Amazing yacht and staff worthy of name. Absolutely perfect and Reiyli is amazing he fixed my lighter. Took us snorkeling and we also went to hang out on the island. Did run out of drinks but that's our fault

We hired this boat through Cancun Yacht rentals for the last day of my Sisters 40th Birthday. Shortly after setting off we got pulled by the boat police, the captain did not have a license and they did not have the correct permits to carry tourists, they then went on to check the safety equipment again which had items missing. We spent hours held up with the police in a port and had a completely ruined day. Then they would only offer us a 50% refund to which we refused and are having to dispute the payment through our credit card company. Also the Searay yacht pictured is nothing like the poorly maintained, aged 1980's style we got given. 🛑 STAY CLEAR 🛑

Our dates had to change due to weather and days conflicted with other things but they made it happen so we could have our experience. This was my 3rd time going to Isla Mujeres but my first time renting a private Charter. Even tho we paid more we would all still highly recommend. A big plus is we didn't have to be around other people, you got to choose your own music, they took us to the beach and fed fish so they would come up around us and my children loved that. We weren't on anyone's time frame but our own for the beach and the shopping area as we didn't have to wait for others. They provided drinks (alcohol, water, juice and pop). They made the experience enjoyable, and easy. The communication was fantastic, they answered my million and one questions. I also highly recommend allowing them to set up transportation for you so there's no conflict and you arrive on time.

I really liked this trip, it was very good, my friends and I had an incredible time. We went to Isla Mujeres and it didn't charm. Very good service from the crew and very attentive. Without a doubt, we would rent with them again.

Best worst experience ever! 😂 “Hercules” was dope! The captain was dope, the staff was dope, the hospitality was amazing…and everything was perfect until the winds hit, and the boat started rocking, and I got super nauseous! 🤢 Felt like throwing up! Usually I don’t get motion sickness, but this time it hit me hard! MAYBE CAUSE I WAS REALLY DRUNK! Lol! But windy weather aside, the experience was amazing! WILL DEFINITELY DO AGAIN IF THE WAVES AREN’T SO BAD!

This day was absolutely magical. From the moment we started the booking until we stepped off the boat everything was perfect. The staff and caption catered to our every wish. The onboard photographer went above and beyond. They also were able to accommodate a very short notice of day change due to a wind storm. It was perfect in every way and I would highly recommend them.

We went on Hercules. The service was awesome. We went to isla mujeres and they were very attentive in service. They made the best of it for us considering the weather.

Trip was absolutely amazing. We took a yacht out and it was absolutely wonderful. Would do it again!

Wonderful experience. They provided masks for swimming with fish, they brought us to a wonderful spot to see fish and even brought food to attract fish for the kids. The captain was skilled and the crew was friendly and attentive.
