Edwin was a great guide and made sure it was a fun time. My husband and I had a lot of fun, the views were beautiful. It is REALLY hot and crowded in the ruins so prepare for that.

Driver and tour guide were friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great service. Cenote was refreshing. Mayan ruins were incredible with great ocean views.

Fun trip! Mary provided us a lot of interesting information throughout our trip. The archaeological site is amazing! So beautiful and the cool beach breeze makes it even better. Mary was also good about tacking out group to the best photo spots! The cenote was the perfect way to end the day after our quick tequila tasting. Definitely recommend!

Our guide Jaqueline was wonderful. Spoke English well and was kind and attentive to everyone in the group. In the end, we felt we could have done without the ruins tour. Getting in took longer than the actual time spent inside. It was incredibly busy and crowded and the tour was quick. Lunch at Frostys after the ruins was great. Tacos with rice and beans, chips and salsa, and margaritas for 240 pesos (about $15usd) each. The cenote was our favorite part and we wished we had just spent the whole day there. Beautiful, clear blue water with lots of little fish. Wasn’t too crowded when we were there around 2:30-3:30 in the afternoon. Overall the day was fun and would definitely book a cenote experience again and skip the ruins. But for the whole price of the tour per person, it wasn’t bad at all.

Wonderful communication from the company earlier in the day to confirm our reservation. When we arrived, there was not a sign with our name however we asked the representative and he contacted someone to send a driver. We waited about five minutes for Eric to arrive. He was an exceptional driver and would highly recommend this company. We will be using them again when we return

We had an absolutely amazing trip with Cancun Travel Experience, we went on multiple tours whilst in Mexico but this was by far the best company for many reasons! Firstly, this tour is a relatively small group ~28 people which is considerably smaller than most of the bigger groups which are usually 60+. This made the whole experience way more enjoyable - there was less time spent waiting for people at each tour point and things just move a lot quicker which is great! Secondly, Edwin the tour guide was amazing, he is super friendly, super funny and made the whole experience enjoyable. He also made great recommendations, thank you Edwin. Finally, the tour itself was great - we were given a very informative tour at the Mayan Ruins before being left to explore ourselves (it was the perfect amount of self exploring time, not too little but not too long either). Casa Tortuga was also a phenomenal experience, my only recommendation would be that if you are keen to visit more than one of the cenotes in Casa Tortuga, then perhaps arrange your own travel back from the park. Given the relatively short duration of this tour you only have time to visit one Cenote but this tour gives you entry to the entire park so if you were keen, you could visit as many as you like. Definitely not a deal breaker in any way though, one Cenote is more than enough (just a recommendation for Cenote lovers like me)!

The Tour was the best we did in Mexiko and this is because of the Driver Ruben and the guide Edwin. They made the trip amazing and really funny.
