This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. Alex and the rest of the crew were fantastic. Everything went smoothly and we saw many whale sharks, despite it being the end of the season. I would absolutely recommend this tour and we will be using them again in the future! Thank you for such a memorable day. We will never forget it!

This was truly an amazing tour. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable with good energy. The Tulum ruins were beautiful, the reef snorkeling was so fun, we got to see a lot of colorful fish, turtles and stingrays. The cenote was probably my the favorite part, it was a walk through one, went in the through one end and got out of the other end. We all felt so calm and at peace after the cenote. After we had authentic tacos, they tasted so good. The tour was a 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Outstanding experience with Ocean Tours. We were picked up in a comfortable van with snacks and drinks for the ride to Cancun. Our guide was a French Canadian who did a fantastic job explaining the habits of the whale sharks and the strategy for getting the best look at them. The boat was really fast and the driver was very experienced and was able to put us in the water at just the right spot. We opted for the video which looks so cool and is fun to show off to friends. After the whale sharks, they took us for coral snorkeling and then a tasty ceviche lunch with beer. After the trip, I realized that I had left my phone on the boat. The company acted immediately, found my phone, and returned it the next day. I could not ask for a better experience.

Fantastic and a must do!! One of my favourite days in Cancun. Amazing team- Xenia and Marek were awesome- friendly and genuine! From the moment we got picked up to the moment we got dropped off we were well looked after. Isla Contoy is gorgeous- a truly wonderful island. Once in a lifetime moment 😍

We had an amazing day out with our fantastic guide, Luisa! My husband was eager to swim with the whale sharks while I went along for the day (I am not very confident in the water). From pick up at our hotel, through a day full of activities and our return at the end of the day, we felt totally looked after and accommodated. Luisa was very knowledgeable and engaging, George, our bus driver was excellent, and the boat team were amazing. They made the most delicious sea picnic for us while we enjoyed the shallow waters of Isla Mujeres. Swimming with the whale sharks was definitely a bucket list item (for hubby at least) and the whole day out was just wonderful.

The trip was awesome! We spent our 20yr anniversary day with a great group of travelers from all over the world. Ruben our guide was the best! Was impressed with his fluency between different languages English, German and Spanish made everyone feel comfortable and kept the group laughing. Definitely recommend! Pictures taken by Tony were also the best and well worth it for memories

I had low expectations after reading other whale shark tour reviews, but THIS excursion exceeded my expectations!! Raul, our guide was amazing!! He was knowledgeable. I felt safe, and he made the trip fun!! From start to finish, this excursion was amazing!!!!!! I highly recommend Raul and this particular tour operator!!!!!

This tour was an incredible experience! Our guide Santiago, our photographer Rod, and our driver Manuel made a great team. We started the morning snorkeling with turtles and ended it with an incredible swim in a cenote. The photos taken by Rod were amazing and without a doubt worth buying the photo package. Our guide Santiago was knowledgeable, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to be around. He made sure the whole group had everything they needed, and ensured everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. Santiago, Rod and Manuel made the experience even better than it already was! We are excited to book another tour on our next visit to Cancun!

This trip was incredible! It was our second time with Ocean Tours and just like the first time we had fun to the maximum. Our guide Daniel was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. We got to swim in the ocean and see marine wild life such as turtles, sting rays, tropical fish, crabs from really close. The cenote visit was also very enjoyable. Our photographer took awesome pictures of high quality. At the end, we got to enjoy some local delicious food at lunch. Very recommendable adventure for young and old!

It was really amazing snorkeling with whale sharks. Juan and team were really helpful - we hadn’t snorkeled much before. We just knew swimming. Juan & Ricki helped us calm down and get into the waters

Raul and Ocean Tours Mexico was a great experience for us! Raul gave rich history, spoke at least four languages so able to keep everyone aware and engaged. He was very observant and could tell when some of us needed help with snorkeling or a little rest in the water. He kept us on time to each location so we could take part in the full experience. It was amazing! And even more so because of Raul! Shout outs to Ruben and Max as well.
