      Be careful with pricing
So there seem to be different pricing for whoever showed up at the front desk. I know we were overcharged because the people behind us paid $15 per person, but we paid 35 and then they tried to rip us off with a taxi cab going back but since I can speak some Spanish I got a cheaper taxi . Should not base price on how much you can take advantage of your customer . We each got one drink coupon . Besides the lying on the prices , it still was a very relaxing day. The beach has a lot of rocks, but I loved the snorkeling. I went all the way out, and it was really interesting to see the fish once you get past the rocks the beach is very nice. The pool was not really to our liking, but all of the staff there were wonderful. We would go back, but I would make sure that they didn’t overcharge us.

      Perfect Day
Playa Uvas was the perfect day for our family. American money is preferred everywhere in Cozumel. We look $15 taxi ride from Carnival cruise line. They had guides helping you get to where you needed to be after we walked through port shops. Short 15min ride to Playa Uvas. They gave us one free drink and $14 locker that we got half back. 30 minutes guided snorkel for $15 and 30 min kayaks. We brought our own snorkel gear to go on our own longer. We got beach chairs for our time there with umbrellas. They had a photographer during snorkeling that you could purchase disc with all pics, negotiate price that you are comfortable with. They also text you pics on Whatsapp. Make sure you get your pics, they accidentally sent us someone else's but corrected it. There were hammacks and they took great family pic on beach for us that we had a canvas print of. They had lots of souvenirs to sell. Caught a taxi back easily. We then went shopping outside port shops for better deals with plenty of time to head back to ship. Perfect weather and perfect day! Don't waste money on other places, great snorkeling for rocky side of island. You could snorkel on own to many other locations for free down the island Wear appropriate water shoes to keep from cutting yourself. They had sand bags to walk on and stairs to get in water so you didn't have to wear your water socks during snorkeling. Beaches smaller but pretty coral. Other side of island big beaches but not as good snorkeling.

Guide was awesome -involved and approachable. Made excellent guacamole. But the real MVP was Johnny who made sure all or needs were taken care of, was extremely helpful and attentive.

Food was awesome. Max made the best Guacamole I've ever eaten and Christian was the best sever EVER. The drinks came in small cups so I was a little worried, but they were strong and Christian made sure our glasses were ALWAYS full. The tequila tasting was great too! ❤️

Best day ever! The kids and I enjoyed every second of this excursion. Our favorite part was the ATVs. Alexis was such a great guide throughout the day! It ended with a great fajita lunch, and some snorkeling and relaxation. This is a must!!!

      Amazing experience!
This is my second time going to this resort and as usually it was such a fun time. My group got a 30 minute snorkel tour with Roberto, we swam in the beach and the pool. Our server, Christian, was just amazing. He kept the drinks flowing and we didn’t have to wait more than like 10 minutes for any food or drink. The margaritas go down like water they are so smooth. It’s just my favorite place to be when we go there.

      Beautiful!
Everything about this day was perfect. Our server Christian showed us to our loungers and set us up all day with flowing foods and drinks. Roberto helped us with snorkeling and showed us amazing marine life. We never felt harassed by anyone and were made to feel like family. The drinks and food were amazing! We will definitely go back! Thank you for a wonderful day!!!!

Easily the best tour experience of our lives! My wife and I have toured with a lot of people in a lot of cool places, so expectations were high.

Then we met Victor. And climbed into a car converted into a kind of dune buggy, for one of the best days of our lives.

From the start, everything was friendly and well organized. We had an easy to find meeting place away from the crush of the cruise terminal. Victor explained everything to us so that we knew what our whole day would be.

Then we climbed in and took off to the ruins at San Gervaisio. I'm a history nerd, so seeing the ruins was fantastic. We learned a lot about the impact of the Maya on the island's history along the way.

From there, we darted down the Atlantic coast, watching waves of more blue shades than I've ever seen on the ocean explode against the cliffs. This brought us around to El Cedral, where we road ATVs to the cenote, dove in from the "sacrifice" cliff, learned a lot about true tequila, and generally loved the ancient little town.

Lunch at the beach was wonderful - be careful with the habanero sauce on your tacos. It gets hot, fast. Soon we were snorkeling in the crystalline waters.

Victor had us back in time for our cruise with minutes to spare, just how we wanted.

What we loved about the tour and Victor was everything. The curation was excellent. Timing, perfect. Experiences, well organized. Victor was friendly, sociable (but not forceful like a lot of tour guides), always had a bottle of water ready for us, kept us moving at a perfect pace to experience the entire day, and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed every experience.

This was our first visit to Cozumel. With just a day at port, it was a whirlwind. Normally that's exhausting because you don't feel like you really experienced the island. We know there's a whole lot more, but thanks to Victor, we feel like we experienced enough to have a beautiful day while also knowing that we will definitely return.

Make the time. Spend the money. Book this tour. Ask for Victor. You'll remember it forever.

First there was some confusion on the meeting spot. We were contacted beforehand about what hotel we were staying at but after received no responses through the app about where we could meet or get picked up even after I reached out a few times. On the day of we could not contact the tour operator and no one was at the said meeting spot in the app instructions. We finally got through after calling customer service a couple of times.

The “dune buggy” was a gutted VW Jetta and it was fun but not what we were expecting. Our tour guide was super cool and funny! The ATV and cenote was amazing and lots of fun! We were taken to a tequila tasting afterwards that wasn’t advertised as part of the excursion and felt very salesy and asked to buy bottles.

