I booked two separate rides: one from the airport to the resort with my friend and I and one back to the airport where my friend and I had two separate departure times. Both times were easy to book and the professionalism with Estefania and her business partner were phenomenal. They worked with us when my friend’s flight was delayed a few times and our driver was early for pick up each time. They provided a picture of the shuttle that was picking us up from the resort so that we’d know who to look for. Drivers were also very polite and spoke English which was helpful in letting them know which airline to drop us off at. I will DEFINITELY book with them again in the future.

Avoid the solicitation especially from the Mayan village. They should mandate that all participants should be paid in full in order to save time on this very long trip. The bus transferring in the morning took way too much time away from the attractions. Even though we saw a lot, it was too rushed. I have to point out here that we asked Valentino regarding the souvenir bottle of anise liquor which we spent $20 on being able to travel on the plane with it. He guaranteed that we would be fine and we were not. It was confiscated and thrown away at security. This would have been the perfect tour if the Mayan village was completely avoided. The shaman tried to scam us into buying trinkets for over $1000 USD! Thankfully my bank denied the charge. We assumed it was pesos which would have been fine. Be very careful. The attractions were beautiful but again way too rushed and the solicitation is never welcomed.

My overall experience was good. Good tour your guides who gave a detail history of the cenotes and the Chichen Itza. However, this is an all day tour, left the hotel 7:30am and didn't get back until app 10pm. I believe the time spent at the cenotes could have been shorter. Also, we had a VERY long wait for lunch. No bueno!

This trip started at 640 in the morning and I did not get back to my hotel until 930 pm. It says 12 hrs, which was too long for me but 14 was just insane, I felt trapped. There was a lot of begging for tips at the buffet that is included in the tour as well as the tour guides. Overall I felt uncomfortable. It was beautiful seeing Chichen Itzá. We only say Suytun for 30 minutes and there’s a line to get a photo so you really only get 60 seconds to take a photo. I would not recommend. Try a shorter trip or see each place individually if you can.

Great service on the bus, including AC, one sandwich in the morning and one bread in the evening, unlimited bottled water, soda, and beer.

The customer service was very good and patient. Questions were answered immediately and we had a great time. Looking forward to the next journey

The excursion started with a late pickup. Our ticket stated 6a, driver came at 7:20a. The transportation wasn’t good, the seats were broken and seating with tight. The van needed maintenance and some repairs were done with wood. When we booked the trip we chose an English speaking tour. We were picked up with predominately Spanish speaking patrons. The guide spoke mostly in Spanish and we were left to wonder what was being said. After calling in to the customer service line several times requesting to be brought back to hotel or placed on an English speaking tour we were told the guide did give instructions in English. We said what about the history explained in Spanish for 45 minutes of the ride? The guy over the tour stated, “you do realize you’re in Mexico?” We did get 10 minutes of history of the Mayan culture standing in the blazing hot sun. The itinerary given on TripAdvisors wasn’t what we got. When we arrived at the Mother Nature’s exhibit, it was our first stop but third stop on TripAdvisors itinerary. It was soooo much wrong with this tour it’s too much to write. I wouldn’t recommend this company or tour to anyone. You’re out in an unfamiliar area so to say a lot could create other concerns and you’re in a take or leave it situation. STEER CLEAR of this one.

The main point of contact for the agency, Roger, is respectful, friendly, prompt, thorough, and provides great rates. The drivers are kind, warm, trustworthy, and informative, and they communicate with Roger as soon as they pick clients up, for accountability. One of my clients was traveling solo for the first time and got nervous upon arriving to the Cancun airport. Conoce Lo Tuyo got in touch with me quickly to track the client down in order to make sure they found her and she got to her resort safely. She was very appreciative. They have earned a loyal client in me and I send everyone to them! <3

The stop at Suytun, Chichen itza, Ik Kil Cenote were great there were some unnecessary and long stops including one with a shaman which was not part of the description and simply a money makers. Also the food gave me and my partner stomach issues for whole 48 hours and ruined part of our trip. Be careful with the food at the buffet stop.

Everyone was super sweet and friendly.I felt safe with every activity I did. I had an amazing time here. Would definitely recommend

The trip was amazing!! We were staying in Tulum so the tour operator had a transfer organised to get us from Tulum to get on the excursion bus in Playa del Carmen. We had breakfast included on the bus which was very nice. We stopped off in Valladolid which was lovely, then going to Chichen Itza was amazing! Our tour guide Hector took us on the English tour and gave us such interesting history behind it all, it really was incredible to see in person! We then visited IK Kil Cenote which was beautiful, swimming in this was so refreshing and such an amazing experience! We then made our way to Suytun Cenote where we had a buffet in the restaurant, this had loads of tasty mexican food to choose from. The Cenote itself was incredible to see, we had never seen anything like it before! Your day was totally made most of getting to visit all these amazing places in one, for the cost as well and how above and beyond the guys went, we couldn’t recommend this trip more. Thank you very much truly a once in a lifetime experience 😊

This was an amazing trip, we learned so much about Mayan culture and had lots of fun along the way. It’s a full day, were comfortable shoes and bring towels for cenote. The bus can get cold, especially with wet clothes so i recommend sweatshirt you can wear and leave on bus.

We had a wonderful time onboard the catamaran! The trip to Isla was gorgeous and Renee and crew were so hospitable. Renee went out of his way to explain everything in English to us and was so friendly. The snorkel guide was friendly and actually explained what was going on. The snorkel it’s self was about 30 min, it was ok, plenty of time but wasn’t the best snorkeling we’ve done… No one’s fault, because the boat ride and Isla Mujeres were well worth the entire excursion regardless! Isla was cute and had so much shopping and things to do. We rode around on a golf cart which was fun and affordable! On the boat we had our pictures taken and they were AWESOME! Photographer took his time to pose us and print out beautiful pics! The crew will give you whatever you’d like to drink, just ask! We asked for shots and they were very generous! The boat ride is about 1 hr there and 1 hr back, and you have 3 hrs in Isla. Would recommend just because the hospitality was wonderful!

The entire crew was excellent with Machchar as the English-speaking tour guide. Our family of 11 had a wonderful trip on the private catamaran. He kept us entertained throughout and was very attentive to all our needs, making the whole trip wonderful. We had a fun time snorkeling and seeing the 6 underwater hand statues with victory signs that were in a circle. My daughter went snorkeling for the first time and she thoroughly enjoyed it and had a memorable experience. At Isla Mujeres, we rented 3 golf carts and Machchar gave us a full tour of the island including the Sea Shell house, Lighthouse, and homes of El Chapo & Julio Iglesias. Even though it was hot, the cool breeze from the Caribbean Sea made it enjoyable, along with the breathtaking views of the turquoise blue water...totally gorgeous. All in all, the whole family had an amazing experience...I would highly recommend taking this private catamaran tour vs going on the public ferry!
