL, and two of my grandkids and again in April with a group of friends.

I had a great experience both times. Upon arrival we were assigned a wait service team, and they proceeded to work their tails off, to make sure we never were thirsty or hungry. The food and drink menu is extensive.

My grandkids really enjoyed the inflatables and while it was an extra charge to use them, I highly recommend it, if you have Littles.

On both occasions we were on a Carnival Cruise. We booked directly on the website and took a taxi to the resort. Be sure and make a reservation. I saw walk ups turned away!

Cozumel was a stop on our Carnival cruise and we booked Paradise directly from the resort website as I had seen the good reviews and some YouTube videos. 15 min drive from port. We were a group of 5 couples/families with kids age 10 months to 8 years. We had a blast. There was something for everyone. The vibe was just right- fun but wasn’t like a spring break party. The staff was super accommodating, drinks and food were great and kept flowing all day. They helped fill a little baby pool for the smallest one and brought over a table and umbrella for us. The ocean was beautiful. The “seaweed problem” doesn’t make it to this side of the island, which is great. There is sea grass growing on the bottom and there are rocks when you get in from the beach so wear water shoes. But I always went in the the end of the pier. The water was warm and calm. Very salty so you could just float for hours. My friend also snorkeled and some some nice fish. Highly recommend! The whole group said it was the best day of the entire vacation. Heard some not so great things about the Islands beach club booked through Carnival. Do your research and don’t get suckered by the cruise line.

Cozumel was our port for a Carnival cruise. I decided to forgo Carnival excursions and do this on our own. Our party of 14 took a personal van to Paradise Beach. Cost for the van was $25 per person round trip but it allowed us to all stay together and he waited there until we were ready to return to the ship.
Paradise Beach was definitely the right choice. It had a beautiful pool and beach that included lounge chairs both in shaded and unshaded places. The beach had some rocks you had to manage to get into the water but it was easy to do without watershoes.
We decided to rent their brand new Aqua-bana- a floating cabana. Our server, Jose, would paddle by on his SUP, take orders and walk out our drinks and food to the Aquabana. Highly recommend this! You can easily fit 12 people on the float. Part of the Aquabana was covered, part was not. Jose was so attentive as were all the staff.
The beach included a store with various beachy things and souvenirs, offered massages but there were no salespeople walking around the beach putting on sales pitch. Food and all drinks including alcohol are included with your pass. The water inflatables (minus the Aquabana) seemed to also be included, at least no one asked for money if you were on them. Highly recommend this trip!

Our first time at Paradise Beach. Beautiful beach but lookout for the rocks. Good food, but our waiter was clearly not happy with our tip. He made four trips to our chairs to bring food and drink and we tipped him $20 ($5 per trip). He looked at it with a scowl and then told us how many people he had to pay out of it. I have never had that reaction at the other three beaches we frequent in Cozumel. We probably won’t go back.

The Staff here is amazing and the value is great! We visited paradise beach while on a cruise and had an amazing time! The pool area is spectacular we had been to the beaches the last few days and wanted out of the saltwater so we stayed in the pool. The bar waiters were very attentive. They would come by the pool and as us if we wanted drinks and they brought them to us in a very timely manner. Drinks were tasty and not to weak. The food was fantastic we ordered the nachos which comes in a huge portion easily 2-3 people could eat them. We also ordered several types of tacos which they serve with a carousel of salsas which were good. Paradise also never seems to be over crowded like similar places in the area. Over all this has become our number one thing to do when we cruise to Cozumel.
