    Tulum center and Cobo
Guide was helpful. The swim was great. Price if the trip was OK too. It would've been helpful to advise customers to bring some form of payment. We thought cos we were going swimming and sightseeing we shouldn't bring any valuables. We just brought some US dollars to tip with but they went pretty quick. There was a shopping trip as part of the package so we had to opt out of that. Otherwise it was good, especially as it was a swim not a dive as we aren't divers

    Full Cultural Immersion Tour
Tour guide Pastor was very knowledgeable and courteous. He definitely set a positive tone for the group. Professional company and safe driving from Felix. Arrival and drop off times were delayed though. My only complaint about the day. It was a FULL day. So if you’re looking for something quick & under 4-6 hours, this isn’t it. But if you’re looking to fill your day & feel fully immersed in the Mayan culture, this is it!

    Great tour
guides were informative and took good care of us. We felt we had enough time at each stop and they did a good job of explaining all of the important details throughout the day.

Nice trip. Fun staff. Friendly atmosphere. Ask to be in only English-speaking group
The trip was nice. Staff was friendly and eager to help and share info. Covid-19 measurements. The group in the van was fun too. Unfortunately, in chichen itza the groups were divided in such a way that the guide had to speak English and Spanish which made it boring and difficult for everyone. Next time I'd ask them to just split the groups wisely.

    Amazing
The only complaint was the long bus ride after we were picked up a tour hotel but it couldn’t be helped. We opted for the sky deluxe tour which included a continental breakfast on the bus, a tour of chichen itza, lunch and a swim in the sink hole. The guides on the bus were amazing and extremely adept at going from English to Spanish with ease. The information presented on the bus was topnotch and the availability to purchase a miyan calendar or pendant was offered to everyone on the bus. The ruins were amazing as was our guide who was a descendant of the miyan culture-very informative and answered all questions. The only disappointment was the vendors inside the park. There had to be at least 100 vendors who all had the same trinkets to sell which, in my opinion, spoiled the reverence of the grounds, although if you said no to them they didn’t hassle too much. The sink hole was pretty cool and the water was about 79 degrees F which I suppose might be cold for some, but it was refreshing after walking around the grounds. Lunch was a buffet style and enough food for every taste. It was a long day, but worth it to see the grounds and hear about the history of the pyramid.

    experienced guides
I know I was lucky, the agency assigned three tour guides that were distributed in the following explanations: while we were on the bus heading to the ruins, the previous history of Chichen Itza; other guide at the facilities, precautions and advice before admission tour; and the last guide with the most experienced one at the end of the visit with an additional stop at a cenote.

    Not ideal for young families
We booked this with Thomas Cook while on our holidays at Moon Palace This trip is over priced. The travelling times were undersold... we were told an hour and a half, then 45 minutes, but we found ourselves in the coach for hours. 6:30am set off with the promise to beat the crowds by 9! We got there at 10:30!!! Our 7 year old was offered no water when we left the coach. We were left to our own devices ‘meet up back at the coach at 1:15’ I expected a tour guide to talk us through everything. When we did ask questions, you could hear very little as market traders were blowing whistles and the group was far too big. We found ourselves waiting around like lost sheep. Other guides were offering umbrella’s for shade and talks. I was under the impression when we booked, Saturdays was the day to go as they have all their English speaking guides. We had 1 Mexican rep, who tried his best, it we struggled to understand. No other guides there for us. The food wasn’t really to standard, i had to shoo away 2 birds eating at the salad bar. We had left a 5 star all inclusive, we thought food and drinks were free. Water and cola was NOT free and we found ourselves with a bill for $200 Peso’s after the meal, excluding service charges. Then we were asked for top money for the dancers! Thomas cook said bring a towel... not loads of money for drinks, lockers and tips which is also an expectation. Oh and don’t forget the shops that are the stop off points, and the hundreds of market stalls at chichen itza itself. Totally disappointed, and would not recommend for a family! Finally got back to the hotel after 7:30pm If only that had been made clear.

tive a pior experiencia de todas com esse passeio;

bebemos no primeiro passeio apenas 1 agua e 1 cerveja.
