About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- 455hirag0 contributionsFelt like a partyThe service was friendly and on point as soon as we arrived, there was a delay and made us wait for like 20 min but they got us some drinks while we wait The ride was smooth and everyone was drinking, most of us were young and probably single lmao The staff gave us drinks at all times and they got the party mood onboard, the beach club was pretty comfy and the food greatWritten January 17, 2025
- Road185389562150 contributionsCrocodilesWent alone since I was visiting for work, i got some sleep during the ride ando it didn't feel that long The boat ride was amazing, our guide took us to the best spots in Rio Lagartos! Bunch of flamingos and a couple crocodiles At Las Coloradas it was more of a sight to see while walking around listening to the guide We finished with a crocodile farm that I did not expectWritten December 30, 2024
- Road185389562150 contributionsKids loved itWent with my family and they love the lagoon! The cenotes were nice to see, only my kids went in and my husband and me stayed out relaxing We booked this for the breakfast and lunch, we wouldn't have last without them haha Long trip, bring a pillow for the rideWritten December 30, 2024
- Roam386536925190 contributionsThe all-in-one city tourThis is such a great "little bit of everything tour". You get a little bit of the myan ruins without having to get up crazy early and drive for two hours, you get cultural time at the myan museum, beach time at playa defines and party time at the tequila tasting with Fernando (who is a party unto himself). Ruben is a great, knowledgeable guide. This is a great way to experience Cancun.Written June 18, 2024
- C9170RHcaroll0 contributionsAdd Ak Balam and swimming in the cenote to your Cancùn trip!Ak Balam is an amazing ruin that everyone should see. We highly recommend it for couples and families! You can climb to the top of the kings tomb and noble’s quarters. Then climb the observatory! Then guide, Nestor and driver, Javi took the 12 of us in the van to the cenote for a swim in the crystal clear fresh water. Valladolid was a colonial city, offering a surprising lovely town of affordable souvenirs. Thank you Cancun Adventures!Written March 26, 2024
- G3063NSmatta0 contributionsDont bother! I would rather have walked there!TLDR, dont bother! Get a bus or hire a car. We were over an hour late setting off. Spent significantly more time getting the hard sell from the Mayan rest stop shop and guide than we did at the actual Chitchen itza site. The food was so bad that one kid spent the rest of the trip vomiting (likely the cold rice we were served). Due to the delays what was advertised as a 6+ hour trip, became, as requested turning up at 9.30am and being told we are hopefully going to be home by 7.30pm. If everyone manages to escape the gauntlet of shops between the bus park and Cenote on the way home. A number of people, us included have onward connections and or commitments to meet tonight (its new years eve) we have all expressed our concerns. To no avail. One person was told there are rooms at the Cenote if he is that worried about making his connection!Written December 31, 2023
- Escape002782845440 contributionsAVOID PLAYA NORTH at isla mujeresThe first beach very small but all included food and drinks are nice great service. Only issue is bird eating off the food pan on the buffet is disgusting. The second beach playa North seems like a public beach WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE and every shade spot you have to PAY I have never seen this in many years of travelling that we need to pay for shade spots. that's inhumain. Also very dirty garbages everywhere between the boats that are on the beach I wouls not recommend going to playa north.Written July 12, 2023
- chrisfM4699QT0 contributionsIsla Contoy visitOk, here are only negatives: Bathrooms with TP in Isla Mujeres is… non existent. Maybe this is to prevent western users from flushing, but a sign to throw in trash would be nice. Isla contoy was fine. Number 2, snorkle gear is garbage. Facemask and snorkle unnecessarily cheap. Spend a few more dollars for on that is comfortable on your face and a snorkle with water bypass…, Everything else total bonus! Spectacular beaches… nice meal, free drinks, go up to top deck once party really starts… better views and quieter. Long day too btw…. 7am-8pm from playa del carmenWritten May 9, 2023
- WillEIII0 contributionsNice day with room for some improvementWell maintained and clean bus. Great guide at Chichen Itza. Cenote was very crowded and rushed. More time waiting for changing room than in the water. Get a locker as you wont be able to take your personal items with you to the Cenote platform. No need for mask in this one. Water is dark. While only for a few minutes, the cenote was a nice experience. Be aware the tour guide will invite you for other purchases on the bus. In particular, they will take a welcome photo of you and it later appears on a souvenir for purchase. Its a light pressure sale and “no thank you” is well received. Some of stops are clearly just for fast shopping. Our family’s perspective is the time would have been better spent at the cenote.Written April 6, 2023
- Chicagoan_at_Heart640 contributionsDependable TransportationI received confirmations the day before each pickup. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. I’d definitely use them again.Written March 14, 2023
- alainf6220 contributionsIsla Mujeres + Isla Contoy with "karaoke atmosphere"The visit to Contoy is really limited in number, the management of the groups is rather satisfactory and we had the feeling of being around fifty on the island. But for the rest it's really an excursion of the mass tourism industry from the moment you arrive at the port and on the boat (about 5 hours in total): animation at the microphone, Latina music, unlimited drinks including alcoholic drinks, so in the end very festive atmosphere ... not unpleasant, but not very chill towards a protected natural area ! It's long for an hour on Contoy, Mujeres is not really of interest and unfortunately the weather did not allow us to get in the water for snorkelling. Funny anecdote, on the way back, non-locals were generally on the upper deck... to enjoy the sun or a bit of calm ?Written November 16, 2022

- Firme M0 contributionsHorrible customer experience!Just like we had read and then try to avoid was a no show for our transportation. They never showed up and ended up blaming us. Our pick Up was scheduled at 8:10am and I was there talking to the bell boy since 7:50am and we were actually talking about the negative reviews and experiences of Transport bus leaving people behind and no pick up. They claimed they were here and we were a no show!Written October 1, 2022
- Briannabean0 contributions8 Wonders is great! We loved our trip to Chichen Itza and the great people we were with! They picked us up on time at our hotel, and we were very comfortable in the bus (since it was such a long drive) Our tour guide spoke in English and Spanish, which I appreciated. He was funny and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and protected the whole time. We had plenty of time to explore Chichen Itza. We went to a cenote as well (so cool!) but didn't have a ton of time for that. We also got to shop in a couple of places, but not a ton of time for that. The bus did not have ports to charge your phone, which would've made it even better. It was so fun to explore different parts of Mexico and do it safely. Definitely recommend!Written September 29, 2022
- D4667YZphilipo0 contributionsGreat Say outAn excellent day out with a lot of walking. Only downfall was cost of activities on top of what I thought an already expensive admission fee. So make sure you research and prepare yourselves for the extra cost. Buffet lunch included was outstanding.Written September 10, 2022

I highly recommend this tour for first timer in Cancun. Our tour guide Alexandria was very knowledgeable and the driver Diego was very courteous. They were very flexible and allowed enough time for us to enjoy at each stop. The lunch by the beach was very enjoyable!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. The catamaran that is shown here is not the one they will try to place you on.
