The atvs ramd everyone and u only went 10 mph for 10 min. The ziplines were slow and the beers were exspencive. The place was put together but no recommended for 35 plus adults. The group with us was very unmanaged and dissrespectful

A very enjoyable way to spend a day. Refreshing way to cool off in Cancun heat. Juan was a very accommodating and knowledgeable guide. The lunch provided was delicious and authentic. The fresh homemade tortillas were great. We recommend doing this tour.

The horseback riding was not scenic.It was very boring. They should be up front about any additional cost and tipping expectations. No phones were allowed because they wanted you to purchase the picture package. "Safety reasons" was given. All of their other events were excellent. The staff was very courteous

Andrea and his team was amazing. The crew kept up with everyone and made sure we all had a fun time. Safety and fun were huge factors. From trying new things like ziplining to atving, it was an adventure to remember. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

Beach concierge absolutely the best! They set us up each day, brought snacks, entertained us. Alberich, Ines, Miguel - wonderful. INES even got life guard for me when I accidentally hurt my leg. She had him there in minutes, he cleaned wound site, bandaged it, all safely with good hygiene procedures & it has healed nicely. They also documented everything, even though it was not their fault, I was the clumsy one. We loved their wonderful smiles & happiness, it made the water, beach, & whole experience even greater. And the Bar Palms - they served drinks with a huge smile, thank you Epifani, Ross, & Ricardo. You won't be disappointed with a trip there.

When I tell you this was by far the best experience I had, it was the best! When we first arrived we were able to upgrade our package which allowed us to do way more. The customer service was top tier everyone was so friendly and helpful the entire time of our excursion. The crew was able to get snap shot pictures of our entire experience as well. With the long hours of our activities it ended with unlimited food and drinks and music. It was such a nice experience. This was a first time experwince for me and they made me feel very at ease.

We had sooo much fun, even though we forgot to wear swimsuits. Everyone was friendly & helpful, the views were magnificent and the food afterwards was good too. Would definetely do again, especially for the ATV riding after.

Tour didn’t happen, I got scammed. I was never responded to by the tour guide who I messaged to confirm pickup time. So the next morning I just hoped for the best even though I never heard from anyone. Went outside and waited for the bus but no one came. Wasted my money, I would advise everyone to just book an excursion through your all inclusive hotel.

First of all, we had a blast. Our pickup and drop off at the hotel was on time. Rides were all great atv, zipline and cenote. We changed to an upgrade and it was awesome. Guides were very respectful and fun like Mr. Flash. The only thing I hated was that the young girl at the desk who was selling us the upgrade, offered us Mimosa. My family and I are not drinkers, we are against any alcoholic beverage and we don't know about liquor. I asked her if the drink had any alcohol and she said "no alcohol*. When we asked the employee who was serving she said that the Mimosa was an alcoholic beverage. Please next time take your job serious !

Everything was AMAZING!!!! Tour guides were very nice and helpful. Cenote was beautiful Food was great Bring bug spray!!!

We wanted to do an exciting and multi option experience and we were not disappointed!! We have two boys (16 and 12) and we all loved it!! Our tour guide, CHINO, and his group were absolutely amazing!! They were beyond friendly, extremely safety oriented, made everything so much fun! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff there. Our favorite was zip lining and the cenote, but all the adventures were pretty exhilarating! And after it's all over they serve you chicken fajitas! Bring LOTS of bug spray, water shoes, sunscreen and a change of clothes for the ride home. And don't forget to ask for CHINO!

Excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tequila tasting was good. However, we were told we could take the alcohol and carry-on but when we got to the airport, it was something different. We ended up having to check our luggage due to misleading information from the tequila rep.

Amazing adventure! Lots of fun with our group of 18 ladies celebrating 40th Birthday Bash! Highly recommend this tour. Guides were very attentive and made each event comforting! ATV, zip lining, and cenote swim all great!!

This excursion is a must do!!! Every guide we had was amazing. We were picked up from a location in tulum and the driver got us there quickly and safely.

Mr. O was the best guide ever. He made the trip so worthwhile and guided us through the whole tour! I highly recommend this excursion.