We did not snorkel at all and it wasn’t even mentioned so that was very disappointing. I don’t think I would buy this excursion again knowing what I know now. We got a better excursion package through our hotel we stayed at for the same amount of money and no hidden fees.

We had a blast on this excursion and got to do so many things in a short amount of time. Mayan Ruins, Saw the island, Cenote, and Beach club snorkeling with lunch and ATV riding.

Our Tour Guide Victor was the best! Victor was fun, friendly and knowledgeable. He definitely made sure we had a great time. THANK YOU VICTOR!

This tour was so much fun! My Fiance and I arrived via cruise ship and did this as one of our excursions. We met our tour guide at Mega Superrmarket which is about 5 minutes from the cruise ship dock. We were briefed on the buggie and tour and off we went! We were the only ones on the tour which was nice, we just followed behind our guide in his buggie as we drove through the town to the Mayan Ruins. Your cost here pays for your entrance into the park. We walked around and got to look at all the Mayan Ruins in this village. They did charge us $3 to use our go-pro inside the park, just FYI. Once we finished walking around we met back up with our Guide near the little shopping area and headed back on the road. We then did some off roading which my Fiance loved. I would recommend bringing a bandanna or something to cover your face because we got so dusty and muddy and my eyes were burning! lol After that we drove through the town again and arrived at this beach club that had other people from our Cruise boat and seemed to be a very popular spot! We got snorkel gear (all included in this price) and went snorkeling! There were lots of fish and the water was beautiful. Some workers from the resort come in the water with food and take photos of you with the fish, if you would like to buy them after. Once we were done snorkeling we had lunch at the beach club, also included in this price. You have your choice of beef or chicken quesadilla or beef or chicken fajita. I had the quesadilla and my Fiance had the fajita, he said it was the best hes ever had!! You also have a drink of choice included with lunch as well. After that we drove back through the town and to the cruise ship dock. So much fun and got to see a lot of cozumel. I would totally recommend this tour! Includes a lot and is super fun!

I read all reviews before i bought tickets. I was really disappointed after the trip.
Cars we were given was not safe to drive. It needs to be mentioned that only stick Shift cars are available and sometimes gear may not be in workable condition (I couldn't find the 2nd gear). Break was not working uniformly and the car tend to push one side as the front wheels were wobbling up to half turn.
All the time i was we were worried thinking that we wan't get into accident. Tour guide was not well spoken and sounded rude while we complained about the car several times. I was in Cozumel for a day. I wish i could get back my day.
Sorry for such comments but I truly meant it. People need to know the bad side of this tour.

Now this was fun...my kids and I had a ball driving and riding the buggy through the water and mud. I wanted my daughter to drive but the buggy was a stick shift and she didn't know how to drive it so I did all the driving and intentionally got them all muddy and wet. It was GREAT! The tour at San Gervasio was an added bonus. We learned a lot and took great pics. We didn't get to do the snorkeling because it started storming and the placed closed. But the lunch was great. It was just us on the tour so it wasn't a large group...very personalized experience and it was great!

Overall, this was amazing and well above my expectations when I booked it. Wife and I were on a cruise and the cruise lines wants you to book through their excursions but this was the first one I booked before I realized that. We were greeted on time at an easy meeting location, the dune buggy is a standard so make sure you know how to drive. We saw the city of Cozumel, did some off road driving, tequila tour and even stopped for a little snorkeling. I would highly recommend this and would definitely do it again.

We went mid May during down season so we lucked out with a private tour. There was an automatic "car"/dune buggy for driving around the island and a stick shift for the off roading dune buggy. The first place we drove to was the Mayan ruins where the tour guide just paid for the park entrance and told us to read the plaques about each, you have 30 minutes. We needed an hour there not to feel rushed, only saw about half sadly. Wished we had had an actual tour guide telling us about it instead of just the tickets into the park, we could of done so on our own. Next we went to the dune buggy off roading location. I shyed away from driving it so the guide drove us around the off roading course. I asked to switch seats and he took us off the course to switch where there was minimal space. I messed up as it had been awhile since I've used a stick shift and stopped just shy of a tree and respected the fact the manager came out and said I couldn't drive it so we were cut short there instead of being offered to finish our time with the guide driving again. Then we were told next stop was a tequila tasting. No where on this was there any mention of a tequila tasting and we were hungry and needed food first. I asked if we could eat first and he said we either do it now or skip it so we skipped it. The lunch that was included was fajitas or quesadillas. Snorkeling was off the shore, it was a different experience from having a boat bring you to a location as I've never had to walk in flippers. The snorkeling was the only part that did not feel rushed.

We were 4 people to the Cam Am Maverick, it was fully automatic and fun to drive. We really got to rip it up on the water covered areas and got plenty muddy. Nice break at a beautiful like resort and snacked on chips and salsa, Pool available for swimming. Another run to the beach were we would snorkel there is a large covered seaside area with bar and restaurant. Water was clear but not much for reef so you didn't have great marine life but we did see fish. A good way for beginners to learn. Guides were great and had a really fun time.

I came to the meeting point but the people told me it was canceled because of the storm and when I went I back to my cruise ship I asked for a refund and they gave me a 30% penalty for not coming even though we came but the people who were supposed to pick us up never came. And they scammed my money by saying that we didn’t show up. We even called TripAdvisor about it and they won’t give us a refund.
