    Salvatica Adventure w/ Carlos
We recently came on a trip to Cancun and decided to go to Salvatica and let me tell you it was a 10/10 for everything. Our tour guide Carlos was amazing at communicating with us about anything and everything. Not only him, but the entire crew did awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to have a good time and try something new.

    Top Notch Adventure
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this adventure. The team is incredible. High energy, jokes for days, and genuinely care their customers have a memorable time. We were here most of the day. Worth every penny paid. The layout and design of the park is comparable to a high end amusement park. Felt completely safe on the tallest towers. We did the Mega Package. Will definitely return. Thanks Selvatica!

Had fun - impossible to reach afterwards
The experience was good, the customer service afterwards is not. We participated in a company-sponsored event. So we didn't personally pay for the adventure. The TL;DR is that we had fun. I wouldn't rush back to do it again. (not something to repeat). And do NOT purchase the photos without explicit instructions on how to download them. For the Superflight attraction, your harness will contain the sweat and smell of the hundreds (or more) tourists who were there before you. Think football locker room gone sour. The zip lines were good - by the 10th zip line, we've effectively zipped through the same trees. I've not zip-lined before, so this may be what it's all about. We did not get into the cenote as it felt like people soup. It wasn't the clear water we were expecting, and there was no obvious location to change into a swimsuit. You're really only at the cenote for 20-30 minutes, so we decided to hang out and watch others jump in instead. Those who went in seemed to have a good time. Bring a towel - to purchase one is ~$40 USD. Provided lunch was basic and they did offer a vegetarian option which was appreciated. The staff on site during the adventure were so nice and engaging. A+ for the staff. HOWEVER, We purchased a single photo ($20) for which I now have a receipt and a code, and no instructions on how to download the purchased photo. The web site contact form errors out, any email addresses I've found bounce back, their facebook message is a bot which only accepts reservations. I've found 0 means to contact this company to get instructions on how to download the photo. I'll update this review when I figure it out and will share here so others don't suffer the same fate.

    Amazing family day out!
We booked the full package and we’re glad we did. We were picked up from our hotel at 7.45 and got back around 4.30. The day started with a course of 10 zip lines, the first 3 are slower and let you learn how to stop and gain some confidence before moving on to the higher and faster lines. Chino and the other staff were all very informative and encouraging (my kids were well up for this but I hate heights so needed a bit of encouragement to get started). Next was the bungee swing followed by driving the ATV’s around the woodland, arriving at the Cenote. The Cenote was beautiful and was our favourite part of the day. 30-40 minutes chilling in the water. There is a zip line, high platform for jumping in and swings in the water. The water was lovely and cool which was amazing on such a hot day. The guys working here was fantastic, spending ages showing my son how to get upside down on the zip line before diving into the water. Back to the base for a quick snack before moving on to Tarzania. This is like a rollercoaster where you are clipped in under the track. It gives you a great view. Then was the Superfly. You lie down for this and if not for Chino I definitely would not have done this. He just got me on and made sure I went through with it, for someone with a fear of heights this was a huge deal. I’m so pleased I managed it. We had the best day and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, adrenaline fuelled day out! Thanks guys!!

One of the most fun and intense zipline experience (started off with the Tarzania roller coaster and ended with Aquazip). I lost count of how many zip lines we did. Some slow, some fast. And all of them over the green jungle below. Tour guides John and Chaco were extremely funny knowledgeable and at the same time made sure we used proper technique during the experience. They followed safety protocols religiously through all the transfers in and out of the zip lines. After the ziplines we were driven over to a cenote where we spent approximately 40 minutes zipping and/or jumping/diving into the cool waters. There were life vests and a lifeguard inside the cenote at all times. Finally, we went back to the central location for a fajita lunch before we departed for our resort. Our family really enjoyed the experience and we will cherish it forever. Highly recommended if you visit Cancun.

