      Not a recommend trip
The guide did not show up. We walked for 30 minutes in very hot weather to the meeting point only to find that the Guide did not turn up. So no walking tour and £75 out of pocket!

      Hard Farming in Cozumel
Carlos was the perfect host. We learned so much about the agriculture in Cozumel. His Outdoor kitchen was really cool and his sopas were amazing our lunch was amazing.

It is what you make it. Having the best guide in all of Mexico helps too!
First things first. Gerardo (Jerry) our guide was incredible. He made the excursion a huge success. Super props to Jerry!!! 10 out of 10 stars!! Booking was easy and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We went from the port to the Meeting place without issue. It took 5 minutes to get there. Jerry was there early waiting for us when we arrived a bit early. He was very friendly and helpful right from the start. He asked what things we wanted to see and do on our excursion. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but asked for his advice. He was very helpful and honest about our options. We chose to visit some Mayan sites, some beaches and to snorkle for a short time. We (4 of us) got into a nice jeep with Jerry driving. I was concerned with this initially because I was led to believe that we would have our own jeep. I also thought that we might be crowded. I am so happy that it ended up being this way. Being in the same vehicle with Jerry and getting to listen to his wealth of knowledge was awesome. We would have missed out on so much had we been in a different vehicle. Jerry took us to some amazing Mayan sites. The best part about these sites was Jerry's passion, excitement and knowledge. He shared tons of details, personal experiences and facts about everything that we saw. Jerry explained Mayan culture and how the impact of that Culture is still visible in Cozumel and other areas of Mexico to this day. We spent hours visiting different sites hearing the details and history of these sites and the associated culture of the Mayan people. This was the highlight of the excursion. We also visited the highest point on Cozumel with great views, had a delicious lunch and did some snorkeling near the resort where we had lunch. This was an amazing 5.5 hours and was worth every penny. On the excursion were my wife and I (Late 50's) and my daughter and son in law (mid 20's) We were all equally impressed with Jerry and the excursion as a whole. We would do it again in a heart beat. If you do this excursion, which we highly recommend, ask for Jerry!!!

      A Big Disappointment
Do not book this trip!! We were so very disappointed ! We couldn't find the jeep driver. We were told to meet in the plaza after getting off the ship but there were no one there. It took us 45 minutes searching in the town to find him and so our trip was very rushed. Lunch was terrible and did not include any soda or juice. Tequila tour was a farce. No tour just a guy trying to sell us tequila. We said we didn't care to go there as we don't like or drink tequila but he insisted as if we didn't have any choice. So much for customizing your trip. We were so looking forward to this trip. Now we know to always always book the tours through the ship.

Loved the farm and the tequila.
We loved touring this family farm, learning all about the many species of trees and fruit growing on the property. The lunch and tequila were fantastic. There wasn't very much cooking involved, but that was fine. It was a very different experience from other things we did in Cozumel and everyone in our group commented that we would recommend it to others. Thanks Carlos for sharing your knowledge and fun time with us!

Address listed is wrong and missed the excursion. The meeting place was at a coffee shop that has been closed for over two years and was located at a completely different part of town. Both phone numbers listed did not work and I was not able to talk to anyone for assistance.

      Avoid this one.
Tour was supposed to begin never started till 9:40. The keep we were given had no seatbelts, air, or radio and was filthy inside. The stops on the excursion were awful and the snorkeling. If u were lucky enough to get equipment(we weren’t) no one in the group enjoyed this trip. Pick something else for sure

      Rustic Experience
If you like a rustic experience, this is for you. There is no electricity, so the restroom was a bit dark on a cloudy day; not recommended for a sit-down experience. The food and drinks were good. The tacos were messy so bring your own napkins. We asked for napkins and they brought us 4 squares from a roll of toilet paper. They were nicely folded. Overall, this excursion was not worth the cost.

      Very very let down
We tried for 2 and a half hours to find the pick up location. We showed many many other tour persons, shop owners and even police where the given address was and how to get there. We walked for miles and spent a fortune in a taxi tring to find it. The address given was wrong. Double and triple check the pick up location when booking. We are seasoned travellers and use trip advise a lot. We missed the tour. Not happy even when we received a refund. Our day was wasted and we returned back to the ship exhausted and not at all happy. We soooo wanted to do this day trip.

      Not worth it!
I would not recommend this tour. This place is really old and run down. We did not see a farm at all. A few fruit trees at best. He showed us how to make salsa and gave us 3 tacos. The rest of the time we sat waiting, alone! For the amount of money, we expected much more.

      Good deal, lots to do
Wonderful excursión that includes lots to do in half a day. Sergio was our private guide and he was knowledgeable of the island and cared for us perfectly. We loved every stop from the delicious tequila tasting to the cenote to the tasty lunch with a perfect swimming spot. We saw so many fish when we snorkeled and highly recommend this deal with an awesome private guide.

      A hidden gem!
My wife booked this excursion last minute when other plans fell through, and we're both so glad we did this! Miguel picked us up in a clean car and drove us to the ranch. During the ride, he answered our flurry of questions and pointed out some interesting things about the island along the way. It was a very informative and enjoyable ride. On arrival, Arturo greeted us and offered to take us on a tour of the grounds to see all of the trees and plants that they grow for the fruits and vegetables we would be consuming. We declined since it had been raining, but we got straight into the Paloma (tequila drink) with fresh fruit juice. After some icebreaker drinks, he started us out with some fresh roasted vegetables that we used to make fresh salsa. Arturo was very detailed in explaining the different layers of flavors and spices during the process. We made two different salsas and some fresh guacamole. We then made sopas to top with the salsas and guacamole that we made. Miguel and Arturo were very friendly, informative and engaging. We would definitely recommend this experience to others!

      Fun Jeep Ride and snorkeling
I had an amazing experience on this excursion with my husband and daughter during our cruise. Everything was punctual, and the tour guides were excellent, providing us with cold water throughout. Just a heads up, it's geared towards couples, so if it's just the two of you, you'll share a jeep with another couple. First stop was caves: we started by jumping into refreshing water in caves, despite them looking a bit mossy. The fruit bats were cute and non-disruptive. The knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide kept us laughing. Tequila tasting was a fun highlight, leaving us pleasantly buzzed and in high spirits. The snorkeling, though uncomfortable equipment-wise, was made up for by the abundance of fish and clear water. Overall, we returned to our cruise tired but content, having had a blast. Thanks to the team!

      Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience in a small humble "farm" in the outskirts. Simple fare making and consuming guacamole salsa, & tortillas. Also enjoyed sopas and a pork/bean stew. With fruits picked on site. Ours also included tasting from local family massage tequila. Only problem was person to pick us up was 20+ min late.
