    Passion Island by Jeep
    Roger the tour guide was exceptional. He was funny and very attentive to his guests. He made sure our time driving and relaxing on the beach was totally enjoyable. The food and drinks were great and there was plenty of room for everyone at the beach.

    Jeep Tour of Cozumel
    Our driver Ele was a great host of the island. We made several stops and he was wonderful about sharing the customs and local traditions. This tour are personal and much better than a big bus tour or group tour I highly recommend this if you are looking for a truly local experience while in Cozumel.

    Great private Jeep tour
    We just got back from a great, private Jeep tour. Elle (most likely I spelled his name wrong) was excellent. He took great care of my husband and I, showed us around the island, gave us a few history lessons and showed us a great time. It was a great day. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this company again.

The good- ele was a great guide. Took us all around, snorkeling, lighthouse, town, a church, shopping, the beach, the Mayan adventure (this part was not great and I'd skip it) and he was never in a hurry. Great guy. Great tour and learned so much about this beautiful island.
The bad- met up with Santiago and paid by cc. He showed me how much but it was in pesos and said it was the about agreed upon. Later checked my cc statement and saw he charged $15 more. Don't know if he did it purposefully, but just a heads up to double check how much it will be in pesos before paying.

Great time , short trip with all that is going on with the Corona Virus. Santiago is a great guide and a fun person to be around.

Painful Adventure

Surprised to find this excursion on Viator. The meeting place was impossible to find after going through the shop maize in Cozumel. The equipment was rusty and antiquated. In fact, we couldn't even use the Jeep we were assigned and as they had no substitute, we crammed into a little car. One of the two rear doors worked. While not their problem, the pothole roads used for much of the trip in the vehicle we were in was actually painful. I have used Viator worldwide and this is by the far our worst experience. The only bright side was that our guide/driver was pleasant, but we felt sorry for him having to be on that ride with us!