Our guides were very attentive. Needs more mud. We were there during spell. We loved it so much we went back a second time. Cenote was cool and refreshing. First time BASE jumped. That was awesome! Planted several seeds in memory of. These will help restore the jungle❤️

Chino is a top-notch tour guide! Some of the other staff need better customer service.
My family had a great time at Selvatica. Chino led our day of adventure with humor, grace, and charm and everyone took safety very seriously. No one missed a step in ensuring we had a wonderful, safe, and fun time. The individual coaster is misnamed, it should be called a seated zip. There are not a lot of twists and turns, it's actually quite mellow and the views are gorgeous. The cenote was fun and warm with an attentive lifeguard and friendly staff giving instructions on the zip line into the water. The off-roading in the side-by-side doubles was especially a highlight. It had just rained so we got to splash through puddles for an extra messy fun time. Chino was attentive and communicative through every part of the adventure, doing well to look after every person in the whole group for every portion. He was kind and able to make connections with everyone, despite our tour group being large. There was one instance that did not sit well with our family. I was on the adventure with my husband, 10-yr son, and 13-yr daughter. My son didn't want to do the individual coaster and when I was getting that apparatus removed from my harness after I was directed to move on to the benches for the zip lining. I explained that my son was just sitting in a different area, but the response I got was to keep moving. I explained it to the next person and was again told to keep moving. I talked to the third person and said, "He's 10, I'm not moving on without him", and went back to get him. When we walked back over the staff that tried to stop me told my son in a mocking tone "Your mommy was crying for you, worried you were lost." Then they said they same thing to my daughter who I had no concerns about because she had ridden the coaster and wasn't sitting alone. In what world they think mocking me to my children for not allowing myself to be separated from them was baffling to me and none of us appreciated it. It left us quite guarded around those staff members for the entirety of the excursion which put a real damper on the energy of the occasion.

    Tons of fun! Great staff!
So much fun! But HOT HOT HOT. Drink lots of water cause once you get started you are zipping along super fast. The swim in the cave was so refreshing! The lunch was very good I was very impressed cause my son is a vegetarian which we told Chino at the very start and he remembered and brought him his veggie quesadillas straight away. My son loved them! I wish I had tried to negotiate a better price on the photos. They came out great but expensive. I think the guys would have worked on the the price if I had tried. I wish I did! Overall def recommend. Lots of fun!

    Amazing, would recommend
Went here with my kids - well organised, with better food than some ofthe other tours & great staff. We have Johnny looking after us (and a load of others) and everything went great. Amazin price for what we did & even though the pictures seemed expensive I got almost 200 amazing pics for $90. 100% would recommend. I would use these guys if they were US based

Fun excursion but photos service was not worth the money
The trip was fun overall. We paid $60 for two photos but never have received them. Emailed them twice and never gotten the responses. Where are our photos? If you are going to this excursion, DO NOT PAY for the photos. Photos are not in a good quality and not worth the money. They will never answer your emails.

    Best excursion
This was the perfect excursion for our short stay in cancun. They packed so many cool activities into the day: the Rollercoaster, zipline, ATV ride, cenote swim plus dinner was included. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly, I felt taken care of and in good hands throughout the entire day.

    Extreme Canopy
Super fun for everyone of everyone age in our family! We did the Extreme Canopy which included 10 zip lines and the Tarzania zipline coaster. Then we visited a cenote which my tween loved as he got to jump into it over and over while the parents floated and relaxed. Dress lightly as you will sweat from the jungle humidity. You need to have some fitness as there are many stairs to climb, but so worth it. Johnathan and his crew were so professional and helpful and made everything run smoothly. We all decided that this was the best tour we have ever done in Mexico. Do it. You won’t be sorry.

    Must Go See!
I would give this business all the stars I could - they are amazing. Ask for Wilson and Andres - they were our tour guides and we had the most amazing adventure and day with our family. The zip lining was phenomenal and so was the Cenotas. The facilities were wonderful, beautiful, well-kept, the staff was polite the meal was delicious and our tour guides Wilson and Andres were perfect!! If you’re going to Cancun you need to go here because this place was sensational!!

    Amazing views and fun tour
We visited your park on 7/7/23 and loved the zip lining and Cenote swim. A huge THANK YOU to our guide "Chino" for making us feel safe and making sure we had a great time. Without him my husband and I would of chickened out. My daughters also loved this tour. We will definitely come back next year.

