    So much fun!
We had so much fun!! Snorkeling was beautiful, ATV was exciting, ziplining was fast, Cenote was beautiful. Or only complaint was so much wait time. Otherwise, wonderful!!

    Fun, but there’s downsides.
The transport is horrible. The vans have a/c but the drivers aren’t great. It’s a hectic ride. Everyone we talked to that day said the same. The driver convinced us to buy a $10 bug spray when we got into the car because he said it’s $20 when you get there and YOULL NEED IT. But we didn’t need it. So that was a waste. We snorkeled first. Andrea and the boys there were absolutely wonderful! The snorkeling was fun and the pictures were great! They only allow a GoPro in the water if it’s attached to your head or chest. Not allowed to bring any other camera. Even if it has a floaty on it. We HIGHLY suggest buying the VIP package when you get there. Upgrade for the pictures right away if they offer it. It’s $100usd for all your photos from the whole day. Otherwise you’ll pay $185 for 14 photos at the end. We got probably 45-50 photos total. WELL WORTH THE UPRGADE. Upgrade to the VIP private Cenote experience. It was $35 per person. They feed you as many tacos as you want and give you really good drinks while there. Otherwise you’ll definitely be hungry towards the end. It’s a long day! The Cenote they take you to if you DONT upgrade is small and has like 25 people there. It would have been crappy. However the vip one is wonderful and only had a max of 14 but our group only had like 8. I’ll upload pics of our Cenote and one of the regular one that they take everyone else to. Flash was the best person we encountered the whole day. Flash made the WHOLE experience. Would have voted this a 4 star but I upgraded it to a 5 because of him! He’s wonderful, fun and funny! He deserves a raise! The atvs were fun, but absolutely pieces of crap. Lol and I mean they’re horribly maintained and overheat, and barely run but if you get a good one, it’s a fun time. You go back and forth on the same trail probably 4-5 times. Zip lines were fun. We hadn’t done that before and had fun but they weren’t super high and “exhilarating” by any means. The pictures were cool though. They do a good job getting pictures. There’s a lot of time to wait for rides back, but there’s also hundreds of people there at once. So it’s to be expected. I’d recommend it for a fun day, but probably not a “must do”. If we did this again I’d probably skip the atv and ziplines and just do separate snorkeling and cenotes.

    Watch out for “valet” parking
Great experience! The crew was wonderful. The parking is the bad part. We were told we had to leave our car and keys with the “valet” and paid $20 to park. We left our car with the “valet” and they stole the spare tire out the rental car.

    Wonderful experience
It started out a bit rocky, our driver was 20 minutes late with no communication, which caused us to have a slight panic as it states they will not wait for us. So I didn’t want to take the chance and leave. We had a wonderful time snorkeling and Mike & guides were amazing! On the way to our next destination the ac was out and it was a very hot day, an inconvenience, yes but not unbearable. Pablo our guide for the cenote, zip lining and ATV’s, was amazing. Such a wonderful experience the food was perfect and the show they had was the topping! Over all we are very glad we did this! We loved it a must see!

    Amazing day
The entire tour was great! Definitely recommend purchasing the photo package after snorkeling if purchased the entire activity package. Tacos were amazing, highly recommend the chicken tacos at the end of your. Few things to remember…don’t apply any sunscreen or lotion prior to your activity as you will have to rinse it off, when starting snorkeling trip don’t wear any clothes to boat as you will get very wet when boarding. Swimsuit only! Keep towels dry by storing in locker prior to activities otherwise pointless to have as they will be soaking wet.

    dont trust this company
this company is VERY BAD!!!!!!!! We booked 3 reef tour in cozumel and they put us on wrong boat and when we complained the captain dropped us off at a random dock with no way back to where we're supposed to be dropped off. we had to get our own cab AND ferry back to our hotel at a cost of over 150.00. plus they have refused a refund and stopped even talking to us.

    The BEST!!!!
Overall, the experience was AMAZING!!!!! Shoutout to DANNI for being the best tour guide EVER!!! Her energy is very contagious and made me more excited throughout ziplining, ATV riding, and the cenote. I will never forget this experience and it is definitely a 10/10 recommend.

