My husband and I went on this excursion for our honeymoon. We were initially told it was another $20 each for “dock fees” and when we arrived, they charged us $40 a person so we paid another $80 in total which we were not very happy about. We got to snorkel for 15 mins but did not see anything (which we understand is out of your control) The hosts and workers on the boat were fantastic and fun. Very friendly. The catamaran ride itself was very fun. The beach at the second stop on the south end of the island was not at all what we were expecting from what we saw in pictures. The water was very dirty. The food was good but the drinks on the island were not. I asked for a margarita and was given tequila and lemonade.

This was my first visit to Mexico, first time joining a tour group and this one specifically went everywhere I wanted to go and had hotel pick up included! I would not have done this visit any other way. They message prior to your visit to ensure you have no unanswered questions or worries and then the amazing service carries on while on the tour. Eloy was our tour guide alongside Adrian who checked us in throughout the day and Jesus our driver who drove us all day. Eloy was amazing and had a wealth of knowledge about Mayan culture and all the sites we visited! He was very personable and made sure the whole tour group was happy and stayed safe (even protecting us from too much sun lol). The buffet was great with dancers and performers. The views in the cenotes were breathtaking and an incredible experience. Thank you for a great last day of our holiday!

This trip has created life long memories. Our guide at Chichén Itzá, Santiago was wonderful, very knowledgeable and a real character who was fascinating to listen to. He answered all our questions. Chichén Itzá was incredible. We then visited our first cenote Il Kil was beautiful and superbly run. Our second cenote was not quite as pretty but still stunning with opportunities to jump in from height. The buffet at this cenote was perfect with entertainment thrown in. We would highly recommend this trip. It was a long drive from our hotel (Grand Riviera Princess) but the guide on our very comfortable coach, Christian, was great throughout. He was fun and informative. Book this trip for life long memories!

a really fun and amazing day the guys there were all vary friendly went that extra mile. I had difficulty with swimming against the tide and they very quickly got to me and assisted me so I could concentrate more on the beautiful reef and sea live. So will do this again. BTW the tequila was out of this world.

We saw a turtle, Bermuda, damselfish, angelfish and many more amongst the coral reef. The tour guides were great, explaining how to use the equipment, how to take care of the reef and helping us along where needed. We had water on the boat, useful to wash away the taste of all the salty water i accidentally drunk going through waves with just a snorkel. We came back and had a lovely lunch by the beach, then had time for shopping on the coach trip back to the hotel. The whole family had a great day working at our own pace and doing as much snorkelling as we wanted. Even after the tax this was a cheap day out. Make sure to put plenty of reef safe suncream on your rear side, or to wear shorts, as feeling a little burnt in the evening afterwards.

Kevo and Mario and they guys were amazing!! We never snorkled before and they were so kind and patient with us. They truly care about their guests and being safe. Amazing experience!! Highly recommend!! The reef is so beautiful!!

The whole process was great. Very nicely done. Beso was wonderful n Tony our driver is friendly. Nothing to worry from hotel to snorkeling and back to hotel

Very poorly organized and not very fun. Snorkeling was a small part of the day. Spent most of the day waiting around in the heat. Transport was 20 minutes late picking us up to go to Puerto Morelos and then transport was again 40 minutes late to take us back to our hotel. The downtown portion consisted of cornering us into the shops (multiple times) to get a sales pitch to buy jewelery and souvenirs and then having an hour of "free time". The lunch was small but tasted good. The snorkeling was nice but was overshadowed by the rest of it.

The tour was fun! Roberto, Gustavo, and the bus driver were great and kept us informed and entertained the whole day. It was quite hot at Chichén Itzá and the hour long tour was a bit much for me personally because of the heat and limited shade surrounding the structures. They did give us full warning though and I’m glad I heeded their warning and rented an umbrella. Otherwise, I found the tours to be great and the guides were quite knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend the tour!

This excursion was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable throughout the trip. The snorkeling was beautiful and the tacos and tequila were an amazing bonus! I definitely recommend this trip!

This was the first time coming here and the whole family enjoyed themselves. Casey and Elise made sure that we had a good time. The food was amazing. We will be coming back!

Beautiful diving and snorkeling area! Amazing reef and marine life. An awesome experience! We did 2 different snorkeling trips, one local right from the beach and the other from El Cid Marina. The one from El Cid Marina was really really really good! Jorge was our snorkeling guide! Highly recommend him and that snorkeling trip!