    A wonderful experience
Jungle heat and a lot of stairs made for a workout, but definitely worth the experience. Chino and the rest of the workers there were great and safety seemed to be a high priority. Definitely recommend. Worth a day for such a wonderful time even though you cant wait to get back in cool ac.

first of all, there was no mud AT ALL which was extremely disappointing especially after the hundreds of dollars we spent. second, the “trails” they take you on are pretty much flat so in my opinion it was boring especially when they take you around the same two small trails over and over and over going 15mph on an old run down polaris. all in all, if it wasn’t pouring rain before you go there cancel your tour it’s not worth the money.
before you go atving you can order drinks in our case we ordered a pack of 6 beers we drank two and the bartender said when you come back from the tour the rest will be waiting for you. at the end of our tour they tried charging us for those 4 beers so just be careful and keep all your receipts.
the sanota was a perfect temperature but not the cleanest. food and tequila tasting was great.
they don’t allow you you take any photos on the tour because at the end they charge you 50+ dollars for the photos they take

Good Morning. We're so sorry for your experience but let me explain to you some points. We have to do a manteinance perform to our attractions once a month to guarantee a safety experience to the hosts and to provide a high level service. It's not possible to go faster because it could be a danger for you and the rest of people. About the ATV's circuit, unfortunately in the last month when you visited us, it was a drought period and for this reason our circuit was dry and full of dust and maybe it was not the best moment. I'd like to invite you, in your next trip to Cancun, to visit Selvatica again and so you'll live in a better way your experience in our Adventure park. You can contact us to aulivi@venturae.com.mx and it will be a pleasure to give you a discount for your next tour. Regards

One of the best experiences we had in Cancun! I booked the Mud Madness & Mexology on Selvatica's website. I used the "chat" feature to answer my questions and get details (requirements, recommended clothing, etc). The agent even gave me a 10% discount. Note, you can get a bigger discount if you book further in advance, but we only had a few days to spare, so I booked our trip only 2 days in advance. Selvatica picked us up right on time at our hotel, and took us to the site. We met Charlie, our guide, did our paperwork and were ready to go! Note: Make sure you save a copy of your receipt directly to your phone. Cell phone data signal can be a little sparse out there, and you'll need to show your receipt in order to begin. The tour itself was wonderful!! My hubs and I chose a dune buggy so we could stay together. We rode for maybe 30 min or so before stopping at the 1st cenote. The cenotes are fresh water, and have algae on the bottom, so keep that in mind if you're expecting the crystal clear salt water wonders (like those near Tulum), but we still had a great time swimming in them. 30 more minutes in the dunebuggy again and then we arrive at the 2nd cenote. After the last cenote, we drove back to the garage. Lunch followed. I have food allergies, and they accommodated me beautifully! I was delighted to see that the cook had honored all of my requests and specifications!! The margaritas at the end were DELISH!! And they were so much fun to make. Overall, Charlie was a funny, knowledgeable, and generous host, and we were completely satisfied with our experience.

Are you ready to race through the jungle? This trip is for you!
This excursion is probably in our top 5 of Mayan Rivera adventures and we have done several. We drove the Razor ATV for 2 and had so much fun! We highly recommend getting towards the front with the guide, you won't go very fast BUT you can speed through the LARGE puddles of water. The trip is a good distance and you get to do it twice so you can switch drivers. You will end up soaked and ready to zipline into the cenote afterwards. There is also a high platform to jump from if you are feeling like a daredevil. After your 2 trips on the ATV and 2 dips in the cenote you will enjoy chips, salsa and a tasty burrito. But you are not done yet! Head on over to the mixology station where you will whip up some guacamole and margaritas. All and all it is a very fun adventure in the Mexican jungle!

We enjoyed the trip to drive ATVs. It has been about 20 years since I drove one. I don't remember it being this physically challenging. My arms and thumbs hurt. Unfortunately the ATV I drove had a malfunction where it would just die unexpectedly. I was switched to a different ATV but it had an issue turning left. Almost all of the turns are left turns. My arms started hurting even worse than the first run. I ran off the path more than once running into some low hanging branches. I was not hurt but disappointed. The cenote we visited was private so a small group of people could enjoy it. They have a short zipline to launch into the water if you are brave. I was not so I took the stairs. But my family did the zipline more than once.

We took the mud madness experience. Johnny was our guide. We had such a great time, it worths every dime. The experience was great, the ride, the lunch, the sinkhole. Everything was so much fun. Highly recommend. If you are experienced ATV fan or the beginner - either or is so much fun! Definitely will come back! The ride guides were great too. I would recommend to go early in the morning if you want to enjoy the sinkhole, as less people are there. But doesn't matter what time is it, it is just fun.