5-star boat trip and crew, 2-star lunch
Great snorkeling experience. Friendly crew. Everything on time. But the offered lunch is subpar to say the least. My wife’s fish wasn’t fully cocked, my pork fajita was the worst I had in Mexico. I definitely recommend the trip I say skip the offered lunch and treat oneself with with a good meal after the swim. There are too many other good options.

    Amazing experience
This experience was so amazing ! The guides were helpful and funny. Dani was very energetic and informative. We did the combo reef snorkel, ATV, zip lining, cenote, and tequila tasting. Somehow we ended up doing 2 tequila tastings and the tequila selection was superb. My favorite was the coffee flavor tequila. We upgraded to the private cenote which was worth it for an extra $70 (came with a second tequila tasting and taco buffet) We also bought the pictures for extra $90. The pictures came out beautifully 100% worth it. Overall the whole experience turned out to be about $500 for two people with the extra add ons but in my opinion it was an unforgettable day. Some things you should bring are pesos cash for the tour guides and drivers, bug spray for the jungle, and a towel for the cenote.

    Short but sweet
I absolutely love snorkeling/scuba diving when at a beach destination and this excursion was great for that. The tour guides were very knowledgeable of the reef I just wish the tour itself was a little longer, I felt like there wasn’t enough time to explore. You also get to end the excursion with some traditional Mexican tacos which was a plus.

    Good experience!
Overall we enjoyed our day! It started off rocky with a bit of a crazy driver and motion sickness and after 1.5 hours we finally reached the snorkeling location and got dropped off there. The snorkeling was good! Nice reef and wildlife that we snorkeled for maybe an hour or so and the crew was fun and friendly. The tacos for lunch were average and not a large portion so I would recommend bringing some snacks with you for the day. We then got picked up and taken to the ~jungle~ for the latter portion of our day. The ATV ride was fun! I recommend bringing some sort of glasses/face covering because there was a ton of dust and I was constantly wiping it out of my eyes. Tequila tasting was great and delicious and we left with 2 bottles. Ziplining was fine and what you would expect. The cenote was gorgeous and we enjoyed about 45 minutes there swimming and jumping in. We got tacos again around late evening and they're also a small portion. Overall I would say that we had a good day but it's not an absolute must do since it does take up your entire day. Crew was fun and friendly and helpful.

Great tour but need new and better operators.
The Adventure was great BUT BUT the operators like Elizabeth are the worst. Had a hard rescheduling because I got really sick. It's so expensive for them not to do any accomodation. I paid 30 US to reschedule. When it turned 7 or 8pm they stopped talking immediately like it's a machine and said speak to us tomorrow. After the tour they won't answer you. It's disgusting really. I think we lost our glasses and they wouldn't answer.

Uniquely spectacular snorkel. Great staff! Safety 1st, lifejackets required.
This week our group of 10 booked this excursion. I have to give thanks to the amazing crew on board our vessel. They were friendly, and polite and took very good care of us. For safety reasons, we were all required to wear lifejackets which was a little bit of a bummer for a few on the tour who were expert divers and thought they would be able to free dive while on the tour. So, no free diving as life jackets are a must. They are serious about this. Some of the guys initially dived down with the jackets on and were later pulled aside and warned that's not permitted. But if you plan to snorkel this is a great tour. The reefs were all different and special in their own way. Reef 1 we were photographed surrounded by colorful fish as they were apparently enticed by fish feed. That was ok by me as it gave us ample opportunities for photos and the fish had a treat too. The second reef was more mixed but still enjoyable. The third reef was very deep which was a little scary but we never felt unsafe. We were able to see divers as they dived in the depths. The waters were crystal clear and picture worthy. On this particular day the sea was quite choppy and other than my motion sickness and having to ask to speed up the rocking boat, as idling was sickening, we absolutely loved the experience. NOTE: one of our friends was unable to join the tour due to asthma, however, the Royal Caribbean team was able to make matters straight which was greatly appreciated. Recommendation: I am supremely motions sensitive and this device (EmeTerm Explore FDA Cleared Anti-Nausea Wristband IP67 Waterproof) which I bought on Amazon made it possible for me to enjoy this 3 hour experience. Only at the very end did I feel some motion sickness but with given sea conditions I would be asking too much.

The place was very interesting and magical. However the guide was speaking simultaneously in two languages- English and Spanish. He was saying one word in English, and the next one in Spanish. This was very frustrating and difficult to follow. It is better to first say the whole story in one language and then to repeat it in another language.
