    Worst excursion ever!!!
I would not recommend this tour at all! The tour did not meet us at the cruise ship. We had to walk several blocks into town to find them which was very scary to me with never being in Cozumel. They took us in a very nasty & dirty jeep 1 1/2 hours to a jungle to see a cave & ruins first. It was so hot with mesquitoes everywhere! Then we went to a tequila factory that was a complete joke in the middle of the jungle. It looked like an old abandoned building that they put shelves of tequila on in the middle of nowhere. Then we go to a so called “cenote” which is a tiny little pool that we had to walk through mud & rocks to get to. Then we go to a so called “beach” with a table to eat at & snorkel gear. The beach was not a regular beach at all, all rocks to get into the water. None of the tour looked like the pictures posted on your site. The only good thing about the tour was the food. It was true authentic Mexican food & very good! I would never recommend a tour like this that is not affiliated with the cruise ship!

    What a Blast!
This is a great way to get around and see the area. Snorkeling was fun and the lunch was pretty good. It was great getting away from the crowds. Worth the money.

    Bad service
Our excursion was canceled very last minute for weather. We had already booked our taxi to the city and ferry tickets. We were boarding when they called. Obviously nothing to be done about weather but a sooner heads up would have saved us a few hundred dollars 😕

VIP Experience with knowledgeable and talented guides!
I love traveling. It’s hard to impress or make my teenagers happy! Jerry, Julio & Emely are the best! They went out of their way to give us the history, answer questions and hence our experience. This unique trip is a lifetime experience that you cannot miss. Family friendly, easy walks and they would even turn around each jeep, so that it was easy to leave to the next spot. Como Salvadorena América fue una experiencia auténtica y será inolvidable recorrer la isla en el jeep, nadar en la agua salada y helada del cenote. Disfrutar y aprender much del tequila y snorkeling 🤿 con unos bellos pescados. Thank you so much guys. You are the BEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Luna from Virginia 🌙

    A great 5 hour tour!
Anna was a fantastic tour guide. She asked us the things we enjoy and the things we are interested in and created a tour, especially for our family. We would highly recommend this tour.

    Good trip!
Our tour guide, Adriana, was exceptional and rolled with the punches. She took us to places that we had wanted to go, not necessarily on the typical tourist agenda. Would highly recommend her/the trip.

It is what you make it. Having the best guide in all of Mexico helps too!
First things first. Gerardo (Jerry) our guide was incredible. He made the excursion a huge success. Super props to Jerry!!! 10 out of 10 stars!! Booking was easy and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We went from the port to the Meeting place without issue. It took 5 minutes to get there. Jerry was there early waiting for us when we arrived a bit early. He was very friendly and helpful right from the start. He asked what things we wanted to see and do on our excursion. We had an idea of what we wanted to do, but asked for his advice. He was very helpful and honest about our options. We chose to visit some Mayan sites, some beaches and to snorkle for a short time. We (4 of us) got into a nice jeep with Jerry driving. I was concerned with this initially because I was led to believe that we would have our own jeep. I also thought that we might be crowded. I am so happy that it ended up being this way. Being in the same vehicle with Jerry and getting to listen to his wealth of knowledge was awesome. We would have missed out on so much had we been in a different vehicle. Jerry took us to some amazing Mayan sites. The best part about these sites was Jerry's passion, excitement and knowledge. He shared tons of details, personal experiences and facts about everything that we saw. Jerry explained Mayan culture and how the impact of that Culture is still visible in Cozumel and other areas of Mexico to this day. We spent hours visiting different sites hearing the details and history of these sites and the associated culture of the Mayan people. This was the highlight of the excursion. We also visited the highest point on Cozumel with great views, had a delicious lunch and did some snorkeling near the resort where we had lunch. This was an amazing 5.5 hours and was worth every penny. On the excursion were my wife and I (Late 50's) and my daughter and son in law (mid 20's) We were all equally impressed with Jerry and the excursion as a whole. We would do it again in a heart beat. If you do this excursion, which we highly recommend, ask for Jerry!!!

    A Big Disappointment
Do not book this trip!! We were so very disappointed ! We couldn't find the jeep driver. We were told to meet in the plaza after getting off the ship but there were no one there. It took us 45 minutes searching in the town to find him and so our trip was very rushed. Lunch was terrible and did not include any soda or juice. Tequila tour was a farce. No tour just a guy trying to sell us tequila. We said we didn't care to go there as we don't like or drink tequila but he insisted as if we didn't have any choice. So much for customizing your trip. We were so looking forward to this trip. Now we know to always always book the tours through the ship.

Loved the farm and the tequila.
We loved touring this family farm, learning all about the many species of trees and fruit growing on the property. The lunch and tequila were fantastic. There wasn't very much cooking involved, but that was fine. It was a very different experience from other things we did in Cozumel and everyone in our group commented that we would recommend it to others. Thanks Carlos for sharing your knowledge and fun time with us!

    Nope
Address listed is wrong and missed the excursion. The meeting place was at a coffee shop that has been closed for over two years and was located at a completely different part of town. Both phone numbers listed did not work and I was not able to talk to anyone for assistance.

    Avoid this one.
Tour was supposed to begin never started till 9:40. The keep we were given had no seatbelts, air, or radio and was filthy inside. The stops on the excursion were awful and the snorkeling. If u were lucky enough to get equipment(we weren’t) no one in the group enjoyed this trip. Pick something else for sure

    Rustic Experience
If you like a rustic experience, this is for you. There is no electricity, so the restroom was a bit dark on a cloudy day; not recommended for a sit-down experience. The food and drinks were good. The tacos were messy so bring your own napkins. We asked for napkins and they brought us 4 squares from a roll of toilet paper. They were nicely folded. Overall, this excursion was not worth the cost.

First thing about this excursion we had to wait outside in the sun for the tour guide. We had to walk in the hot sunny for one mile or more at a fast pace. The tour guide showed the group a few historical site but mostly we continue to walk through the city. We made a quick stop at a tequila tasting spot. The host was ok until he realized no one in the group wanted to buy the tequila. Then we stop at a crowed store to buy some items and something to drink. And lastly the guide walked the group to a restaurant to have lunch. The tour ended with the guide saying ok I'm leaving you now. And he pointed to his left and said you can get a taxi back to the ship that way. Not a tour i would recommend !

The guide did not show up. We walked for 30 minutes in very hot weather to the meeting point only to find that the Guide did not turn up. So no walking tour and £75 out of pocket!

The Cozumel History Walking tour with Eric was outstanding. He was thoroughly enlightened with respect to the history and appreciative of the culture. He gave us an extra-long tour that extended through lunch and his passion for Cozumel and it's its people was infectious. It's apparent Eric has great affection for Cozumel and it's people and we most enthusiastically recommend this tour. It was our best excursion experience in the Western Caribbean. Make sure you ask for Eric!