This tour was excellent! From the pickup at the hotel to the drop off at the end of the day, everything was wonderful. The tour center in the jungle is so cool looking when you arrive. Its like a giant treehouse! Dennis our tour guide was the perfect mix of funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. We had one atv and one quad. They performed great. We got lucky to have a ton of mud puddles to zoom through and got soaked! PRO TIP, where clothes you dont care about.
Half way through we got to stop at a cenote and jump or zipline into it. The water was refreshing and it was so cool to see this sink hole with spring water in the middle of the jungle. We then road through more mud puddles for another 30-40 minutes followed by another dip in a 2nd cenote...even nicer than the first. We finished the day off back at the tour center eating table side guac and burritos while making 2 amazing margaritas! This tour was great for our family of 3, 2 adults and 1 16 year old. She got to make the margarita and we drank them! 2 each but cause of the 16 year old, we got 3 each. :-)

2nd Pro Tip, bring your ID and credit card used to book or it will be a pain in the butt.

Genuinely nice people, eager to help, very patient , great experience. The tour was very nice, our tour guide Charlie is fabulous and everyone who helped with the ATVs and swim were spectacular.

This bundle is absolutely worth it since it only takes 4 hours of your day. Price includes pick up and delivery back to your hotel, with lunch included. Strongly recommend if you want some ATV action and swim

Overall the place was super cute and the staff was great. But I would say the EXPERIENCE was not something I would do again. The atv riding was basically driving around 4 different circles at 15 mph the whole time. Not much mud or excitement. The cenote was kinda dirty not clean at all like the photos. Food was delicious and the staff was attentive. The mixology part of it was after lunch and basically they made a margarita and we were able to shake it and pour it in our glass. Just overall pretty lame. Again no issues with the staff as they were great just the overall experience was blah

Just got back from Cancun and had a wonderful time here with CHARLIE our host for Mud Madness ATV experience and Mixology! At first I was not impressed as they gave me a slow ATV trying to keep up, then after the swim we went on another round and with a faster ATV but then got stuck behind a slow first timer. Can't win for loosing but still had fun. The mixology made it better as they fed us without complaints, didn't have Gauc but made it up with delicious quesadillas. The margaritas was also on point as you made your own and was not light on the tequila so after an all and all day it turned out awesome! Thanks to Ricky our driver and Charlie the host the team was all amazing, definitely would recommend this excursion!

Where do I begin!?

Upon arrival, my friends and I were greeted by our friendly tour guide Dennis. We signed some paperwork and was guided to the locker room, gift shop, and bar area. After taking a quick pic with the parrots, we jumped on our transportation to the mud madness part of our tour. Since it rained the night before it was the perfect day for some fun in the mud!

You have a choice to choose an ATV or a dune buggy; we opted for the dune buggy but will definitely choose the ATV next time to get real dirty! Make sure you wear an outfit you don't mind getting dirty. I wore glasses to protect my eyes since I wear contacts, a bathing suit top, biker shorts, boots (you can wear water shoes too) and a bandana to cover my mouth. Anything you want to leave you can put in a cubby where you'll be going back to after you're done in the mud. We had the pleasure of Abel guiding us through the jungle. Midway through we stopped to eat snacks (which were given to us in cute picnic baskets) and to check out one of the cenotes. At this point, I was able to switch drivers with my boyfriend and head back to the cubbies. It was thrilling to go through the muddy sinkholes! My friends and I were joking around with the sinkholes because back home in New Jersey our potholes are almost the same LOL!

Next up, swimming in a cenote! Definitely on my "to-do" list in Mexico. They provided life jackets if needed. There's also a zipline for those who are more adventurous. It was a great experience that I can now X off my list!

Lastly, mixology! We were guided to a treehouse type area that had two margarita glasses per person and bartending equipment; time to make margaritas! Dennis was great at teaching us how to make the drinks AND guacamole! Next, on the menu was fajitas. Since I am a pescatarian they were flexible enough to provide me with a veggie option. My friends got chicken, I got veggie; everyone's happy!

Did I say lastly? We ALSO got to plant a seed and write our names on it. The entire staff took proper precautions when it came to wearing a mask, providing hand sanitizer and so on. Since we were a group of five we did not have other people on the tour with us which was great since we visited during a pandemic.

Just remember; riding through the jungle in a 4x4, swimming in a cenote, making margaritas and guacamole, eating fajitas, and planting a seed all in one tour WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR?! Again, thank you Dennis, Abel, and the whole crew for an amazing first experience in Cancun!
